• Susan (8/5): Great location, nice room and balcony, no lift - Fantastic location, good communication with owner, clean building and room. Nice view from balcony. There is no lift. We were on third floor. The owner did help us with luggage. The TV was hard to manipulate/ use with remote. Couldn’t watch much. One chair at make up table was broken.

• Vessela (9/5): Good place with polite staff! - Nice hotel with polite staff. Rooms are basic but clean. Nice balcony with sea view, quiet and peaceful place. Free stay for pets, which made a very good impression on us. The fridge had broken parts inside, which made it difficult to use, but that wasn't a problem for us.

Przemiła obsługa, nasze pokoje zostały przygotowane wcześniej kiedy poprosiliśmy o możliwość wcześniejszego check -in, zaproponowano nam kawę kiedy czekaliśmy w recepcji, bez problemu pożyczyliśmy otwieracz do wina. Sympatyczna i serdeczna atmosfera. Wszystko działało, włącznie z klimatyzacją. Bliska odległość od plaży i głównej ulicy - dzięki skrotowi, jednak budynek położony tak, że było cicho i spokojnie. W bliskiej okolicy kilka różnych knajpek. Jeśli chodzi o czystość, to było ok, chociaż nie idealnie, na podłodze w kątach trochę brudno, miejscami pajęczyny w kącie. Pokoje nie są urządzone zbyt nowocześnie, ale jest wszystko co potrzebne, są dość przestronne. Nie korzystaliśmy z opcji śniadań. Polecamy!

Kazí to dojem celé dovolené i veškereho dobreho jídla co na sn idani bylo.Investujte do kávovaru! Dovybavte kuchyňku na pokoji...skleničky na víno a čistá houbička a hadřík.Ukliďte nádobí v pokojích,zameťte balkon.

• Mehmet Ali Alper (10/5): Great choice. - First of all, the staff were excellent, welcoming and friendly. They made the best to make us feel like at home and we did. Special thanks to Nina and Srdjan. Also, the apartment was clean and big enough. It was close to many attractions as stated on the details. So you can reach to many places just by walk. There are many restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets around,too.

• Ionita (9/5): Merita. Recomand. - A fost confortabil, liniște, gazde primitoare, mic dejun bun pe care l-am savurat in curtea interioara, curat, am prosoape schimbate des. Am avut loc de parcare asigurat intr-o localitate in care parcarea este scumpa. In apropiere sunt magazine alimentare si terase. A fost aproape de plaja si de stația de autobuz. Lipsa unui gratar in gradina si a unui toaster si fitru de cafea la micul dejun.

• Anniken Skaar (3/5): Nice location and breakfast. Lack of cleaning - Location and breakfast was nice. The room had a very strong smell and looked dirty, especially the bathroom. There were soap stains on the shower and even after complaining about this, they came to clean, yet the stains remained. Also rooms were not cleaned daily, they gave us bew towels every other day. One day we had the towels on the bathroom floor because we wanted new ones, but came to the room with the same towels rehung as they still were dirty. It was also difficult to talk with the staff as they did not speak english and had to use translating app. They seemed bothered and annoyed when we asked for help and explained that the room wasnt clean. The manager came later that evening and was friendly and apologised but does not make up for the cleaning staff not cleaning properly.

• Shehab (7/5): Lovely stay near Budva old town and with easy access to the break and a great breakfast - The breakfast and the outdoor garden, we stayed 3 nights and every day the breakfast had something new! Also it’s like 10 mins away from the beach and 30 mins away from the old town of Budva (walking) Parking around the property could be a mess, unfortunately it was complicated to navigate and park.

• Bella (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was superlative. The owner, Nina and her mother are very nice persons ,always ready to help and to make your accommodation perfect .We felt like home . The location is very very clean,close to the sea , you can park for free and they are pet friendly ,thing that I consider its awesome I will recommend this location for sure ,and I'll go back certainly Warm greetings from us

• Matko (9/5): - Apartmani za svaku preporuku, lepo sredjeni i opremljeni. Docekala nas je upaljena klima tako da je u apartmanu bilo prijatno. Domacini ljubazni i tu su da pomognu. Lokacija je odlicna, plaza na 3 minuta hoda. U okolini apartmana na 2-3 minuta mozete naci sve prodavnice, pekare, apoteke i sve sto vam je potrebno.
• Oláh (10/5): Szállás közel mindenhez - Nekünk nagyon tetszett minden. Közel van minden, éttermek, üzletek,strand. Kényelmes sétával elérhető minden. A tisztaság is megfelelő volt,az ágyak kényelmesek. Éjszaka tudtunk pihenni,nem volt zaj. Parkolás lehetséges az épület előtt,ez nagyon fontos mert másképp fizetős parkolóba kellene állni valahol a városban. Nagyon tetszett a terasz ahonnan látszódott a tenger. Nagyon kedves személyzet. Külön megjegyezném hogy a recepción mindig mosolyogva vártak 🙂 Ajánlom ezt a szállást, még biztosan visszatérünk. Köszönjük Residence Bella. ---
• berker (8/5): 19-24 temmuz 2025 Residence Bella apart - Konumu denize , marketlere , büfelere , yemek yerlerine çok yakındı, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı davrandılar. Resepsiyondan her konuda destek alabildik , şehir vergimizi artı ücret almadan gidip ödediler, Sabah kahvaltısı tam Türklere göre, sadece domuz eti almamaya dikkat edin. Çocuğumuz için mutfak görevlisi hanım, her sabah süpriz yaparak çocuğumuzu çok mutlu etti.Yürüme mesafesinde her yere ulaşılabiliyor. Sessiz ve ferah bir ortam. Oda içinde tüm aletler çalışıyordu. Apartın olduğu sokak çıkmaz sokak ve mahalle sakinleri de araba park ettiği için park sorunu oluyordu , araçla girip çıkmak zor olabiliyordu. Etrafı evlerle çevrili resimlerdeki gibi önü açık değil

• Agnieszka (4/5): - Budynek z zewnątrz ładny, właściciel sympatyczny. Personel również , ale… W momencie wejścia do bydynku odór ( brzydki) wręcz odpychająca woń kota. Czystość od wejścia na korytarzach plus recepcja ok, ale w pokojach brudno. Łazienka masakra. Prysznic był obrzydliwie brudny. Zasłony, firany podobnie. Umywalka również. Sami właściciele bardzo sympatyczni, ale tego zapachu kota nie dało się znieść . Nie załączę zdjęć bo nie chce obrzydzać miejsca. Mam nadzieje, że komentarz da do myślenia właścicielowi .

• giampi91 (10/5): - Siamo appena tornati da una settimana di soggiorno all'Hotel Bella. Esperienza positiva e struttura vicino alla spiaggia, circa 5 min a piedi dalla spiaggia pubblica. Colazione buona e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. camera sempre pulita e sistemata a parte 1 giorno, che per sbaglio nostro abbiamo lasciato fuori il cartello "non disturbare". Personale gentile con una speciale citazione per Natalia sempre disponibile e sorridente. A budva e’ molto difficile trovare parcheggio, ma l’hotel dispone di qualche posto auto e se non si riesce a parcheggiare noi abbiamo lasciato le chiavi in modo che potessero spostarla al bisogno. Se decideremo di tornare in montenegero probabilmente ricontatteremo la struttura. Super consigliato!!

• Faruk (10/5): - Prije svega, vlasnica apartmana nas je dočekala preljubazno, domaćinski uz kafu. Pustila nam je ulazak u smještaj 4 sata prije formalnog check-in. Smještaj ugodan, čist, sa klimom i upotrebljivom kuhinjom. Veoma blizu plaže (3-4 min cca) i imali smo parking za tri auta bez ikakvih problema. Sve preporuke.

• Mihai (10/5): Voi reveni . - plaja aproape, supermarket aproape, restaurant pe gustul românilor aproape (M-Irena) recomand, parcare la propietate, orice problema raportata la recepție se rezolva pana te intorci de la plajă, aer condiționat fara a fi condiționat de card/ cartelă. Concluzie : daca maine m as întoarce tot acolo m as caza. Nimic de reproșat.
