Kristóf (8/5): - The house and the surroundings were perfect. Everything described in the booking was absolutely accurate, 100% lived up to expectations. Great accommodation, great conditions. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The garden and outdoor area were beautifully maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was an ideal place for a family getaway and we truly enjoyed our time there. The attitude of the host (or the operating company) was disappointing. The check-in time is particularly late—at most accommodations it’s usually between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. A possible 1–2 hour extension for check-out was also not allowed, and even though I requested an extra 1–2 hours due to illness—so that I wouldn’t have to spend six hours sitting at the airport while sick—they completely refused to offer any kind of solution. For such a high-standard and generally expensive accommodation, I find this unacceptable. On top of that, on the day of check-out I specifically asked that no one come to clean before 10:00 a.m., but at 7:45 a.m. they were already cleaning the windows, which ruined our last breakfast together as a family. If they insist on being this strict, I believe they should also take the guest’s reasonable requests into account.
