Wenke (2/5): - Die Lage war ansprechend. Auf den Fotos der gebuchten Wohnung, macht es den Anschein, als ob auch ein eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer vorhanden ist...was unter anderen auch der Grund gewesen ist, uns für diese Wohnung mit Wohnbereich und zwei Schlafzimmern zu entscheiden. Vorgefunden haben wir jedoch nur zwei Zimmer mit je zwei Betten...somit unterliegen wir einer Täuschung und sind nicht bereit den vollen Mietbetrag zu zahlen. Unseren Unmut haben wir auch bereits direkt an jenem Abend an den Vermieter per Telefon kund getan. Dies wurde aber mit Unverständnis abgetan, man solle sich lediglich beschweren bei Booking. Zudem ist die Küchenausstattung nicht angemessen für 4Personen ausgestattet gewesen. Wir reisen viel mit Booking und sind das erste Mal unserer Ansicht nach in Bildern einer Wohnung deutlich getäuscht worden, was uns sehr missfällt. Es tut mir leid, aber mit unserer Erfahrung können wir keine bessere Bewertung abgeben.

Jennifer (1/5): Schmutz, Flecken, Löcher, defekte Grundausstattung und Gestank - Gute Lage Diese Wohnung war leider so dreckig und hat so sehr nach Rauch und altem Kochmief gerochen, dass unseren Kindern bei Betreten schlecht geworden ist. Die Handtücher und Bettlaken waren fleckig und teilweise gar nicht gewaschen, sämtliche Einrichtungsgegenstände waren defekt. Die Toilettenpapierhalterung war ebenfalls nicht richtig angeschraubt, sodass die Toilettenrolle jedes Mal bei Benutzung auf den schmutzigen Boden fiel. Der Abfluss im Badezimmerspülstein war von fremden Haaren verstopft und das Geschirr und auch die Schranktüren klebten. Es war widerlich. Wir haben in unseren Schlafsäcken geschlafen und mussten diese anschließend allesamt waschen, weil dieser Geruch so hartnäckig war. Wären wir dort nicht mit 3 kleinen Kindern abends angekommen, hätten wir uns umgehend noch etwas Anderes gesucht. Der Kontakt am Telefon wirkte insgesamt unseriös.

Lorena (10/5): Simply the best. - We just liked everything. Very clean and comfortable. There is just everything you need. We loved this apartment. Also the location is great. There is an Aldi supermarket in walking distance (not even 5 min). We walked to Hannover Zoo today, 2,9 km, it was great. So, we strongly recommend this apartment to everybody, especially families. Many thanks to the host. Whenever we will come back to Hannover, we will definitely try to rent this apartment again. Sorry, I tried my best to find something but there was nothing I didn't like :-)

Prasad (4/5): Disappointing - The unit was spacious, the location is 30 min away from the city (public transport). Located in a residential area. Keep in mind there is NO lift to reach the 4th floor. The staff was not friendly at all. Check-in was not smooth, as it was a private apartment complex, and we had to wait until an agent of the owner come and open the door. During the check-out, the host was quite unfriendly and was complaining that we moved the bed. I would not recommend it for families with kids.
