• Roberto (6/5): Soggiorno nella media - Struttura carina, appartamento con la cucina, ottimo per chi vuole viversi la campagna nei dintorni, ed esser vicino a Firenze e magari mangiare a casa. A Non ho molto gradito il proprietario, quantomeno il modo. Seleziono questa struttura con il flag “accettano animali”, come faccio sempre. Pare che nel regolamento scritto non so dove, perché nell’annuncio non appare, ci fosse scritto che sopra una certa taglia è lui a dover essere informato e decidere se il cane puó essere ospitato o meno. Per carità, tutto si puo dire con i modo giusti. Ha bussato alla porta e ci ha “aggrediti” con un fare decisamente arrogante, indicando il mio canino da caccia e dicendoci quello sorpa scritto. Consiglierei un corso di gestione della rabbia :)

• Monica (8/5): Accogliente e pulito - Struttura ben tenuta. Appartamento nuovo. Casa a due passi dal centro. Molto carini e disponibili anche per il check out fuori orario e se la prenotazione e’ stata last minute. Soggiorno breve di solo una notte, non sono stati utilizzati i servizi. Forse più cura negli accessori bagno (accappatoi, asciugamani, kit di cortesia…) potrebbe essere apprezzato.

De uitbater heb ik hier van tevoren een berichtje over gestuurd, maar hier heb ik geen antwoord op gehad. Er zijn veel auto’s geparkeerd, er waren wel voldoende parkeerplaatsen vlakbij de villa in de straat zelf
• Marion (9/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar - Ruim appartement met heerlijke airco, Gezellig alles aanwezig. Zwembad is top met prachtig uitzicht. Lieve katten lopen er rond.

• Dagmar (3/5): Nie wieder! - Das einzige Positive, das ich dieser Unterkunft abgewinnen kann, ist die tolle Aussicht vom Balkon der Wohnküche aus. Ansonsten fühlten wir uns nur getäuscht, da nichts, worauf wir beim Buchen einer Ferienunterkunft wert legen, stimmte. Angeblich war das die Schuld von booking.com, die die Angaben der Villa Desidiera falsch übersetzt hätten. Der Besitzer versprach, sich umgehend mit booking.com in Verbindung zu setzen und uns innerhalb von 4 Wochen Bescheid zu geben. Bis heute – über 2 Monate später – haben wir nichts von ihm gehört! Andererseits wurde inzwischen einiges in der Beschreibung geändert. Ich hatte eine Unterkunft mit getrennten Betten gebucht und bekamen nur ein Doppelbett, natürlich mit nur einer Zudecke. Ein zusätzliches Einzelbett hätte 60€ pro Nacht (!) extra gekostet, nur weiß ich nicht, wo das hätte stehen sollen! Insgesamt war das Apartment sehr dunkel und auch hellhörig. Wenn jemand sich im Treppenhaus unterhielt, konnten wir es bis in die Wohnküche hören. Wir bekamen keine Duschtücher, sondern stattdessen Bademäntel. Doch wozu? Den Pool zu benutzen war uns nicht gestattet, obwohl es bei booking.com anders stand. Dafür durften wir am Wochenende bei über 30° unseren Vermieter vom Badezimmer aus zusehen, wie er sich mit seinem Besuch dort amüsiert! Gravierend waren auch die Verständigungsprobleme, da weder Besitzer noch „Verwalter“- anders als angegeben - kein Englisch sprachen, sondern alles über eine Übersetzungs-App zu regeln versuchten. Weitere Kritikpunkte: - die Tür zum Badezimmer konnte nicht geschlossen werden. - in der Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang zu duschen war umständlich - zu wenig Steckdosen und diese waren teilweise unsicher - die Tür zum Balkon im Schlafzimmer konnte nicht geöffnet werden, so dass wir diesen nicht nutzen konnten - kein Schreibtisch vorhanden - die kostenlosen Parkplätze (an der Straße) wurden auch von den Anliegern benutz, so dass wir bei spätem Zurückkommen sehen mussten, wo wir parken konnten - die Schilder "Durchgang verboten" fand ich unversämt! Beim Buchen achte ich auch stets auf die Bewertung und bin bisher nie schlecht damit gefahren. Ich weiß wirklich nicht, woher hier die vielen positiven Beurteilungen kommen!

Lovely view at the Patio Fresh smelling laundered towels Impeccably clean floor you could almost eat from the bathroom floor it was sparkling clean and immaculate I felt like i shouldn’t mess it up coffee and tea box well stocked, all appliances were working you could tell it is well maintained. Lush pillows and mattress allow for sweet dreams. I woke up thinking I had been sleeping in clouds till I became wide awake. They made a good restaurant recommendation and was helpful It wasn’t a fluke cause it happened over again! Absolutely nothing to dislike

• Mag (10/5): great stay, truely tuscan hospitality and beautiful surrounding - a great set up appartement in a wonderful tuscan villa, lovely decorated, great gardens and a balcony with the special tuscan view, a nice big walk in shower, separate toilet, very quiet location eventhough only a few minutes walk to the old city piazza, 2 ACs made us survive the extreme heat very well, technical issues were dealt with right away, minutes by car to shops and restaurants 🤣🤣we asked about a washing machine as we had bulks after weeks of travelling, none in the house, the owner directed us to the coin lavanderia minutes away and we had an awesome fun there, its a lovely melting pot for all walks of life

• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - The owner went the extra mile to make our stay a very enjoyable experience ( providing extra supplies , recommanding trully the best restaurants, even offered us a bottle of wine from his own collection). The house has an administrator on site who can help out with different requests. The view from the villa was amazing, being on tip of a hill in a very quiet neighborhood. The entire house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, well equipment with everything you might need, and everything is high quality (one can see there was paid a lot of attention to details and they didnt go for cheap, i. g jacuzzi in the bathroom). Also, everything was spotless clean. Available parking lots just outside the property. We will definitely come back.

• Gary (10/5): The apartment was perfect and the hosts very gracious. - Beautiful, spacious apartment with all amenities, ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, a short distance from the town center, and free parking across the street. There wasn't anything not to like, except our stay was too short to fully enjoy the stay.
