- Irmgard (10/5): Perfekte Lage, super Ausstattung, offene Toilette. - Die Lage am Grote Markt und ein kostenloser Platz in der Garage sind einfach unschlagbar. Es gibt ein sehr komfortables Boxspringbett und eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Eine Glasschiebetür zum Bad wäre gut bzw. eine Abtrennung zur Toilette.
- Laura (10/5): Tof - Een rustige plek in een bruisende omgeving. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en geschikt voor een langer verblijf. Veel mooier dan op de foto’s. Iets meer privacy rondom het toilet zou fijn zijn.

- Howard (9/5): Verblijf is midden in het centrum en toch rustig gelegen vwb de slaapkamer. Alls lopend bereikbaar - De hoogslaper was vervangen door een prima boxspring bed.
- S. (9/5): Perfecte, luxe uitvalsbasis om Zwolle te verkennen. - Luxe accommodatie (appartement) met alle benodigde voorzieningen, lekker ruim en mooie, centrale locatie in het centrum. En geen hoogslaper meer zoals eerder op de foto's stond maar een heerlijk luxe twee persoons boxspring. Tip voor eigenaar: leg een korte gebruiksaanwijzing neer van de aanwezige apparatuur zoals Bora kookplaat, oven en quooker.
