• Nellija (8/5): Labi. - Tuvu pludmalei, apartamentos viss nepieciešamais (šoreiz ļoti novērtēju, ka bija fēns, gludeklis un gludināmais dēlis). Ļoti ērta gulta un spilveni. 15 min. ar kājām gājiena attālumā vilciens ar kuru devāmies uz Romas centru. Bezmaksas autostāvvieta uz ielas. Tā kā bijām nesezonā, tad brīvas vietas bija daudz, bet sezonas laikā tā noteikti būtu problēma. Tā kā apartamentos bijām divas ģimenes, tad traucēja, ka nebija slēdzamas duša/tualete durvis.

• Tina (8/5): Great location, good standard - Great location, roll out of bed and have your cappuccino at sunrise on the beach (café opens 6.30) Good amenities (even washing machine), easy access, parking on street, close to airport If you have bigger luggage, the single room was a bit small to pack/unpack a suitcase

• Janice (9/5): - A very homely and comfortable apartment in a great location. Directly opposite the beach with restaurants close by. The host Ivana is lovely and very helpful. We had a lovely stay

• Sciortino (9/5): Adoro lo stile retro - Io sono rimasta letteralmente incantata da questa casetta veramente di fronte al mare, non si vede direttamente il mare , se non qualche scorcio dalle finestre della cucina e camera, perché c'è un ristorante bar , tra l'altro molto comodo per la colazione e la cena, però ci è piaciuta molto tutta l'atmosfera nel complesso, basta attraversare la strada e sei con i piedi sulla sabbia. C'è uno stile retro che a me personalmente piace da morire perche sembra di stare in una puntata dell'"amica geniale" oppure "questo nostro grande amore 60" ... Il bagno invece è completamente ristrutturato, arredo attualissimo, Ivana molto disponibile, chiara con le spiegazioni, ci siamo trovati a nostro agio e fantastico già per qualche soggiorno l'estate prossima, anche da sola con i miei bambini. Grazie per tutto Tutto bello, abbiamo apprezzato tutto
• Schwarz (10/5): - Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Ivana ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin und extrem hilfsbereit. Ich würde immer wieder dort buchen!

• Han (3/5): Look well... - The location was really good and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately they do not clarify which reviews belong to which property (they have two) and therefore I can imagine the other is worth all of the good reviews, but definitely not so much this one. They also ride on the good reviews of the other to overcharge on this room only. Not good value for money unfortunately. No AC Room walls full of dead animals no one bothered to clean. Lighting is not great at all (except for natural light) Not much space to enjoy in the property.

• Ua (5/5): Only suitable for staying overnight, I was not very comfortable spending time in the apartment itsel - wonderful practically orthopedic bed Very dark room, with extremely limited insolation and ventilation in the only room (unlike the bathroom), somewhat strange smell (either medicine or cleaning products). Very noisy in the evening due to the nearby restaurant

Do not even think to have kinky moments on this bed with your partner. I stayed alone. But When i just turn aside on the bed, it was a feeling like 7 magnitude earthquake. The room is 20m2 but 15 of it is just a useless corridor and bathroom. The rest area is so tiny. The property is listed as holiday house. But it is not. Just a useless long corridor, a bathroom and very tiny area in front of the bed.

• Weronika (3/5): Thinking that a lot can be improved - The owner was nice and the cat I met outside the house was wonderful. 🐾 It was very noisy, difficult to concentrate. Very many mosquitoes which made it difficult to sleep despite the closed windows, I have full bite marks. Toilet difficult to use, did not work efficiently. Water from the shower was pouring onto the floor despite the curtain. I don't think the cover in the bed was replaced, it was dirty.

• Vladislav (8/5): Definitely it’s worth booking it - Perfect location, very friendly owner. There is a problem with the flush, both in the toilet and in the shower. But this is not a problem of that flat, it's a problem in Italy in general, unfortunately, especially in the older buildings.
