Nous avons prévenu l’hôte sur whatsapp qui a vu le message et n’a jamais répondu. Nous avons donc prévenu Booking que l’expérience n’était pas aux standards niveau hygiène, qui n’a pas eu de réponse du propriétaire et n’a pris aucune mesure…

• Kamil (10/5): - Czystość i lokalizacja. Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni, potrzebowałem małej pomocy i bardzo szybko potrafił pomóc. W Apartamencie jest bardzo czysto i schludnie. Wszystko jest bardzo gustowne. Woda jest ciepła, w apartamencie jest wystarczająco ciepło. Jest bardzo cicho mimo bliskiej odległości do centrum.

• Hendrik (8/5): Appartement dichtbij het centrum. - Goed appartement dichtbij het centrum. Slaapkamer op de 1e verdieping. Geen uitzicht. Wel wat gehorig. Zit in een hofje. Vreselijke handdoeken. Synthetisch. Als je lang bent is de slaapkamer te laag.

La situation géographique est parfaite pour visiter le cœur de Madrid à pied. Le logement est à l'écart de la rue et de ce fait très calme. le lit est confortable. Le logement est moyennement isolé des logements voisins, ce qui fait qu'on entend parfois les voisins mais ça reste raisonnable. petit détail : les serviettes de toilette fournis sont dans une drôle de matière qui n'essuie pas! Pas pratique
• TER NAT (2/5): - Je cherche encore! La porte d'entrée qui laisse apparaitre un vide de 3 cm en bas. La qualité globale des prestations; La petite dimension du lit; L'échange avec le centre de réservation très approximatif ; mais SURTOUT la réservation où on vous demande de signer un CONTRAT en PDF !!! Ridicule !

• Castellanos (10/5): Muy cómodo! - Es acogedor y te sientes como en casa. Está bien equipado, el agua sale bien caliente y tiene aire acondicionado arriba y abajo. Los dueños son muy amables y atentos. Buena ubicación que eso es clave. Tiene un sofá-cama que está bueno. Ellos te escriben antes de que llegues para explicarte cómo recoger la llave y están a disposición para lo que necesites. Todo estaba limpio y funcionaba bien. Claramente volvería! No es algo que no me haya gustado, solamente una pequeña sugerencia con respecto a la llave. Al haber una sola copia, dependes de la otra persona para entrar y salir.

• Marcello (10/5): - Appartamento molto carino, super attrezzato per brevi o lunghi soggiorni a Madrid. Posizione perfetta, a 5 minuti da Plaza Major e a 15 minuti dalla Gran Via. Fermata autobus e metro vicinissime. Alvaro molto disponibile, consiglio questo appartamento.
• Smain (10/5): Super appartement au cœur de Madrid - Le propriétaire est top. Il vous conseille et est toujours disponible si vous avez un problème. L'appartement est bien équipé et extrêmement bien situé en ville. Proche de la station de métro "la Latina", "Tirso de Molina" et "puerta de Toledo". Ideal quand vous venez de l'aéroport, descendre a "la Latina" pour aller a la gare, prendre le métro a "tirso de Molina". Le quartier est vivant. Rien de spécial. Tout a été parfait.
• Catherine (8/5): Séjour agréable de 4 jours dont 1 à Tolède (à ne pas manquer !) - L'appartement était très calme (pas de voisins bruyants durant notre séjour). Il est assez joli, agréable et globalement bien agencé en bas. Ca se complique à l'étage... Il est situé dans un bâtiment de 2 niveaux, très original, en cours intérieure. On n'entend donc absolument pas la circulation. On peut quasiment tout faire à pieds. - Par chance, nous n'avons pas souffert de canicule en juin ! En effet, la climatisation ne fonctionnant pas, il faisait 25° en bas et 29° à l'étage. Nous n'avons rien demandé, mais la propriétaire souhaitait passer vérifier le système (en notre absence, mais avec notre autorisation). Nous n'avons vu aucune différence après son passage... - Par ailleurs, il n'y a pas de rembarde à l'étage. Or le lit se trouve à proximité de l'escalier, non protégé ! Nous avons donc déplacé un rayonnage par sécurité, pour éviter une chute malencontreuse au milieu de la nuit. - La chambre étant en sous-pente, il est difficile de circuler debout autour du lit. (Le lit est grand et confortable !) - Concernant les clefs, elles se trouvent dans un boitier sécurisé sur la fenêtre de l'appartement. Nous avons dû attendre que quelqu'un sorte du bâtiment pour pouvoir entrer et récupérer le trousseau... - Connexion wifi médiocre

• Louis (9/5): Superb - It was clean, and we were able to drop off our luggage at the rental before exploring Madrid. The apartment had good amenities. The washer was helpful. The shower was very nice. A nice place! The bedroom is a loft and a bit challenging to access.

• Anton (1/5): Incorrect ultimatum way of communication and saving on guests - Let's move on to the cons and negative aspects of staying in the apartment. 1. The ultimate unacceptable way of communication at the stage of preparation for arrival. As a result, under pressure, I was forced to give up all my needs (wishes) related to my disability. This unpleasant communication negates all the pros for me. This is the main reason why I give a rating of one point. In general, if we add politeness, goodwill and courtesy from the owners, the rating could be seven points. 2. Surface cleanliness (there are layers of dust in hard-to-reach places (for example, the top surface of the kitchen unit, the space around the water heater) 3. Complete absence of sound insulation. You can hear your neighbors talking at a normal volume level. You can hear all the processes that are related to your neighbors' household. The sound of visiting the toilet, taking a shower, etc. 4. Air conditioners in heating mode work according to a very strange and inconvenient schedule, which the owners set, probably in order to save money. 5. Problems with the water heater. You will not take a hot shower with good pressure. The hot water will run out in 5 minutes. If you are very economical, then the hot water will be enough for one person, the next will have to wait until the water heats up again. 6. Horrible synthetic towels that absorb moisture disgustingly. 7. Lots of lifeless artificial plants. All this gives off a spirit of falseness and unnaturalness. 8. There is a great lack of surfaces on which you can put something, hang it or place it. You have to use chairs and hangers for purposes not intended for them. 9. Some household appliances are cheap (horrible cheap plastic kettle). 10. Very thin and loose pillows. 11. Cheap shower gel, shampoo and soap. 12. "Slow" Internet. 13. The refrigerator makes a loud noise and prevents those who are located on the first floor from sleeping. 14. Early in the morning, the guests who sleep on the first floor are woken up by the janitor during cleaning. 15. Flimsy and fragile wobbly railings on the stairs of the second floor. Result: in general, you will feel that everything in the apartment is marked by the spirit of economy. Saving on guests.
• Thorpe (9/5): Superb - Great little apartment, really good location. Added bonus was coffee and sugar provided. We loved Madrid. Would want some outside space if staying longer than a few days.
• Pedro (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location. The apartment is cosy with all the utensils you need to cook, and with Air Conditioning is also very comfortable. The bed is very good. Alvaro is very nice and welcoming, gave us a lot of beautiful locations to see and eat which help us a lot on our understanding of the city in the little time we had. Overall it was a lovely stay and I recommend it.
• Hans-joachim (10/5): Top Apartment, 10 out of 10 in the Centre of Madrid - I have travelled a lot over the last 45 years, for business and leasure. This was my 5th time in Madrid. The apartment is 10 out of 10. Access to it through the keys in a coded safety box was easy. The apartment itself was extremely clean, fully equipped even with washing machine, hairdryer etc. You could live here easily a week or so. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the apartment is in a quiet street in an inside courtyard meaning no noise at all. The area is nice with many breakfast- and tapas bars as well as restaurants around the corner. No need for public transport because everything is in walking distance (just a 10-minute-walk to Plaza Mayor). Special thanks to the owner Alvaro! The communication with him was excellent right from before flying down to Madrid, during the stay until the end. He also gave a lot of tips with regards to tapas bars and restaurants. I would really recommend this place to everyone going to Madrid. You are away from the crowds but can reach everything you want easily. We stayed there just the two of us (my wife and I) but it is also possible to bring a kid because there is a sofa bed in the living room. We will certainly stay there again during our next trip to Madrid! Nothing negative at all
