You cant sit straight on the toilet and needed to be careful when stepping in and out the shower not hurt yourself..

- Steven (1/5): Dreckig und nicht buchbar! NIE WIEDER! - Ich kann der Unterkunft nichts positives abgewinnen - nicht buchbar. Das Badezimmer, speziell die Dusche ist dreckig und schimmlig. Wasser tropfte permanent aus dem Duschkopf, auch ist diese undicht und alles läuft voll Wasser. Das Frühstück ist eine verpackte Unverschämtheit.

- Frank (8/5): - The size of our room was great! Their entrance needs to have better signage. If you walk into the restaurant entrance the sign point you to the door the goes to the toilets! Also knowing where Their parking is was not signed and poorly explained. Lastly, Their dinner menu is crazy long! It offers, Thai, Japanese and Chinese options! Far too many choices!!!

- Cornelia (6/5): In Ordnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. - Der Aufzug war hilfreich. Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Die Brötchen waren blass und trocken. Der Kaffeeautomat ist ein Grundmodell, das keinen Cappuccino oder Latte Machiato machen kann. Wurst und Käse sieht man an, dass sie aus der Plastikpackung kommen. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert und das Personal konnte nicht helfen.

- der peter (9/5): - sehr schönes Hotel an der Mosel. Alles war sauber und das Zimmer geräumig und schön. Es macht alles einen edlen Eindruck. WLAN funktionierte ohne Probleme. Die Betten/Matratzen waren sehr gemütlich und bequem. Frühstück war sehr gut mit allem, was das Herz begeht, auch warmen Speisen. Eine große Käseplatte gab es und ganz guten Kaffee. Im angeschlossenen chinesischen Restaurant haben wir abends sehr gut, reichhaltig und lecker gegessen. Preislich war das auch ok. Verständigung etwas schwierig, da nur chinesisch gesprochen wird. Französisch,deutsch und englisch nur ein paar Brocken, aber das Persoanl war freundlich und bemüht .. Badewanne statt Dusche ...

J’ai réservé une chambre via Booking, confirmée et garantie. quelques heures avant mon arrivee l'hôtelier m'annonce simplement qu'il ne peut pas honorer ma réservation. Aucune solution de relogement proposée, aucune empathie, juste un mépris total des engagements contractuels. Se retrouver sans solution d'hébergement au Luxembourg le soir même à cause de leur gestion désastreuse des disponibilités est inacceptable. Si vous cherchez un hôtel fiable sur lequel compter pour votre séjour, passez votre chemin : ici, votre réservation ne vaut rien. Honteux et indigne d'un professionnel de l'hôtellerie.

Located within the hotel is an excellent Chinese restaurant, with another Chinese and Italian restaurants located within 100m. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. Parking was possible immediately outside the hotel. All in all, the hotel represented great value.

- Eva (9/5): tolle Aussicht und tolles Zimmer :) - tolle Lage wir hatten ein ganz tolles Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon mit Blick auf die Mosel tolle Ausstattung und sehr liebevoll (mit Wasser, Tee/Kaffee, Badeschlappen, genug Handtücher) wir waren ganz begeistert :) Frühstück war ganz ok aber ausbaufähig (als wir kamen gab es keine Eier oder Speck mehr), toll wäre eine Kaffeemaschine für Latte Macchiato oder Cappuccino und auch frisches Gemüse zB Kirschtomaten, Gurke, Paprika...

Er waren wat kleine verbeter puntjes .Bij ons b.v was de douchekop lek ,maar verder was t zeker netjes schoon en aan alles gedacht .

Rauhaisa paikka. Hotellin yhteydessä ravintola, jossa oli helppo aterioida lähtemättä kauemmaksi. Parkkipaikkoja oli runsaasti. Hotellin edessä oli työmaa. Huone oli ahdas kahdelle aikuiselle ja koiralle. Saippuaa ei ollut tarpeeksi.

Unfortunately did not had the opportunity to try the restaurant as it was closed due to a technical issue, but the owners are super friendly, the room is great, comfortable and the river side view was amazing too. Really loved to relax on the balcony.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt auch für Touren nach Luxemburg-Stadt. Schönes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Bett und Smart TV. Frühstück ok. Es fand kein Zimmerservice statt, die Betten wurden nicht gemacht, die Handtücher nicht gewechselt.

- Bernd (8/5): Sehr schönes Hotel zum fairen Preis. - Schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Mosel zum fairen Preis. Das zum Hotel gehörige Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück könnte etwas liebevoller präsentiert und ausgewogener bestückt werden.

Haardroger was aanwezig maar hangde vast aan de muur zonder stopcontact. Tv was aanwezig maar werkte niet. ´s avonds ging hiervoor iemand langs komen, echter niemand gezien.

- Günter (7/5): Wenn man das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis berücksichtigt, ist das Hotel eine gute Option. - Das Frühstück war ausreichend und in Anbetracht des Preises zufriedenstellend. Wie in vielen Hotelen, ist der Abluftventilator mit einem Bewegungssensor gekoppelt und läuft ca. 15-20 minuten nach. Ein kurzer Besuch der Toilette in der Nacht, schaltet also nicht nur die sehr helle Deckenbeleuchtung im Bad ein, sondern führt durch die Aktivierung des Ventilators zu einer massiven Geräuschbelästigung.
- Joanna (8/5): Good hotel, but a few things to improve - The stay was generally pleasant, and the room was clean and comfortable. Missing amenities for a 4-star hotel – no massage chair as shown in the photos and no shower gel. The entrance through the restaurant was also a bit inconvenient.
