• Massimo (10/5): Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte nella camera con la vasca, con un allestimento personalizzato e devo dire che è stato - Ci è piaciuto praticamente tutto
• Anna (8/5): - Przemiła obsługa. Mogliśmy się wcześniej zameldować, przechować bagaże. Do dyspozycji gości-w części wspólnej lodówka. Łóżko duże, wygodne aczkolwiek prosiłam w rezerwacji o dwa pojedyncze. W okolicy mnóstwo restauracji- chińskich- z pysznymi daniami. Metro bardzo blisko więc dojazd do centrum nie stanowi żadnego problemu. Pokój czysty, łazienka bardzo czysta. W korytarzu - w części wspólnej- jak również w pokoju unosił się bardzo intensywny zapach. Odniosłam wrażenie, że obsługa spryskala całe łóżko jakimiś zapachami, które niestety bardzo trudno znoszą migrenowcy... wietrzenie pokoju nic nie dało. Pod pokojem restauracja - bardzo głośno- ale tylko do godziny 23. Niestety inni lokatorzy tego obiektu z pokoju obok wrócili późno w nocy i zachowywali się bardzo głośno. W pokoju słychać wszystko co dzieje się obok i w korytarzu. Drzwi nie są szczelne- odnosiło się wrażenie, że są otwarte. Także reasumując - wyjechałam zmęczona i z bólem głowy 🫣.
• Sophie (10/5): Une séjour de rêve - La chambre était parfaite, bien configurée, aménagée et propre. Ça sentait très bon. On nous a changé nos serviettes au milieu d'un séjour de 4 jours. Je n'ai pas voulu les embêter avec le ménage, mais le service m'a été proposé en milieu de séjour également. L'hôte etait disponible et aux petits soins. Le jacuzzi était très agréable en fin de journée. La zone commune avec frigo était très pratique aussi. Tout était parfait.

• Elena Marina (10/5): Raffaelli Suite per un viaggio perfetto - Una delle migliori camere in cui abbia soggiornato: pulizia eccellente, camera davvero ampia, letto comodissimo, silenziosa, l'area comune attrezzatissima e le indicazioni dell'host, Marco, sono state precise e cordiali. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglierei a chiunque, perché anche la posizione è strategica!

• Vasyl (9/5): - Останавливались втроем на одну ночь в августе 2025 года. Чисто. Тихо. Комфортно. Кровати удобные. Ремонт новый. Самостоятельный check-in/check-out. Подробную инструкцию присылают за час до времени заселения. Квартира далеко от центра, но рядом с метро. Парковка на улице, бесплатная, места есть, если немного поискать. Хорошее расположение относительно аэропорта Ciampino. Завтрак в апарт-отелях Италии сильно отличается от общепринятого понятия. Обычно это набор снеков и капсулы для приготовления кофе. Это особенность не данного отеля, такое часто встречается в Италии. В остальном неплохое соотношение цена/качество.

• Codruța Ioana (10/5): Locație lângă metrou - Un apartament dintr-o suită aflat într-un bloc curat, foarte aproape de metrou. Apartamentul a fost confortabil și curat, dotat cu tot ce era necesar, avea o bucătărie bine echipată comună cu celelalte apartamente. Accesul în apartament se face cu cod de acces și ulterior cartelă. Gazda a fost amabilă. Am avut o sticlă de apă rece, ceaiuri și snackuri gratuit din partea casei. Parcarea se face gratuit unde găsești loc în parcările publice din zonă. În baie nu ar strica mai multe suporturi pt prosoape.

The apartment is what we looking for, very clean, close to the metro (5min walk) , affordable, Marco is very responsive for all the questions and concerns we have. Overall our stay was amazing. The air condition was not cold enough gor the room but fair enough the weather was 36-38 when we went there.

The room looks even better in than in the photos, and it's very comfortable and clean. The common area is very comfortable and well-equipped. Communication with the owner was fantastic. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax after a day of exploring the bustling city center. The area, there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. It's just a 3-minute walk from the underground (Metro A).

• Luka (10/5): Great choice for everyone - Location was easy to find, owner was very responsive when it came to messaging and he explained very well how to get into the room. Everything was clean and neat. Bed, bathroom and the floor was very clean. There was complementary coffee and tea in the kitchen. Big TV with air conditioning that is very easy to operate. To reach Rafaelli suits you need to take the line A of metro to Numidio metro station, 10 minute drive from termini station. Will come back.
• Yannay (9/5): a really good place and a really good host. - Marco, the oner, is a very nice person. he helped us to do the check-in from afar because we coulden't arive at a regular time. on our first mormimg he gave us a tour around the nighberhood and showed us where the Metro station is/ the room itself was very comfortable and big. clean bathroom+shower, good wifi, nice beds. just a little far from the metro station (7 minutes by foot, and can take a bit more with luggage).

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to Marco, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was wonderful! The rooms were super clean, which made our stay very comfortable. Additionally, the location was perfect—close to all the attractions we wanted to explore. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and am definitely planning to come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Rome!
