Green Tree (4/5): It’s not worth the money they are asking for it. - The apartment is a 15-minute walk to Lisbon’s tourist center, a 5-minute walk to the metro station and a 5-minute walk from an Aldi. All appliances are relatively new, the stove and refrigerator worked fine; there were plenty of glasses, cups and silverware in the kitchen, although there was only one plate. The apartment is on the last fourth floor of an old building; there is no elevator, and the stairs are steep and narrow. The apartment needs renovations; tiny spiders are crawling in the bedroom, and there are fat roaches in the living room. There is a strong smell of mold in the bathroom and the bedroom; the pillows are dirty and smell terrible.
martha (7/5): The host was VERY helpful . The airlines lost my luggage she took me back to airport and was super . - The location of property is great . I walked everywhere I wanted to go... ALSO very close to busses and subway system if that's what you prefer . Great restaurants very close and many more within walking distance. I did not enjoy the climb up the 4 flights of steps . I am in decent shape so it was not a problem but if you have heath issues the steps might be a concern.
