• Michele (7/5): Posizione notevole, hotel rinnovato e accogliente. - Posizione, esterno della struttura rinnovata e accattivante, staff, colazione in linea con un 3 stelle conoscevamo già l’hotel perché negli anni c’eravamo già stati un paio di volte e ci siamo sempre trovati bene, ma questa volta la camera assegnata, nonostante avessimo chiesto (e pagato) tramite Booking la doppia (il prezzo era leggermente più alto anche se di pochi euro), ci è stata assegnata la tripla che riduceva lo spazio utile. Per onestà non abbiamo reclamato alla consegna e non è stato un gran danno per il soggiorno di una notte. La cosa invece un po’ disturbante è stato il bagno: il tappetino che era nel box doccia, che di suo è veramente limitante in spazio, era completamente zuppo di acqua ed il soffione che spruzzava acqua molto insufficiente a tal punto da utilizzare quello manuale. Detto questo, il tappetino ci è stato sostituito anche se a ora tarda dal gentile receptionist (anche se ha sbagliato l’assegnazione🤭) mentre della doccia abbiamo fatto segnalazione soltanto il mattino al check out. Umile consiglio: far controllare bene al personale tutte le funzioni delle camere.

• Zoltán (10/5): Na to, že sa jedná o 3 hviezdičkový hotel, tak za nás maximálna spokojnosť! - Čo sa týka preferencie týkajúce sa tichej izby: Pokiaľ je zatvorené okno tak je to v poriadku, vzhľadom k tomu, že hotel je umiestnený hneď na promenáde s výhľadom na more. Izba bola priestranná a čistá. Čistota sa však vzťahuje na celý hotel, čo by som zvlášť vyzdvihol. Personál hodnotím tiež kladne. Dobre fungovalo bezplatné Wi-Fi pripojenie na internet ako aj klimatizácia na izbe. Terasa umiestnená na streche s vírivkou a panoramatickým výhľadom na mesto bola super. My sme ju využívali hlavne na večerné stretnutia s ostatnými. Čo by som ako jedine mohol vytknúť je parkovisko. Jedna časť je zadarmo cca 8 vozidiel a druhá časť je platená približne 12 miest. Teda ten kto príde skôr, tak bude mať bezplatné parkovisko. Mali by poskytovať aj druhú časť parkoviska zadarmo.
• Carsten (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit super Frühstück - Das Frühstücksbuffet ist toll. Es gibt z.B. kleine belegte Croissants und frisch zubereitete Eier und Crepes auf Bestellung. Und was im Süden nicht selbstverständlich ist: Wasser mit Kohlensäure. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist sehr schön inklusive Sonnenuntergang. Unser Familienzimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern war sehr gut. Ich habe eine Möglichkeit vermisst, die Badesachen zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Es gab zwar eine Art Wäscheständer, den hätte man aber nur bei geöffnetem Fenster ausziehen können und bei den Temperaturen haben wir lieber das Fenster geschlossen gehalten. Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng für größere Fahrzeuge.

• Elke (10/5): - Die Schwierigkeiten bei einem Buchungsmissverständnis hat das Personal an der Rezeption sehr professionell und freundlich zu unseren Gunsten schnell lösen können, danke! Bitten um Besteck etc. (Hotel hat kein Restaurant) oder Flaschenöffner wurden jederzeit erfüllt. Besonderes Highlight ist der Jacuzzi auf der Dachterrasse.

Went to use the rooftop spa and was told it was out of action for maintenance, however it appeared more likely that they just turn it off during off-peak times - either way that was disappointing.

• Erhard (9/5): Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt - Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Die supernetten Mitarbeiter sind auf jeden Fall erwähnenswert . Wirklich alle waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tatsächlich war der "Strandwart" von 53 Bagno Biancamano nicht flexibel und unfreundlich. Trotz leerer Liegen in Meeresnähe hat er uns, nachdem wir das Hotel genannt hatten nach hinten platziert. Mit seiner locker-sitzenden Trillerpfeife fand er sich selbst wohl überaus wichtig.

• Petra (10/5): Perle am Mittelmeer - Dieses Hotel kann ich in jeder Hinsicht uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Wir wurden sehr herzlich von einer Mitarbeiterin empfangen, alle Begegnungen mit den Hotelmitarbeitern sind ausgesprochen höflich uns sehr freundlich mit der gewünschten Zurückhaltung. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, gut klimatisiert und alle Zimmer sind mit Balkonblick aufs Meer. Oben befindet sich eine Dachterrasse auf der wir unbeschreiblich schöne Sonnenuntergänge abseits des Trubels genießen konnten, Cocktail aus der Hausbar inklusive :). Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, es werden verschiedene Brotsorten, Körnerbrötchen, Obst und Müslivarianten, selbst zubereitete kleine italienische belegte Paninis, frisches Obst, Omelette Cremes... angeboten, die wir auf der Außenterrasse mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer genießen konnten. 4 Mitarbeiter sind damit beschäftigt immer wieder frisch aufzufüllen. Das Hotel hat einen unmittelbaren Zugang zum Strand ( nur über die Straße), liegt direkt in der Altstadt, wo man ausgedehnt Shoppen kann oder viele Cafés und Restaurants findet. Parkplätze sind über das Hotel zu mieten und direkt hinter dem Haus. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen, uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir hatten vom ersten Moment das Gefühl: Jetzt ist Urlaub! Ich habe meinen hochwertigen Pullover vergessen, sogar diesen hat man mir umgehend und ohne Extrakosten zugesendet. Gracie mille ancora:) alles perfekt
• Gabriel (9/5): Unser Aufenthalt insgesamt war super: Das Hotel liegt unglaublich zentral, mit direktem Meerblick un - Das Frühstück im Hotel war hervorragend – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist traumhaft: direkt am Meer mit Privatstrand, sehr hochwertig, sauber und gepflegt. Der Sand war fein wie 405er Mehl – einfach perfekt. Ein kleiner Wunsch am Rande: Eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen für den Kaffee zwischendurch, auch wenn das kein großes Manko ist.

• Tom (9/5): Bis auf den Bettrahmen war alles in Ordnung. - Das Hotel liegt an einem sehr Zentralen Punkt, kurzer Weg zum Strand und in die Stadt zumindest wo es sich am Abend das italienische Leben abspielt. Trotzdem in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Parkmöglichkeit direkt beim Hotel, Frühstück alles was einem Freude macht, frisch zubereitete Omeletts, Crepes usw. Der Bettrahmen hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen, war eher eine wackelige Angelegenheit.

We had a small place where we can do this but then the window had to be open. That was not possible because of noise and smell of cigarettes from outside. So our staff was always wet. No balcony.

• Zsolt (6/5): We had much better time at other places for less money. At least we were happy to come home. - The personal was nice and friendly even the restaurant personal was not speaking english. The breakfast was boring after three days. Not a big selection and every single day the same. You could hear any noises in the room from outside even the caughing from our neighbour. The elevator was old and sometimes the cleaning staff left the door open on the second floor then it was annoying to walk down or up from the third floor. Jacuzzi was cold only useful in the really warm hours. I would prefer to use in the evening as well.

One drawback is that the street near the hotel is very busy, a lot of cars, motorcycles drive. When you open the window, there is a lot of noise. However, when the windows are closed, everything is quiet and calm.

The staff were all friendly and we loved the breakfast - we had fresh crepes every day. The roof terrace was also really nice. There is possibility for free parking. Great terrace on the floor with view, jacuzzi and seating places. Also you have to know that there are not free beach. Entrance starts from 15-20 EUR.
