- Guest (6/5): Not the bang for your buck. Mold, cold, humid. - Well, I’ve got mixed feelings about this property. The house was all ours, good bathroom and kitchen interior.
The main advantage is just that you can place 6 people at once and split the cost. And that wouldn’t be a good deal because the house is small to be honest - the biggest room is like 6 meters by 4 meters I believe.
There is warm water, kitchen appliances in a good condition and gas stove.
Wi-Fi and IPTV works great.
There is a washing machine too. Air conditioner on second floor so you can manage climate there.
Really close to the beach. I got charged as for season period(even though it wasn’t) so my review is for what I paid:
From the first step into the house you breathe in the smell of wet wood and MOLD! There is mold in the house: in the kitchen, on the wall near the entrance. Entrance door’s lacking one of the key holes - there just a piece of plastic in there but at least the upper one is working.
Insulation is non existent - everything becomes humid in a matter of hours and temperature is exactly the same as outside. We’ve got acne in three days like we’re 15 - keep in mind. That’s bad for your health to be in such conditions.
Great view, but on you - every window and a balcony is at perfect glance of neighbours. You just can’t open them if you don’t plan to be oversaw.
All of this when nearby hotels and apartments offer lower prices and look better.
There was no equipment to clean this house even after I asked for a mop I got wet wipes instead (hilarious). And don’t forget detergent, wipes, paper towels because nothing is at place.
All groceries and cafes in Shekvetili were closed and we spent 150 GEL only to get to the open grocery store.
Dogs are everywhere and they won’t get off you. Also, Cows and their feces on the street is an ordinary thing.

Nice bathroom: The bathroom was modern and very clean. Small yard: The yard looks much bigger in the photos than it actually is.
Old and uncomfortable beds in the rooms on the second floor: The beds need to be updated to provide better comfort.
Old wardrobes and kitchen cabinets with a characteristic smell of old wood: The cabinets need to be replaced or at least updated to improve their appearance and eliminate the smell.
