• Emily (7/5): It was ok. - Close to the Termini station. Our toilet broke on the first day which was inconvenient, but it was fixed that day. It was extremely close to the metro station but we walked most days. Bed was comfy but then again I would have slept anywhere after a full day of walking everywhere. I didn’t like that the owner didn’t meet us. There was quite a lot of mould in the bathroom on the tiles. I just feel it needs a good amount of attention to detail and a good clean. The other guests were quite noisy, as it’s 1 apartment made up of 5 rooms and no one seemed to be considerate of others.

• sara (8/5): Habitación muy bonita y buena ubicación. - La habitación muy bonita . Leandro muy amable. La parte común desde la portería hasta la entrada en el apartamento es muy vieja, escaleras rotas y ascensor muy pequeño, han aprovechado el hueco de la escalera ( una maleta grande no cabe)

• Gauthier (8/5): très confortable, localisation excellente. - La localisation était parfaite, très près de la station the train avec plusieurs restaurants et marché prêt de nous. Le colisée est très près et le reste des lieux son pas loin.
• Jana (9/5): Skvělá lokalita a super přístup majitele Leonarda! - Ubytování mohu jen doporučit! Je ve skvělé lokalitě, 10 minut chůze vzdáleno od vlakového nádraží. Na metro to je pár kroků. Kousek od Colossea. K Fontáně di Trevi jsme šli pěšky cca 25 minut. V okolí jsou příjemné restaurace i kavárny, takže snídaně, večeře - nic nebylo problém. Skvělá je i péče majitele Leonarda. Spolehlivý, starostlivý, se vším pomůže, poradí. Při odjezdu jsme dostali výbornou snídani :-). Doporučuji všem! Jana

• Jan (9/5): Great place to explore Rome - Very good location: about 10min on foot from the train/bus station, about 15min on foot to the Colosseum, 30min on foot to the Trevi fountain. Subway line just outside the house. The family suite was very good for two adults and two older kids. Host Leonardo was very friendly and accomodating. Free coffee. Very good price overall. It's not a hotel, so needs a bit of coordination by phone or whatsapp to checkin/out. Have to bring in food or eat out - no breakfast! But then there's plenty of good food options available, so not a big issue.

• Heino (2/5): Nicht zu empfehlen, leider! - Lage, Bilder und Bewertung erschien gut, weshalb ich die Unterkunft auswählte. Schimmel an diversen Stellen; (darf nicht passieren!) Fehler vermutlich auf 'Renovierung' und Objektbetreuung zurückzuführen. Bei dem Zimmerpreis ein Unding! Ist mir in Rom noch nirgends untergekommen. Schimmelentfernung von direkten Hinweisen eigentlich nicht zulässig (Verwendung eines chlorbasierten Mittels)! Augen- und Schleimhautreizungen waren abends die Folge! Weitere Schimmelstellen wurden nicht selbständig entfernt. Abends wollte ich nur noch meine Ruhe und morgens die Abreise begehen. Zimmerbilder geschönt, Zimmerbewertung überhöht und wohl überholt! Veraltetes langsames und instabiles WLAN. Kein internationale TV-Konnektivität (das für Rom!) Türen schleiften usw. Direkte und weitere Fotos vorhanden; ein Einstellen von Fotos erspare ich mir.

• Mark (10/5): Warm hospitality, clean and centrally located. Just perfect! - Very well located in the city Centre, next to the metro station and in walking distance to all sightseeings. We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a heartwarming hospitality. Everything was very clean and the beds are very relaxing and comfortable. We will surely come back to this place when being in Rome!

• Ana Isabel (10/5): UBICACIÓN EXCELENTE EN ROMA - Nos encantó el personal: muy atento y amable. La ubicación también, perfecta, a solo 8 minutos a pie del Coliseo. No me gustó mucho los locales de alrededor, las veces que intentamos desayunar en algún bar cerca, no fue bien... lo mejor es caminar un poco hacia el centro y los restaurantes/ cafeterías son mucho mejor.

• Anton (8/5): Great location. Clean and comfortable space. - That is really cool place to feel in the centre of Ancient Rome. Colosseum is just 12-15 minutes walk from here and Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore is very close to apartments. Also there a park right across the street and lot of places to dine. Also Conad and Lidle are very close so you can grab something to snack and eat in common area where is coffee machine and microwave with plates and other stuff placed. The owner was very friendly and responsive. Room was clean. As it placed on the crossing of the roads it is noisy when open windows but maybe it was our lack because there are 6 or more rooms, but some noise is possible. Shower was a bit old and shampoo/soap dispenser was broken which is not critical if you take your own cosmetics of course.
