- Ahmed (1/5): A disappointing stay marked by a blocked sea view, poor room service, and excessive charges. - The Breakfast and The guys who serves the Food • I booked a room with a sea view, but the view was completely blocked by a building column, making it unusable. • When I asked to change the room, I was told all sea view rooms were booked and that they could only move me after 2 days, which defeated the purpose of paying for a sea view. • Room cleaning was extremely poor — the room was cleaned only once during my entire stay. • At checkout I was charged $80 USD for a small glass item that was accidentally broken by my 1-year-old baby. The charge felt excessive and there was no flexibility or understanding shown. • Overall, the service and handling of situations did not meet expectations and I would not stay here again.

Having free underground parking was very helpful since I rented a car. The breakfast was decent, the room was a good size, the AC worked fine, and the bathroom was acceptable for my needs. Housekeeping was disappointing because they did not replace soap, shampoo, bath gel, or slippers daily, and we had to ask for them every single day, which was frustrating. There was also a dripping water noise at night that was quite annoying.

The staff is VERY professional and nice and we felt welcomed in every interaction with them. We met the nicest owner/manager and he is equally professional and hospitable. Walking distance from good restaurants and from the sea.
- Ronald (4/5): Nice property but the electricity and internet made this stay unconfortable. - Convenient location and clean Electricity was cutting almost every hour and sometimes more which broke my laptop and i had to replace the power sector coating me 200 $ ! as well during my stay a friend of mine passed by for a quick visit before moving to the beach, as soon as we arrived to our room i had a call from the receptionist mentioning that we are not supposed to receive guests in the rooms ! I found that very inappropriate , at the end we are staying in a hotel room not dorms. Internet is very slow during all the stay.

Room service is fast. Breakfast is good and varied. I will definitely visit the hotel again. I would especially like to thank Mr. Eli with all my heart for his assistance and reliability in dealing with the hotel guests and for his full cooperation with them. He is a nice, friendly and polite person. He does his job completely and professionally. Thank you Ellie for everything you have done for me. nothing

- Emeka (10/5): It was great and very enjoyable. - location was great. it was in a quiet street and accessible to restaurants, and other essential spots. the room was clean, staff was very friendly and room service was very efficient. the staff were so pleasant and they made my stay very enjoyable. the couch in the room had stains.

- Dalia (9/5): Great Stay - Staff were so friendly and helpful. The xtreme suite is superb. and the view from the room is breathtaking. Standard room needs some renovation but it is still clean and comfy.
