• Annette (9/5): Très bon point de chute à Milan, excellent rapport qualité/prix. - Très chouette et confortable appartement dans le centre de Milan. Il est très clair et agréable à vivre, il y a un ascenseur. C'est très propre. Il est à cinq minutes de marche du métro Piazza Venezia. C'est un très joli bâtiment qui donne dans une cour intérieure, tout est très sécurisé et facile d'accès. Nous avons pris un très bon petit déjeuner au Churchill Caffè, à trois minutes et c'était très sympa ! La communication avec Matteo était très agréable, il est réactif et répond à toute demande instantanément. Je recommande sans hésiter cette adresse ! Rien

• Abdul (7/5): Central location at reasonable price for a clean apartment - Location around mid point between Milano Centrale Station and Duomo, you can walk to both destinations about 20-25 mins either way. There is a super market on the adjacent road (difficult to tell its a supermarket from the outside). There is halal food places to eat within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Property was generally clean. Host communicated well throughout the stay. You will be requested to provide your passport details as its Italian Law, Name, DOB Place of Birth, citizenship and passport number by WhatsApp or equivalent will suffice. Shower was a little small, hair dryer did not plug into the socket, would have preferred more big cups.
• Zafar (9/5): Good clean but can be better - I was not a big fan of writing reviews but since I have started reading reviews and it really helps me to make my decisions towards any reservations. I think its really beneficial for others to take advantage from it. I thought and wanted to break it down with categories so that its easier for others to make their respective decisions. 2 bedroom very nice apartment but there was issues with AC. I think room fans should be provided. There were issues with Mosquitos little bit so I think some attention is required there. Location: Its trick to get in the apartment, also some communication gap with the owner to provide easy directions. Parking is not available other than a parking garage close by. Its very convenient location, 3 mins walk from grocery store (Carrefour) but busses are available to get to Centrale and other locations. Very secure apartment as you need multiple doors to get in with centralized locking system. Nice restaurants are available to eat out. A little walk to take Metro to Duomo (5 min walk). 3 stops to Duomo. Bedroom: 2 nice bedrooms. 1 with AC and 1 without, that’s where it needs attention 3.5/5 Kitchen: Kitchen has everything so very good. Dining table in the living room. A nice balcony. There is washer available as well 5/5 Bathroom: 1 Bathroom, nice and decent, but shower is area is not wide enough again Europe thing I guess. But clean and good. 5/5 Lift: Small old lift but its ok, Its Europe 😊. Overall: Good apartment which require some attention, should be ok in Winter or when the weather is mild--- 4/5, Need centralized cooling system

• Maiken (10/5): Great apartment! - Good size apartment. A lot of wardrobespace. The bathroom was very nice. Quiet apartment building. No noise. Easy communication with the host. Public transport right around the corner made it easy to get around. Everything was great!

• Lauren (8/5): Very good - Great apartment for family, heaps of room, very well renovated with a great kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Provided with cleaning supplies, good amount of kitchen utensils. Has a lift so no navigating stairs and heavy suitcases. Great location close to all amentities, main streets, shops, taxi ranks. Only critisism is the electronic lock on front door. Dont know what you would do in case of a fire. Need to explain this on arrival. Need a folder to show how to use facilities, washing machine, oven

• Em (8/5): Big accommodation. Central location. - The accommodation is very spacious. The location is central and close to Milan Centrale. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen and dining facilities are complete. Having a laundry was also so convenient. Some small maintenance works need to be done 1) The toilet seat needs to be screwed in and secured. 2) The hairdryer needs to be replaced. 3) Not all power points fit the electrical plugs. Matteo was a gracious host. Made it easy for us to check in and out. He was very accessible.
• David (10/5): Exceptional - It was simple to get in and get out and in a very secure location. There was a supermarket and a tram stop literally on the corner, 2 minutes walk. All the cafes and restaurants nearby were exceptional, there was a good mix of affordable, great quality food and fine dining. This was a big contrast to the places you will find 20 minutes away in the more tourist like areas where many of the food places aren't as good with lots of hidden charges. There is a park about 5 minutes walk away and is suitable for all ages with lots to do. The apartment was very spacious, clean and quiet at night. Host was very helpful and responded quickly.
