- William (6/5): -
- Shanette (10/5): - The honesty of the manager and what the charges should have been Nothing
- M (3/5): Needs help - No breakfast or coffee Owner walked in and hour before check out without knocking cockroach on the table
- Nathan (8/5): - Friendly owners! I was placed in one of the rooms on the back side of the motel. It was very quiet. The bathroom was clean and perfectly functional. The beds were fine. The pillows were flat, but I stacked two on top of each other!
- John (4/5): It was ok but we will never go back! - It was ok and clean There was no hot water, no instructions for using the TV, and they need to upgrade their toilets! I have very bad knees and sitting down on a lower toilet was very hard and even harder getting up. At least put some sort of handles to aid in sitting down and getting up!
- Allen (1/5): It was slightly better than sleeping in the street, in the rain but not by much. - It smelled musty and moldy. The sheets were DIRTY, hairs, stains and holes in the sheets!!! We will NEVER stay there again !!!!
- Freddy Alberto (6/5): -
- Chris (1/5): Don't stay here - Closest to the job Everything. If this was 1960, then it would be ok. Facilities are not maintained at all. Mold, cigarette burns in sheets, dented and cracked everything. Absolutely FILTHY! I couldn't bring myself to shower as I would emerge dirtier than when I went in. I travel for work and stay in hundreds of hotels a year, and this is in my top ten of shitholes. Constant loud arguments outside all night with no lock on the door isn't exactly rocking me to sleep in what I assume is a 1980s mattress riddled with who knows concoction parasites/germs/scabies/ hepatitis. This place is EXACTLY like the hotels you see in movies that rent by the hour. Only stay here if you are homeless/no other options.
- Pannkuk (1/5): -
- Juan (10/5): -
- Robinson (5/5): - The beds were comfy When they keep locking me out of my room
- Knight (3/5): - Not a lot, shower was hot Room was not clean, bed felt like they had used the same sheets from the last person. Stained towels and sheets. Floor was dirty.
- Dana (7/5): An inexpensive,no frills , clean place to stop for the night - There was a very comfortable chair in the room where I could relax and put my feet up
A food truck behind the bldg
Restaurant s and coffee across the street
- Steven (10/5): Very good a motel. - It was awesome to stay there. We enjoyed our selves alot. Nothing, it was great. Thank you
- Devon (2/5): Very poor -
- Sam (5/5): Will not stay at this motel again . - Location was om next to 24 hours drive thru MacDonalds, if you are a light sleeper it is very noisy.
- Williamson (5/5): It was a good last minute stop over with great access to a few fast food places, and the Fair Ground - Location was convenient. Easy parking. somewhat hard to get into depending on the direction you approached from. only single locks on the doors. Someone regularly sits outside the room I was given and smokes - they look like they had moved in! Nothing was fresh.. nothing smelled dirty, but nothing smelled freshly cleaned either.
- John (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kristina (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jerramy (10/5): Exceptional - Na Na
- Williams (4/5): Disappointing - Stained linen, towels paper thin and stained. Bed uncomfortable
- Melissa (7/5): Hospital pre operation stay - location near hospital for surgical appointment hard puffy pillows...none flat.
- Signe (8/5): Very good - no coffee pot
- Jayme (8/5): Very good -
- Dan (1/5): I would stay there again, if everything was working properly - Location was good, centrally located in town. Relatively quiet considering the location location There was NO water pressure in the shower. I was unable to use the shower or the tub in any way. I reported this to the office shortly after arriving, and was told it would be looked into. After returning from dinner a couple hours later, I found the situation unchanged. Did not complain again to management as I assumed it would be a waste of time.
- Gerald (4/5): Sketchy at best. - They try? Had not been here before so found out this is a seedy part of town. The motel is VERY dated, appeared clean enough butttt. One huge problem, you could see outside around the door jam so feeling safe and secure in your room...not! The manager/owner (?) was not a happy person. Won't ever stay there again nor recommend.
- Zeke (7/5): Good -
- Cynthia (8/5): Very good - Location was great.
- Cynthia (9/5): Superb -
- Rahul (5/5): Passable - Nothing Tv was not working. Water was not draining in bathroom sink.

- Stark (2/5): Poor condition/function of room + high price of room = Very Disappointing Stay! - Access to/from property was reasonably convenient. The bed was comfortable. Interior of room was is very bad condition: defects in walls, stains on walls and ceilings, bathroom sink stopper rod pulled out of sink when trying to hold water in sink; no towels in bathroom; liquid bath products dispenser was empty; towels eventually provided were stained; bedding was stained. Key card did not unlock the access door - staff had to provide a hard key.
Owing to the extremely poor condition of the room, it was egregiously over-priced. I believe the rate should have been in the $45-$50/night range.
- Debra (1/5): Room air so bad had to leave could not stay - Not much. Room seemed to be clean but due to the extreme use of deodorizer the air was toxic. I had to leave and book a room elsewhere. I can’t emphasize how toxic the air was in that room. My dog and I could not stay we went to another hotel. Staff did not seem to understand my complaint but were polite. Expensive mistake booking here.
- Ashley (6/5): Pleasant -
- Moore (7/5): Good -
- Jayme (8/5): Very good -
- Min (5/5): Passable -
- Deborah (4/5): I do not recommend this place - Convenient to interstate Old, outdated, musty smell. Broken clothes rack. Bad lighting. I used a wash cloth on my face that caused scratches and bleeding. When I looked at the cloth it had had been used to wipe up white paint, washed folded and placed in the room for use.
- Vankeuren (8/5): Refreshing - Quíte felt secluded was wonderfully quite Had no dislikes
- Deb (10/5): Great rates, clean, surroundings, customer service is friendly, I feel safe, secure, asI travel alone - Location is great. Right off I-5 corridor. Easy to find. The grounds are clean and kept nice. The staff is friendly and that's huge! The motel is very cute and provided everything I needed to be and feel secure. Safe. And the comfort of the room is amazing! I recommend anyone that is traveling to check into Travelers INN. Affordable rates, best in town. And located off I-5 easy access. Front desk is warm n inviting. I'm happy with the ROOM. Mini fridge. Microwave. Shower bathroom. They provide clean towels. And it's perfect in my opinion for anyone TRAVELING THROUGH. Definitely check into TRAVELERS INN. and I will come back, because of the aforementioned reasons. Price is right. Location is perfect. And lake Sacajawea across the street, and has been voted into the top 10 cities, and places too see. Lake Sacajawea is across the street! Top ten in the country. Beautiful and serene. I am very happy with my stay at Travelers INN. YOU'VE got to come experience for yourself, family , etc. None could be better. Quality price, and clean quiet place to stay. Especially because of traveling through. Easy to find. Right off I-5

- Leasa (1/5): I want a refund - Leaving The owner screaming at me and the booking.com agent

- Natalie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jayme (9/5): Superb -
- Carol (7/5): Good -
- Pardini (4/5): Disappointing - 3 beds and spacious room Bathroom shower curtain was moldy. There was mold in the refrigerator and the ice from the freezer compartment was taking over the fridge. There were cobwebs in all the corners and the microwave didn’t work.
- Richard (8/5): Comfy room at a convenient location for a decent price. -
- Zeke (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -

- Kathy (9/5): comfortably looked after - I came to spend one night and ended up staying three! Little lady of the property was extremely helpful and made me feel like family. she took care of me as if i was her own! i won't stay anywhere else in longview. i wish i would have brought more clothes to stay another night, i didnt want to do laundry!!!
- Adan (1/5): Bad -
- Dalton (9/5): Great front desk employee. Terrible accommodations for the cost. - The guy working the front desk was great. Professional. Efficient. And friendly. Given the hour In which we arrived being quite late.. he was awesome. I didn't like the price for the very dismal room and accommodations. Price should not be 100+ dollars. That's insane to be honest.
- Fredette (8/5): Great value for price. - Room was large, water pressure was good. Location was excellent. Toilet and tub/shower were clean. Great value for the price. The bedding was a little suspect - the stains didn't bother me so much, but there were plenty of crumbs/debris between the top sheet and comfortable. The shower curtain I had needs a good bleaching or replacing.
- Allmaras (8/5): Very good - The staff helped me with any questions that I had. I felt welcome. And the bed was super comfy. Would like to go there again in the near future
- Mell (6/5): Pleasant -
- Marie (1/5): Gross smell & filthy gross furniture -
- Jennie (5/5): Passable - close to a lot of places wanted to visit not enough towels also need bar to help get in and out of tub
- Chrystal (1/5): Bad -
- Kathryn (1/5): Bad -
- La (5/5): Passable - room stunk was stale was a smoke free room and reeked of cigarettes. is not worth 93$ a night
- Meghna (10/5): Best in Town - we were surprised at the immaculate cleanliness. the motel manager was friendly, courteous and very helpful. they truly care about their guests. we will definitely stay here again and our family too! Thanks for everything Townhouse motel every thing
- Matthew (8/5): Very good -
- Branden (4/5): Disappointing - Dirty, loud, didn't get the queen beds I paid for. Instead there was a dirty fold out cot. Bedding was dirty. The whole room was dirty. You could tell it wasn't clean
- Antikainen (2/5): Awful - The cleanliness of the facility was terrible! There were ashes in the tray as well as on the night stand. Coffee rings and food on the sink. The mattress box spring was horrific! It was stained yellow and brown. There was no bed skirt to at least mask the filth.
For the money spent for the night it was awful. A lot of places claim they add additional fees due to covid sanitization, but with the obvious crud and recent debris it is obvious no such sanitization let alone cleaning took place
- South (2/5): Very poor -
- Cristel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cynthia (5/5): The guy we dealt with was wonderful and if we ever stayed there again it would be because of him. - There was no breakfast and the location was noisy. We really liked the staff, he did all he could do to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Only I bed had a blanket and only 1 wash cloth and the room felt dirty.
- Sarionna (8/5): Very good -
- Sara (5/5): Passable -
- Donna (9/5): Older but Comfortable - Older but nice room. Needs some updating but comfortable. Needs better pillows.
- Jessica (1/5): The stay made me feel dirty, what a gross motel. - Nothing, left me feeling grimy. First I chose the wrong arrival time, the man who checked me in was so rude about the miscommunication. I apologized, which he just kept telling me all about my mistake.
The room itself was terrible, the carpet stained, sheets stained, fridge smelled like rot, room was soooo hot.
I wish I hadn’t wasted my money. My two small children should not have been there. Don’t stay while on your travels with the family.
- Tamara (4/5): Disappointing - The room itself was dirty. The floor was gross, everything on the floor turned black. There was dirty underwear found in the room. And the bathroom looked like it hadn't been clean at all!
