- Andrea (10/5): War für den Marathon da und alleine angereist! Denke alle Mitbewohner waren auch aus diesem Grund da!? Daher war es extr - Leben wie in einer WG in einer Top Lage! Die Mitbwewohner/innen waren freundlich und ruhig! Zwei Matratzen für ein kleines Bett? Sie war etwas weich aber ok!
- Kuhmist2000 (2/5): WG statt Apartment. Zu teuer dafür - Lage war ok. Habe das Wort Shared wohl als Name gelesen. Dann wäre vielleicht klar gewesen, dass es sich nicht um ein Apartment handelt sondern um ein WG-Zimmer ohne klassischem TV-Empfang. Nachts mehrfach durch andere Gäste geweckt worden. Ganz schlimm.

- Andrea (8/5): Super Lage, gutes Appartement! - Sehr zentrale Lage, Bus fährt fast vor der Haustür. Ein gutes Konzept. Hat uns gefallen! Café und Tee ist vorhanden, man hat im Gemeinschaftsraum Platz zum frühstücken. Unsere Mitbewohner waren sehr ruhig. Wir kommen wieder. Die Dusche ist klein und eng. Aber der Rest stimmt, nehmen wir gerne in Kauf!

- Kotzke (9/5): Super für kurze Städtetrips - Super Unterkunft für kurze Aufenthalte… Alles sehr sauber und gute Ausstattung! Nur die Straße hat mich vom Sound gestöhnt… Straßenlärm
- Ingrid (8/5): Da ich nur übernachtet habe, war es prima. Die Lage ist topp - Es handelte sich nur um die Übernachtung. Es gab für 5 Zimmer auf dem Gang 1 Toilette für Frauen, 1 Toilette für Männer. 2 Duschen gab es auf dem Flur. Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass es keine Steckdose in der Toilette gab, um sich die Haare zu fönen. Das Gästebuch wurde in meiner Buchungszeit nicht gewechselt. Es gab keine Anleitung für die Kapselkaffeemaschinen. Im Zimmer selbst war alles in Ordnung. Siehe oben
- Friedrich (4/5): Diese Unterkunft ist schon sehr speziell. - Die Duschen waren viel zu klein. man konnte sich nicht einmal im Duschraum umziehen. Das Mini Waschbecken in der Toilette hätte dringend eine Generalreinigung erfordert. ( es war die einzige Möglichkeit zum Waschen und Zähneputzen. Der Hinweis auf Gemeinschaftsdusche und-toilette war nicht klar erkennbar und zum Teil widersprüchlich. Das Türschloss zum Apartment funktionierte nicht. Eine Öffnung des Fensters war wegen der Gardinenstange nur auf kipp möglich. Die Programmierung des Fernsehers war kompliziert und die Nutzung nur für Experten möglich.

- Cynthia (9/5): The host was very kind and quickly responded to my questions. - The location was within walking distance to family. The mattress was the most comfortable I have ever slept on while traveling. Probably worth it just for the mattress and wonderful sleep! The welcome chocolates were a nice surprise. Our room “Rotherbaum” was large, comfortable and toasty warm during our snowy visit. There are two separate WC so there wasn’t a need to wait. The guests in the other rooms were respectful and quiet. The other guests also cleaned after their use of the shared spaces. A benefit having an E-car and an electric parking disc is that we parked for free and always found spaces on the street out front or just around the corner. Rewe, Edeka & Netto are just a short walk away and there are many restaurants as well in the area. The two individual shower rooms are very tiny. No space to undress or dress; reasoning for the guest robes however. The water pressure was fine although the temperature fluctuated greatly between scalding and freezing without changing the setting. One of the windows was a bit drafty but the thick, dark curtains blocked the noise and draft in the evenings. It was our first time, as two female travelers (mom & teen daughter), to stay in a shared apartment. The other guests were men during our visit and also respected the apartment rules. It would have been nice to have a mini-fridge in the room since the shared mini-fridge was full but we only stayed for two nights.

- Erwin (9/5): - Sehr schönes Zimmer guter Fernseher, mit vielen zum Teil bezahlprogrammen Wenn man das Fenster aufmacht sehr laut, aber nicht so schlimm weil die Klimaanlage gut funktioniert, Duschen sehr eng.
