• Mauricio (10/5): - My stay here was great, and the view over the town of Narvik and the mountains can't be beat in this area. The balcony of my room ended up being a perfect spot to take pictures of the northern lights during my stay. I came during the shoulder season so it wasn't super crowded. While I didn't personally take advantage of it, the kitchen was a great amenity that would be useful for those wanting to cook a small meal. I'd recommend Narvik Basecamp to anyone visiting the area, it's a very new facility with a perfect location.

• Maud (9/5): Nous n'y sommes resté qu'une nuit, mais le séjour était vraiment top. - Le cadre, la vue, les équipements, même depuis le rez de chaussée la vue est incroyable sur Narvik et le fjord. L'équipe était également très attentive à ce que tout se passe bien. La luminosité des éclairages un peu faible, mais l'expérience reste vraiment très très bien (l'hôtel le sait et travaille sur le problème)

Єдина інформація від готелю - це повідомлення що ми вранці можемо замовити сніданок. На наше питання о 23:58 як нам зробити чекін, ми отримали відповідь о 1:10 вночі, коли ми вже спали в іншому готелі!! І текстове повідомлення о 9 ранку на наступний день!!!! Це жах!! Будьте обережні!! Я на знаю чи вдасться мені повернути кошти Комунікація!!! Банальні інструкції в бронюванні та на пошту!!! Вчасно!!!

• Anthea (8/5): Sehr schön! - Sehr schöne Lage, ruhige Zimmer mit Balkon. Küche (ohne Ofen) hatte alles was man braucht. Der Parkplatz ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand, Pfannen waren ziemlich verkratzt.

• Heidi (6/5): - Majoituksesta näkyi upeasti Narvikin valot, myös vuoteet olivat hyvät. Majoituksen piha-alue ei ollut siisti. Pysäköintialuetta ei ollut merkattu joten pysäköimme taktiikalla "tuohon, koska siinä on muitakin". Ilmastointia/lämmitystä huoneessa ei voinut säätää, vaan se palasi aina oletusasetukseen. Vastaanotossa ollut henkilö ei ollut kovin avulias, vaan vaikutti tympeältä eikä halukkaalta palvella. Vastaanoton henkilö vaikutti siltä, ikäänkuin meidän olisi pitänyt automaattisesti tietää missä on huoneemme ja miten Basecamp Narvik toimii esim aamupalojen suhteen. Aamupalan sisällöstä emme pyynnöstä huolimatta saaneet oikein selvää,.joten aamupala jäi ottamatta.

Kjøleskap og oppvaskmaskin på rommet. Altan og 2 kokeplater. Vasskoker mm. Litt kaotisk rundt hotellet mht parkering. Det er som en byggeplass pga vm -29. Men, det var verdt det!!! 😃

• Tim (9/5): Very nice stay.Would reccommend and stay here again - The view from the rooms was amazing. You are looking over the Narvik fjord and the sunset/sunrise over the mountains in tje back. Spectacular. Rooms are nice and functional. We liked the little kitchenette. Beds are quite firm. We slept well. Staff was friendly and we were able to park on site.

• Daniel (8/5): Fantastic for views, and well equipped apartment for longer stays. - The views were fantastic, of which I think every apartment has a very similar view as they all face to the sea. The apartment was very well equipped with appliances, hob, dishwasher, cafetière, wine glasses etc. Although the property well equipped, just having some instant coffee and teas in the apartment would have been a very little cost to have made our stay more pleasant. It’s not a major downside, but it affected us only being there for 1 night, we didn’t have anything nor anytime to get supplies. I’m also unsure if there were any other facilities, the reception had a semi-bar sort of area.

• Netta (8/5): - Perus siisti huone, jonka keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittavat keittiövälineet. Sänky oli oikein hyvä nukkua. Ikkunasta upea näkymä Narvikin yli vuorille. Rauhallinen hotelli. Aamupalaa emme syöneet, koska se ei sisältynyt huoneen hintaan.
• Tomasz (9/5): Piękny widok i znakomita lokalizacja hotelu wyciąga ocenę na 9 - Fantastyczny widok z pokoju na Narvik i fiord, lokalizacja nad stacją kolejki gondolowej w samym środku szlaków i nartostrad (zimą musi być genialnie). Pokój byl całkiem obszerny. Rozumiem, że hotel użył skandynawskiego minimalizmu w wystroju pokojów (chociaż już nie w cenniku). Ale jest on posunięty za daleko. W pokoju 4-osobowym brak szafy (jest tylko otwarta półeczka i kilka wieszaków w przedpokoju). W "aneksie kuchennym" są 2 szafki do połowy wypełnione naczyniami (zestaw dużych kieliszków musieliśmy stale przechowywać w zmywarce, żeby zmieścić kilka rzeczy do jedzenia). Brak kawalka blatu, żeby coś przygotować między zlewem i kuchenką. Dosyć skomplikowana i niedziałająca procedura check-in. Przyjechaliśmy na miejsce 22:50, recepcja podobno działa do 23, ale nikogo już nie było. W wiadomości z hotelu była informacja, że mamy dostać kod do otwierania drzwi, jednak kodu nie dostaliśmy. Zamiast tego, przyszedl link do strony internetowej, na ktorej znajdowały się "klucze". Gdybyśmy nie mieli internetu (lub serwer nie działał) spędzilibyśmy noc pod drzwiami. Linku nie dało się skutecznie przekazać na drugi telefon, więc tylko jedna osoba dysponowała "internetowym kluczem". Na szczęscie na drugi dzień dostaliśmy w recepcji 2 żetony otwierające drzwi. Drzwi - wejściowe, na korytarz, na galerię do pokojów - to model działania naturalnej selekcji, osoba słabsza fizycznie nie da rady po prostu ich uchylić. Jeśli idziesz z torbami lub walizką - zrób najpierw rozgrzewkę, bo naciągnięcie mięsnia gwarantowane.

Parkkipaikka, hotellin omalle parkkipaikalle saisi laittaa selkeät opasteet niin osaisi jo suoraan ajaa sinne. Parkkipaikka pitäisi tasoittaa, jo pienelläkin sateella muodostui isoja lammikoita. Suihkukaappi on suunniteltu oudosti suhteessa wc-istuimeen.

• Jürgen Folz (9/5): Sauberes Apartment mit grandioser Aussicht - Die Lage war 300m über dem Meeresspiegel. Wir hatten eine grandiose Aussicht mit kleinem Balkon. Das Appartement hatte alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Größe und Sauberkeit des Apartments war prima. ——-
• Tjandra (9/5): A clean and practical place with a beautiful view and very friendly staff - We had a pleasant stay. Everything was very clean, including the bathroom, and the internet connection was reliable. We were warmly welcomed by a very friendly and charming receptionist, which immediately set a positive tone. Overall, a clean and well-organized place with great staff. We would recommend it. The room was close to ground level. Although the building is slightly elevated, the view from the window was directly onto the unpaved parking area, which made things look a bit untidy. That said, the wider view over the town was beautiful and definitely worth mentioning.

• Renata (4/5): - Widok z balkonu na Narvik i góry Hotel wygląda na opuszczony- stoi na placu budowy- o czym nie informuje na swojej stronie internetowej. Nie ma też słowa o tym, że nie działa kolejka linową, bar i restauracja na szczycie. Powierzchnia pokoju ok, ale żeby skorzystać z toalety trzeba składać kabinę prysznicową. Kuchnia wyposażona dobrze, ale suszarka do włosów jest dodatkowym wyposażenie m- trzeba wypożyczyć w recepcji hotelu.

• Timo (8/5): - Maisema rinteestä hieno, huone siisti ja hyvä. Sänky melko pehmeä omaan makuun, työmaa hotellin ympärillä melko karun näköinen.
• Maksym (8/5): - Good place, self check in. Good kitchen covers all base needs. They also have a kettle. TV was also nice, played WOW over hdmi so pretty good. Road/parking near the hotel is sandy-ish so a every car will create a cloud of dust when driving by, and it also worsen the view to some extent.
• Kirsi (8/5): Upea näköala. - Näköala oli upea. Henkilökunta oli kohtelias ja ystävällinen. Kylpyhuone oli varmaan jäänyt osittain siivoamatta kun lattialla oli paljon hiuksia. Muuten oli kyllä siistiä. Hotellin ulkopuolella oli rakennustöitä meneillään, mutta ei häirinnyt meitä.

• Peter (10/5): Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit Blick über den Fjord und gut ausgestattet für Selbstversorger - Die Lage am Berg mit Blick über den Fjord ist außergewöhnlich. Das Zimmer (inkl. Balkon) war mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile sehr gut inkl. Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Das kostenpflichtige Frühstückspaket (Box, nicht Buffet) haben wir aufgrund des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses nicht genutzt, sondern haben das Frühstück und tlw. das Abendessen selbst angerichtet. Dennoch war es möglich aus dem Empfangsraum kostenlos Kaffee zu holen. Leider waren die Wanderwege in direkter Umgebung aufgrund von Bauarbeiten im Sommer 2025 gesperrt, aber sonst würden die Wege direkt bei der Unterkunft beginnen. Man spart sich so die ca 200m Höhenmeter im Vergleich zu einer Unterkunft weiter unten im Tal. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in ca 1,5 km (130 Höhenmeter) Entfernung. Die nächste Bushaltestelle, wenn man in die Stadt möchte (Linie 2), ist ca 1km (80 Höhenmeter) entfernt. Da das Wetter während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr gut war, war es überhaupt kein Problem, dass wir vor Ort kein Auto hatten. alles in Ordnung
