- Norma (4/5): - We found Cockroaches and baby lizards in the rooms we got move to 3 different rooms but it was the same and we ask front desk for a refund to move to an other hotel and said they don’t refund ..

- Juan Silvestre (4/5): - El cuarto olia mal, comente al servicio y solo llegaron a rociar un spay, de igual forma olia mal el bano, en general la habitacion no se veia muy limpia, la verdad no lo recomendaria, y las fotos de las picinas no son como se ven, estan demaciado producidas.

- Eva (4/5): - El hotel "cumple", aunque falta limpieza en la alberca que es muy pequeña y como es muy frecuentada por jóvenes, pues... El resto del hotel bien a secas, aunque con ruido en las habitaciones en la madrugada. Con todo, el problema no es el hotel, es Xilitla, uno de los pueblos más feos, sucios e intransitables de México, con pésima oferta, servicio y precios de alimentos en los restaurantes (además de caros y leeeentos solo aceptan efectivo). La población vive del jardín Surrealista (una maravilla), pero no cuida su entorno. Mi sugerencia es que se hospeden en Jalpan que es muy lindo y solo vayan a esta zona a visitar el jardín, el Museo de Leonora Carrington y salgan huyendo.

- JONHATAN (8/5): - Buen servicio de limpieza y cerca de los lugares turisticos, solo el Wifi es malo no podia conectarme a pesar de tener varias redes y el estacionamiento para carros bajos no es tan funcional ya que pega en la parte de abajo y se atora, debes estar maniobrando para salir ya que es una bajada para entrar al estacionamiento. De ahi en mas las habitaciones, baño, agua y alberca muy bien.
