• Manuel (8/5): - Spazi vivibili e ben arredati. Casa molto accogliente letto matrimoniale comodo. Non mancava nulla. Posizione eccellente C’era molto polvere sopratutto sulle tende e nei tessuti che dava fastidio oltre che qualche ragno di troppo. Da sostituire gli asciugami un po’vetusti.

• Yoana (9/5): Great central apartment accommodating 4 people with no problem - The location was superb, the host Alessandro was available for questions all the time, the apartment exceeded our expectations. The bedroom is super spacious, with its own big bathroom and a huge wardrobe. The second bedroom is in fact a big couch in the living room and to be honest, it creaks when you sit/ lie on it. It is a complete separate room though (just lacking wardrobe as there's no space). The dining room and kitchen are great and comfortable for a family of 4/5 people. Super convenient for a baby crib as well. Self check-in was very smart. The cleanliness was more than appreciated. As I mentioned the couch creaks when you sit and turn but this is just because it is a couch, still convenient. We had a problem with the bar downstairs - very noisy private party on the street until at least 2 am (not sure why people were staying outside and not in the bar), and the insulation was definitely not sound-proof. But that was just the first night, Alessandro informed us that it happens rarely, however, I'd recommend that the owners of the apartment request observation of the silent hours or just call the police next time. As we were with a baby, the situation was more than unpleasant and I know silent hours are generally respected in Italy.

• Leslie (9/5): Lieu idéal, merveilleux séjour à Turin ! - L'emplacement est exceptionnel ! Proche de tout, en plein centre. Tout était à proximité (restaurants, commerces, lieux d'intérêt...). L'appartement est beau, spacieux, bien décoré. Il y a aussi une terrasse très agréable. Un lieu parfait pour passer quelques jours à Turin ! Les équipements sont insuffisants : pas de grille pain, peu de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine, des placards vides, rien pour cuisiner. Il n'y avait pas de petites attentions, ce qui aurait été appréciable. Le lit d'appoint pour la 5ème personne était très moyen, sans alèse et drap housse. Il faut revoir la propreté dans les salles de bains (douche et WC).

• Francesca (5/5): Very good location but hope you don’t have issues - Potentially very comfortable apartment, perfectly located to reach every attraction by foot The day we arrived, some construction works we carried on in the apartment above the one we rented. The next morning at 8am works started with a lot of unbearable noise and construction waste falling on to the balcony. Impossible to sleep. Noise continued all day long. When we asked to be given another place to stay the remaining days, we were told that nothing was available and the agency was not aware of the works. What was even worst, the agency didn’t even offered a refund, based on the excuse that they were not informed about the works. Luckily the next day the works were completed but we were left without any refund, nor ‘we’re sorry for the inconvenience’. Very unprofessional.

• Verena (6/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung Die Eingangstüre konnte ich jedes Mal nur mit Müh und Not mit dem Schlüssel öffnen. Die Wohnung ist nicht für fünf Personen geeignet. Unmöglich ein Klappbett einfach in den Eingangsbereich zu stellen.
• André (8/5): - Falls man an Ort und Stelle einchecken will, sollte man dies dem Vermieter vorgängig mitteilen, sonst wartet man vergeblich vor der Unterkunft. Alessandro, der Vermieter, kam dann aber rasch und nahm sich Zeit, die Wohnung zu zeigen. Reist man zu zweit an und möchte beide Schlafzimmer nutzen, sollte man auch dies rechtzeitig ankündigen. Dann wird das Wohnzimmer mit dem Bettsofa zum zweiten Schlafzimmer hergerichtet. Das Appartement ist grosszügig und gut eingerichtet und sehr zentral gelegen. Will man W-Lan nutzen, muss man sich nach dem Passwort erkundigen. Das Haus liegt an der Grenze der Fussgängerzone. Man hört die Autos und es führen zwei Tramlinien vorbei, auf denen schon frühmorgens reger Verkehr herrscht. Während meines Aufenthaltes fanden im Haus Bauarbeiten statt und das Aussenschloss war oft schwierig zu öffnen, weil der Zylinder beschädigt war. Ausserdem fehlten die beiden TV-Fernbedienungen.

We loved it and if we didn’t have to leave to go to another commitment, we would have stayed longer! The apt was newly renovated and quite large with great ac! The public parking garage was across the street. Completely equipped with everything we needed.

Would have been nice to find a map and perhaps some general information, uk tourist info was just around the corner - and of course we had phones.

• Camillo (10/5): Probably the best property I’ve stayed in. - Host was very attentive and helpful in getting us checked in and making sure everything went smoothly. We were a little bit early but were let in while the cleaner was there who did an immaculate job.
• Lilliana (10/5): Exceptional - We loved everything with this apartment. Alessandro was an amazing host who looked after us so greatly and was so accomodating. We had unfortunately booked elsewhere to begin with that we did not like as the facilities were uninhabitable and we rushed to find somewhere more central to Turin centre and this apartment was absolutely perfect for location. A less than 2 minute walk to the Palazzo Reale, leaving the house and heading across from palazzo reale is your main walk down Via Roma which is the direction to lead you to the heart of the centre. All round, super close to everything including transport.
• Tiziana (9/5): Superb design apartment with perfect location at the heart of Turin. - Royal Apartment is wonderfully located at the heart of Turin. The apartment itself is superb, nicely decorated and rooms and facilities are very comfortable. Online check in was very practical and useful so everything was ready for our arrival without any waiting. All the guests also really liked the atmosphere, design and cleanliness of the apartment, it's a great choice to stay in Turin. I was slightly disappointed that for a property of this level there was no breakfast, not even a minimal complimentary something, this was perceived as a bit "cold" and to me and it's something that should be improved to really make it an excellent stay. It's not about the money or the value itself, more about adding a nice human touch.
• Carla (7/5): Great location - The location is excellent, and the size of the apartment and rooms is also great. Additionally, there is a lift in the building, and parking is conveniently nearby. The bathrooms (shower, sink, and taps) and the kitchen (sink and tap) were not clean. Additionally, no rubbish bags were found, and there was a strange smell in the apartment. Please note: Our host informed us that he will contact the cleaning company to make sure this will not happen in the future!

• Carmen (10/5): Very functional apartment central Turin - The location is fantastic, opposite to Palazzo Madama in Piazza Castello, just in the heart of the Quadrilatero Romano district, at walking distance of many beautiful squares and museums and also close to many restaurants, bars and pastry shops. There are two paid public parkings nearby and a taxi station just in front. Great pasticeria DAF Elite under the apartment. The apartment is clean, large and modern; furniture is simple and the accent is on functionality rather than on comfort - there are two bathrooms, a bedroom, a smaller room with a sofa set up as a second bedroom, a dining room and a very well equipped kitchen. Wifi works well, showers are perfect, there are 3 AC units, many sockets; there is a small terrace facing the interior yard. Although the apartment has a washing machine, a dish-washing machine and a performant coffee machine, there is no detergent and only a few coffee pods as welcome courtesy. Also, there are lots of pans and saucepans but no salt, no pepper, no oil, no sugar for coffee. Good and helpful dialogue with Alessandro, the owner's representative, easy check-in and check out, cumbersome process of the company ensuring the management with lots of automatic emails of no help.

• Johan (10/5): Excellent apartment right in the heart of the city - This is a large, attractive and comfortable apartment in a prime location in Turin, just around the corner from the Royal Palace. It is on the first floor of a palazzo, above the covered gallery with excellent cafés. We had breakfast on our own balcony above the courtyard. It was a very enjoyable stay; all Turin attractions are within easy walking distance. Highly recommended! We found the online check-in process complicated (but the owner helped us through it). There is a parking garage with an entrance just opposite the apartment, be aware that the entrance is at the opposite side of the street compared to the Google location; we completely missed it.

• Milan (10/5): Exceptional - We liked everything there. It is really a royal apartmant and it is worth the money you pay for it. It is clean, neat and tidy and has everything you need. There are two perfect bathrooms as well. It is in the heart of Turin and within an easy reach to all the landmarks. The owner is a very nice person who provided us a parking space and was helpful as well. We were sorry that we hadn't booked a day or two more as we had no idea that Turin was such a wonderful and fabulous city. There are a lot of cultural attractions and one shouldn't miss it.

• David (8/5): Very good apartment with great host to rent for a few days. - Very nice host and great communication. I know I was a bit cumbersome but the host showed great patience and replied to and solved every question. Great location, Very clean and functional apartment. Even though the apartment faced a busy street it was thanks to good insulation and aircon not difficult to sleep and shut most of the noise out. The apartment is very nice in many aspects but it shows that it is used only for renting. It is not cozy. Some things are missing like bread knife and maybe some more glasses and cutlery and plates would have been good. It is otherwise a functional and nice kitchen.
• Liliana (10/5): Perfect accommodation for a wonderful vacation in Torino - The location of the apartment has been perfect, in Piazza Castello, the very center of Torino. Here there are Palazzo Reale and Palazzo Madama, the tram station, the station for the express bus for Venaria and for Rivoli Castle, and starts Via Roma with all famous brands. There are also a lot of restaurants, taverna and pizzeria nearby. For breakfast, downstairs in the front of the apartment is a nice cafeteria where you can have a delicious breakfast. Some mornings we had breakfast on the terrace of the apartment as the kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine and everything you need to prepare the breakfast (and even more if you need to - to prepare a special meal for a child or for a person on a diet).
