Guest Reviews

- Fifar (10/5): - Very clean and new and modern. The woman who runs it is very professional and always there to fix any problem withing a minute. Hot water, many warm blankets. Not usually too many people staying here so the new kitchen upstaiirs with the panoramic virw you often have to yourself. Close to the centre but a non-touristy feeling. Glad I stayed. Good facilities for a good price. Good exercise to walk up the hill to the hotel everyday. I stayed for a month but my first night I was a bit scared after everyone was asleep because I ran into a pack of aggressive dogs on the way back from the centre. But for the rest of tge time they seemed like less of a problem.
- Ganesh (7/5): A decent, a bit underwhelming stay - The host Lucero went great lengths in describing tourist spots in Cusco, helped us carry luggage, prepared breakfast at the earliest time and showing all the accessible parts of the hotel. She made our stay here memorable.
The panoramic view of Cusco from the kitchen on 4th floor is something unique. You can spend peaceful time on the terrace. This is the only hotel in my whole Peru trip which charged me taxes. I contacted Booking support, but they were of no help.
The steps to the hotel from the road(which itself is inclined) are steeper than they look. I wouldn’t advise to book here if you have kids or elderly people in your group
The hot water does not work here properly. Did inform the host, but no effect.
Even though the bathrooms are private, they are outside the room, which is problematic if you went in for a bath
I booked it by looking the pictures for the view, but wouldn’t recommend for all the negatives, unless you’re on a budget, then go for it
- Nenad (10/5): Great stay with a great view! - The property is great, there is still a lot to do and improve but they have just started. One thing you need to know the area is not the nicest, however you’re very quicky in the town and also Ubers are no problem. The view is just incredible!! Also the host is super sweet and nice I love chatting with her. Consider that the flats are pretty cold due to missing heating.
Also, there is no shower gels provided so please consider bringing some. It would be nice to have some small table next to the bed and some lamp which was really missing.

- Hana (10/5): Helpful staff, nice view, very clean - Very helpful staff, they provided us with whatever we needed: from a taxi, to a delicious dinner, to washing clothes-laundry. Liked the view. Very clean. Spacious appartment for the price. In every way, our expectations were exceeded in this accommodation.
- Carmen (9/5): - Sehr engagiertes Personal. Grossartige Aussicht.
- magdalena (10/5): - The owner is a very warm and helpful person. She helped us a lot with organizing our trip. We highly recommend her.

O principal, o chuveiro é bem quente e novo.
No geral, gostei bastante.
- Dan Rubinoff (8/5): Nice city views and lots of space in a residential neighborhood. - The host was fantastic! She met us at the road very late at night, and helped us get our bags into the apartment. She also let us store the bags on our last day and helped us bring them back down to the road when we departed. The apartment was very large with three different, good sized rooms with comfortable beds. The bathroom was very modern. the kitchen area had nice views. The apartment is located about 20 minute walk from the central square in a residential areas with dogs barking and chickens crowing at dawn. So you need a taxi to get back and forth. Plus the apartment is up a steep and crumbly stairway from the street which would be very hard if you couldn't lift and carry your bags. The apartment was chilly-about 12C most of the time but the host brought us a portable heater that helped. The shower water was warm but very weak water pressure. I'd definitely stay there again but there were challenges. Breakfast was a piece of bread and avocado and jam. Very basic and fine for us but if you were expecting more...

- Michelle (9/5): Don't be fooled by its low price tag - this is one of the best options we could have chosen. - Super responsive staff. I got altitude sickness the first day and Lucerito came immediately with OxiShot. She also gave us agua de coca to drink and agua Florida (like an essential oil) to help with altitude sickness. Breakfast was always ready before we needed to leave. The dining area had the most incredible view and was nice and warm because of the sunshine. The bathroom is not inside the room, it's right next to it. It was a dedicated bathroom just for us, but having to go out in the cold in the dark was a little unnerving for us.
- Florian (10/5): Great apartment, would definitely recommend! - Great new apartment with everything you need. Clean rooms, good equipped kitchen and amazing rooftop terrace. The owner is unbelievably nice and helps where she can. It’s about 20 minutes per foot from the city center, but that wasn’t a problem for us.
- Nico (9/5): Superb -
- Min (10/5): Nice view and comfy rooms.I would stay there again - The rooms are very well equipped with bedding materials and decorations. They are very comfortable. The host Lucero is very friendly and always helping! Our travel plans were made in a way like 1st day coming back late and 2nd day leaving at 4am. I knew that it would be very tiring to go out for dinner. So I asked if Lucero could prepare 4 person dinners for us. She replied a yes immediately. She had a warm meal waiting for us: chicken noodle soup, potato chicken breast stew and steamed white rice! It was a best homemade dinner!
- Jorge (6/5): Pleasant -
- Luca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Máté (10/5): Amazing view - The view is amazing from the hostel, the owners are super helpful, they even picked up us from the bus station and they left breakfast for us.
- Daniela (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation in Cusco is new, beautiful and clean. There is a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The owner, Juan, is super nice and always helpful. The view over Cusco is stunning. Walk to the city center is around 15min. We can recommend this accommodation 100%.
