• Savala (2/5): Extrêmement sale !!!! - Emplacement parfait, à 2 min à pied de la plus belle plage de Split. La vue sur la mer. La terrasse. J'ai été très déçue par ce logement, surtout à cause de la saleté : je pense que le ménage n'avait pas été fait sérieusement depuis très longtemps... le sol était extrêmement sale partout (des miettes, du sable, des tâches), la cuisine était collante et aussi avec toutes sortes de tâches, pareil pour vaisselle... même les toilettes étaient répugnantes (des restes d'urine sur la planche et des traces brunes dans la cuvette)... des cheveux, des poils et des poussières partout... Le canapé étaient aussi recouvert de tâches immondes. Même les draps de bain avaient une odeur bizarre (heureusement il y avait une machine à laver, j'ai donc pu les relaver). Vraiment, j'ai été largement dégoûtée. Personne ne m'a ouvert l'appartement, on m'avait juste laissé les clés, donc je suis rentrée seule. J'ai signalé le "problème" à l'hôte par message, qui m'a proposé de m'envoyer qqn pour faire le ménage, mais vu l'état de l'appartement, ces gens ne savent clairement pas ce que c'est l'hygiène... j'ai donc préféré le faire moi-même. Aujourd'hui, je regrette d'être restée, j'aurais dû partir directement et demander à être remboursée !
• Byelova (10/5): - The apartment is bright and very clean. Check-in is contactless, which is very convenient. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: washing machine, boiler, iron, microwave, and kitchenware. It is very quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The view from the balcony is incredible — right on the sea! The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, clean and beautiful. I highly recommend it for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation!

• Martin (8/5): - Skvelý výhlad na more okrem stareho objektu cez cedtu, nový bytový dom. Dostatočná terasa. Blízkosť mestskej pláže ktorá je nová s pekným morom. Nepáčilo sa mi to že za tu veľmi vysokú cenu ubytovania by mohlo byť lepšie vybavenie kuchyňe. Staré nevhodne kuchynské príslušenstvo ako panvica a malý hrniec.Do špinavej zanedbanej umývačky riadu sme museli kúpiť chemikálie my, nie majiteľ. Zišlo by sa vytepovať pohovku a aj ležadlo na terase. Check in bol možný až o 14:00 a pritom check out už o 10:00 a to ešte žiadali vyniesť odpadky upratat riady v kuchyňi atď takže netuším načo vyžadujú 4 hodiny na upratanie bytu. Nie som náročný ale za tu sumu aspoň toto…

• Ian (10/5): Overall, despite the location, we enjoyed our time at the apartment - Clean, modern, well equipped, easy access. The close proximity to extensive building work, which was never mentioned at any point after booking. The access road was also rather dangerous to negotiate, particularly for those drivers who are not as familiar with driving on the right.
