• Mona (6/5): Kein Fernsehr, keine Rückmeldung aber Lage top - Lage Nähe Karlsplatz und 15 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Kein Fernsehanschluß. Trotz mehrfachem elektronischen und telefonischen Versuch nicht zurückgemeldet. Die Abflüsse sind alle verstopft. Überschwemmung im Bad. Kein ausreichend warmes Wasser in der Küche. Geschirr abgezählt für 2 Personen. Weil Lage top insg. gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

• Svetlana (10/5): - Thank you for your hospitality. It's convenient that the city center is within walking distance. The location is quiet. Nearby is a Penny grocery store, a pizzeria, and a cafe across the street from the apartment. The rooms are clean. The appliances are new. The Wi-Fi connection is good. Feedback from the apartment owner was excellent. Recommended for accommodation in Wien.

• Marta (7/5): - Estaba bastante bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila. Tenía todo lo básico para una buena estancia. Había un problema con la caldera. Por lo visto se apagaba automáticamente y teníamos que reiniciarla. Por la noche la calefacción no funcionaba y hacía algo de frío. La TV tampoco funcionaba y el propietario no contestó sobre esto… La zona de estar no era muy cómoda. En lugar de sofá había dos sillones, que parecían más de recepción que de apartamento.

• Eron (8/5): - Apartment was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was comfortable, and overall the apartment was much better than in the owner’s photos. The connection to public transport was decent, around a 7 to 8 minute walk. The only complaint is the hot water, you need to turn the boiler off and on (kind of reset it) for it to work again.
• Richard (1/5): Mai piu! Gern wieder in Wien, aber woanders. - Die Adresse ist gut erreichbar, sowohl von der U-Bahn Kettenbrückengasse oder Wiedener Hauptstrasse mit der Tram. Das Viertel ist ruhig. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Moment etwas schräg geschnitten. Wohnraum/Küche hell aber eng. Küche mit dem Notwendigsten (zwei Teller, 2 Schalen, 2 Tassen, 2 Gläser, Besteck, ein überzähliger Unterteller, aber darüber hinaus nur überflüssige Vasen und Teelichthalter. Ein paar Eierbecher wären nett gewesen, vielleicht auch ein kleiner Topf um diese zu kochen. Zum Hof (eher ein Lichtschacht) ein Schlafzimmer, Schrank-Bett-Stuhl; das Bett in eine Ecke gequetscht, keine Möglichkeit eine Brille oder ein Glas Wasser abzustellen. Dusche/WC relativ neu gemacht bodengleiche Dusche, Glasabtrennung. Alles bestens. Nur leider läuft der Ablauf nicht richtig, und trotz Abtrennung läuft das Wasser raus... Bodenabläufe sollten regelmäßig geöffnet und gesäubert werden. Dies hat die Elena von der Reinigung schon länger nicht mehr gemacht. Am Abreisetag hab ich das mal kurz überprüft, kein schöner Anblick. Soweit noch alles akzeptabel, aber leider ist man im Dezember in Wien im Erdgeschoss sehr auf eine Heizung angewiesen, damit einher Warmwasser zum Duschen, Abwasch (tägl. da ja nur wenig Geschirr da ist.) Die viel nachts immer aus. Am morgen dann Nachricht an den Vermieter, tagsüber kommt der Installateur, startet die Heizung neu. Jede Nacht! Also immer morgens von der Kälte schon aufgewacht, kein Warmwasser, keine Dusche, Katzenwäsche. In der Kälte Frühstücken. Touriprogramm. Abends ist die Wohnung dann wieder warm, fällt aber in der Nacht wieder aus. In der letzten Nacht hatten wir einen Tip vom Installateur wie sie zu starten ist. Also startet man sie eben in der Nacht mal neu, man muß ja sowieso mal raus. Am Abreisetag endlich mal Duschen, frisch eingeseift kommt wieder kein warmes Wasser, Heizung neu starten und weiter. Ein recht unkomfortabler Aufenthalt, eine Entschuldigung von Vermieter? Stille.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Here Vienna feels like home - Great location, the apartment is very cozy, well furnished, well equipped, has high ceilings, all kitchen appliances+ salt, oil etc.Very friendly and responsive host, easy check-in. Maybe a shampoo bottle would be helpful, also I am not sure the batteries in the remotes are working, and the clock batteries are definitely dead

• Eliza (10/5): A comfortable, spacious stay for a couple in a beautiful area in Vienna! - Loved the location - out of the typical touristy area, but very easy to walk, train or bus to the city centre, and walking distance from great food spots and iconic sights (like the Belvedere Palace, which was a 20-minute walk away). The property itself was spacious and comfortable for myself and my partner, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom. The inclusion of a washer-dryer was also a big plus. Perhaps could've been a tiny bit cleaner, but it was not a significant or bad issue, just something we noted.

• Jan (5/5): Nice apartment, terrible host services. - The apartment is good, clean, well equipped. The host didn't provide any invoice, even though he is obliged to. After several requests he stopped answering and remains silent.
• Emme (8/5): Fantastic location in a cozy apartment. - Very cozy and comfortable apartment with great access to the innere stadt, just a 20 minute walk away. other reviews mentioned the TV was hard to figure out, but we found it really easy to navigate. Unfortunately, there was a slight delay with check in as we requested the code hours before we eventually got it and were able to check in, however this was the only small hiccup to our great stay.

• Tedi (3/5): Awful check in experience - -Great location, minimal noise during the night even if the apartment is right on the street. -Clean bed sheets and towels. -Comfortable bed -The host didn't give us the code to get in, we had to wait 4 hours before getting it in the night. -Cleanliness could be improved, especially for the bathroom floor and kitchen tools (the coffee machine and kettle were disgustingly dirty) -There was no shampoo in the shower -The showers door leaks water in the bathroom floor during a shower -The outside door handle is broken, be careful when closing the door
