• Andrea (9/5): A good stay in Rovaniemi - Dispite located in a rather old-fashion building, the apartment was really nice and clean. Spaces are well distributed and we appreciated the sauna in the bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped and beds are comfortable. Due to lack of time we didn’t enjoy the breakfast but it looks good! Nothing to comply with, it was all good.

• Muriel (8/5): Quiet and functional apartment in Rovaniemi - The guesthouse was a quiet and spacious apartment with a more or less well equipped kitchen. The apartment looked a little run down although it was fully functional. The washroom was a little small and the WiFi didn't reach some parts of the apartment.

• David (8/5): Spacious and comfortable if a little dated. Recommended. - The 2 bedroom apartment was comfortable although a bit dated. We had plenty of space for 4 of us. The kitchen and other facilities were very good. The continental breakfast was good - not a huge range but enough to be filling and tasty. The building doesn't look that great from the outside but inside it was much nicer. The location is good, only a short walk from the train station. We had some confusion about getting the key to get in - I didn't receive a message with the instructions. Once that was sorted though everything went smoothly.

• Yuk (8/5): Good place to stay for visiting the Santa Clause Village - The location is near to the railway station that just takes around 5 mins there. There is direct bus to Santa Clause Village at the railway station. Staff is polite and friendly. And very detailed information provided before check-in. The room is clean, spacious and sufficiently equipped. It is not the point we dislike, but travellers need to prepare for taking around 18 mins walking distance to the town centre where the supermarket and dining place around. It is not easy if not driving in winter time. Or there is bus to the town centre.

• Marc (8/5): Great value if you want to stay closer to the center and airport. - 1. The place is at the center and near the airport by car. 2. The breakfast inclusion was great. 3. The owner can speak English and accommodating. 4. It has a free parking space if you have car with you. Since we were assigned a room in the basement, it feels like it was long time ago that someone used the room and feels like a bit old place. Nevertheless, we had a good stay and was able to cook our own food there.

• Richard (10/5): Great stay with the helpful hosts. - Fantastic apartment for our stay in Rovaniemi! Plenty of room for a family. Comfortable beds and amazing heat and water pressure in the shower. The washing machine was much appreciated. The location was a short trip to the main shopping area and close enough to be a short drive to SCV. Breakfast had a great selection and kept us full for most of the day.

• Olli (7/5): A practical place to stay for someone traveling by bus or train - The apartment was spacious and had everything I really needed. It even had a washing machine, which I had no time to use. There was only a few hundred meter's walk from/to the railroad station, manageable even with a suitcase (although there was a short stretch of gravel, the gap on Google maps). The distance to a supermarket was also less than a kilometer, I think. The breakfast was OK. The apartment had its own front door, though I didn't need it. The decoration was a mix of original 1960s/1970s and some modernized things, such as the kitchen cupboards and some of the bathroom furniture. The layout was a little cumbersome; I would have preferred a living room and a kitchen closer to each other. There was a wifi router on top of the wardrobe in the bedroom with such a bright LED that I had to unplug the whole thing to be able to sleep.

• Ambika (10/5): Beautiful Rovaniemi trip in a beautiful Apartment - We stay in this apartment for 3 night. It was just amazing and wonderful experience over there. Very clean, spacious and cozy apartment with everything you needed for your stay. Kitchen is so well equipped, very clean. A very big bathroom with a private Sauna. The Sauna was awesome. Enough beds for a group or family. Very comfortable beds. Flexible check in and check out. We had a very early flight on arrival date, still they allowed us for the early check in with breakfast. The staffs were very helpful and responsive in case of need. They helped us in every time for arranging and managing the day trip, getting the information for transportation, attraction and activities. This apartment is just awesome and beyond the money what we had paid. Thank you to all the staffs and the owner. We met the owner also. She is so friendly, flexible and kind hearted. Everything was perfect. We needed the help in running the Sauna and next day the washing machine, somehow it well so well with their immediate response and help. The staffs were so helpful, friendly and responsive.

I only thought it looked like it might be cold inside from the outside but actually it was perfectly warm inside.

• Wouter (8/5): Good place to prepare for a trip north or morning train south - Squeaky clean apartment at a stones throw from the railway station and rental car pickup. Good place to stay the night an prepare for a trip north or (for us) the early morning train to Helsinki. There were only single beds.
