• Goitse (5/5): It was ok until we were treated as third class citizens when the different group arrived on the 19/12/25, our ro - The staff was helpful and friendly, there was hot water throughout. Availability of kitchen utensils The yard wasn’t properly cleaned, and that the cleaning was done the day we arrived which was frustrating. We had booked 2 houses, 3 of our group members had rooms in the second house which had a swimming pool. When we booked were told the pool is accessible to all the guests, unfortunately that changed on the 19/12/25 when a different group came, we were no longer allowed access to the pool. What was odd was that the other house had no parking space and this different group had to use the parking space at our house and yet they complained that we were invading their space when we wanted access to the pool and never saw parking at our house as intrusive and the owner found it ok, she never addressed the issue though we raised it. We were told that booking.com has over booked us which was new to me as a regular booking.com user, I then requested that the 3 from our group should be found alternative accommodation, we were told it was done but we were not given the name of the place nor the keys hence we believe Cristonia house owes us 1 night for the 3 rooms of other house. I tried engaging with the owner and the care taker on WhatsApp but they seem to be ignoring me because they haven’t responded to my last chat of the 17/01/26 while they said they will be resuming work on the 15/01/26

• Eleanor (9/5): - Good budget accommodation. I made the booking for my cousin, and she was satisfied with her stay. When we went to check in at 14H00, the property was locked, and we struggled to get hold of the host as the number on booking.com is UK-based. We messaged the host on booking.com, but after 30 minutes, we left. She eventually replied, but we had already left and had to return. I would like to suggest that the contact details on booking.com be updated, so guests can easily contact the host so that check-in can be more seamless.
• Mpho (4/5): I will definitely not come back. - It doesn't offer breakfast and the location is fine Struggled with wifi connection, you have to be at a certain point to connect and even with that it's unstable... just frustrating. In the morning there was no power, our phones needed to be charged, no hot water for coffee/tea in the kitchen. We just needed to leave ASAP

• Jacob (4/5): Etwas enttäuschend - Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, Lage war auch gut Alles etwas heruntergekommen, Haus und Vorgarten wirkten wie eine Baustelle als ich dort war, Pool gehörte eigentlich zum Nachbarhaus

• Walter (5/5): - The place is nearby everything. There were alit of ants in the place did not make it very comfortable to live in. There were basically broken showers there was no plug for the bath tub we had to use the sinks. Then the showers are very uncomfortable to shower in.
• Luthando (5/5): Weird - The lady that was there the caretaker lady of such a wonderful person god bless her soul,she is so sweet welcomed us nicely and made our stay wonderful even though what we saw was different from the pictures. She is such a gem No tv in rooms
