- Rajeshwari (7/5): Overall it was a good stay. Friendly comfortable and enjoyable. - The best part of our stay was definitely Mr. Shubham’s warm hospitality. He has the sweetest personality and was incredibly accessible, available to assist 24/7. He made sure we had everything we needed and went out of his way to be helpful. The food was tasty, although it was delayed by an hour. Nonetheless, it was clean and enjoyable. As the property is newly opened, there are still several areas that need improvement, particularly in terms of staff training and time management. From a hygiene perspective, I would have appreciated a sheet under the blanket, as we’re not comfortable using blankets that have been used by others. Additionally, it would have been more convenient if tissue paper was provided, as we didn’t find any available in the room. We had booked two rooms, only to later find out that they shared a single bathroom. It would have been helpful if this had been clearer in the booking details, as we missed it in the fine print.
