• Mark (10/5): An unforgettable and super experience! - The location was excellent. A completely unique experience. Highly recommended. Delicious Breakfast with plenty to choose from. Caroline and Mike are wonderful hosts, very welcoming and helpful. An authentic and comfortable Helicopter experience with modern facilities, thoughtfully arranged. • Charlotte (9/5): Absolutely fantastic - The unique experience of staying in a helicopter was paired well with the hospitality we experienced! We were hesitant about the forecast strong winds but, despite the bad weather, we had a brilliant stay! Nothing bad to report.

Comfortable bed and clean facilities. lovely grounds.Very good breakfast cooked by the hosts who are very welcoming and friendly. There was nothing we didn't like.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Very cool, overnight stay in a helicopter - Beautiful location close to the centre of the Lizard with access to the coast path. It was very peaceful. Caroline and Mike were really welcoming, helpful and friendly hosts. Breakfast was excellent.

• Sara (10/5): Exceptionnel - Exceptionnel. La cadre est magnifique, l’hélicoptère est parfaitement aménagé, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Le petit déjeuné est fait maison et délicieux. Il est préparé par les hôtes le matin même. Les deux hôtes sont très gentils et accueillant.

• Esme (10/5): An incredible and unique stay in a beautiful part of Cornwall in well looked after, clean and comfy accommodation. Mike - The conversion of the helicopter has been well thought out providing a comfortable space whilst maintaining as much of the original equipment as possible. It is comfortable and cosy and the addition a hard top gazebo for standing space and storage is a great idea. The shower and toilet area are close enough to the helicopter and the shower was better than what you get in some hotels! The garden area around the helicopter is private and well equipped with seating, table and fire pit. Mike and Caroline are excellent hosts and had added little touches of birthday banners around the helicopter for my husband’s 40th and even included a birthday candle in his breakfast the next day! Breakfast was lovely and with enough options to suit everyone. Mike and Caroline were welcoming, friendly and provided good recommendations of places to see and eat in the local area. It almost felt like staying with family and we would have no hesitation in recommending either the helicopter or the rest of their B&B as a great place to stay.
• Sapphire (10/5): Fantastic and brilliant hosts! - It’s amazing! A unique overnight stay, my husband loved the helicopter. The hosts are lovely people, and very understanding. Local village right outside and lovely costal path nearby with beautiful views. Nothing!
• Cleo (10/5): Perfect fun and unusual place to stay right in the heart of the Lizard. Exceptional hosting! - What a wonderful experience this was from start to finish! The helicopter is fine and surprisingly comfortable. We arrived typical English weather (ie rain) and the gazebo attached to the helicopter provided ample space! The hosts couldn’t have done more to accommodate us and the breakfast was exceptional with high quality local produce. There was a small but perfect offering of everything you might need. The shower was entertaining but hot and good… the toilet and shower were spotless with towels and basic toiletries provided. We would definitely recommend this stay highly and look forward to visiting again. One tiny suggestion… it would’ve been nice to have a few local snacks in the hamper of tea and coffee and would’ve given this experience a perfect score! Saying that we’d still rate it 99/100! Thanks for everything that you both did to make us feel so welcome … Rosko the dog was an added bonus x
• Amy (10/5): Caroline & Mike were warm & welcoming from the second the got to haelarcher farm! They really have thought of ev - Clean & has absolutely everything we would’ve needed for a night stay! Breakfast was lovely also & little Rosco pup made it an even more enjoyable stay! Nothing!!

• Paul (9/5): Awesome experience and stay - A very different accommodation to what you normally would stay in which was awesome . Despite it being a very wet night it was lovely and warm in the helicopter the bed was very comfy which I was not expecting it to be that comfy . It was so peaceful in the heli with the door closed you could just sit there and chill and relax . The owners were both lovely very friendly and made you feel very welcome . Pitty there was not a Wfi booster in the heli so I could let my friends know how much enjoyment I was having staying there .

• Sonia (10/5): Exceptional - It was my partners birthday the day we arrived, the amazing couple had put out banners and bunting for him The extra touches in the gazebo were very much perfect, picnic basket of tea, coffee, water etc Extra blankets, cushions etc Fire pit and logs at the ready Breakfast was beyond perfect Best experience we have had ❤ The fact we had to leave 🤣🤣 Everything was perfect nothing negative about this amazing place

• Bb (10/5): Memorable stay - If you want a memorable night stay look no further. After we finished taking all our selfies to make our friends jealous we settled in for a comfortable night's sleep. The helicopter and adjacent shed was well equipped with a tea kettle (with mugs/tea/coffee), luggage storage and on theme seating area. There is also an outdoor picnic bench and fire pit available to use. Private bathroom/shower is just a short distance away. Great hosts. Excellent breakfast. Walkable to Lizard village and SW Coast Path.
• Jason (10/5): Beautiful - We had the most amazing stay at mike and Caroline’s guest house , when we booked it we thought we would be in the middle of nowhere , couldn’t be further from the truth , right in the center of the lizard village , 10 minute walk and we were on the coast , the helicopter is brilliant, comfy bed , electric, free tea and coffee , fire pit , out side seating area , the list goes on . The breakfast was brilliant , there are lovely places to eat and drink right next to you , plus some irresistible gift shops , a crab shack and free parking . We cannot express how happy we are with the 4 days we spent down there , will definitely be returning next year ! Thanks again mike and Caroline , and not forgetting the beautiful roscoe The fact we had to leave and go home
• Patricia (9/5): Surprise treat which had him grinning like a Cheshire Cat - The Helicopter was cleverly organised with additional space outside so there was plenty of room to get dressed. I can't think of anything extra we would have needed.

• Autumn (10/5): Weird and wonderful! - We had an incredible stay in the helicopter! Such a fantastic idea! Our hosts were warm, welcoming and friendly! They even went the extra mile to keep a room spare for us within the BNB itself due to the bad weather in case we changed our minds about staying in the helicopter. Nothing, it was all perfect!

The bed was really comfy and was roomy - even for my 6ft 2 hubby. The shower was excellent and so was the fabulous cooked breakfast with homemade bread. There was some chairs and firepit outside for romantic evenings, and there was tea and biscuits on arrival - perfect! Nothing.

They always checked in with us, and if we needed anything in the helicopter. The facilities were extraordinary, keeping in mind that we slept in a helicopter. The bed was more than comfortable. Home made breakfast was delicious, thanks to Caroline (and probably Mike too 🙂). We definitely recommend this place if you want something special... even if you are not a fan of helicopters! Also Lizard point is really beautiful. We spotted some grey seals there. We should have stay a few more nights
• Jinhio (10/5): a wonderful helicopter night - You sleep in an real navy helicopter. Can you ask for more :)? Host are both super kind and the breakfast very good tall people may face some issue as the actual sleeping space is not huge.
• Ira (10/5): The great and unique experience for adventure seekers! - It is a great location in the center, 6 min away from Kynance Cove. The helicopter was cosy and warm. When it is windy, it feels like you are being calmed down by the helicopter movement. The hosts are great, love the Ukrainian flag greeting me. The breakfast was yummy and I had plenty of choices being a vegetarian. The shower and toilet were clean. The wifi was very weak but I was invited to the house in case I needed to do something online.

• Granados (10/5): Unique quirky experience spending a night in a helicopter. Exceptional hosts. - I saw this a few months ago and immediately wanted to experience sleeping in a Lynx Helicopter, but my partner not so keen! Delighted that it was available for the one night we needed. We loved the welcome by our hosts Caroline and Mike who gave us a tour of our abode for the night, a helicopter in a huge well looked after garden. Lots of unique features. Fire pit, outdoor benches, etc I was impressed that the kettle colour matched the grey interior, camouflaged. Carpet was a good choice too. Very clever. Bed was super comfy and had a great nights sleep. Have to say you need to be a bit agile to get into that bed! Delicious breakfast served in the farmhouse. Homemade bread etc. All beautifully thought out. It was a fantastic experience for both of us. Thank you. nothing. It was all fab.
