• Verified traveler (8/5): If you want to save money, this is the place - I came with my husband and our 9 year old. The room was big enough. I like that housekeeping was daily. The place was fantastic. The only problem I had was the internet and the TV. We cannot access internet in our rooms and the TV is not clear.

• Agi (4/5): location is convenient to my board meeting venue. - I have always been staying in this hotel but never I the room I was placed last night. The room is just nothing compared to other rooms I had stayed in before. The room smelled bad. There is spider webs on the wall just next to the TV screen. The closet was dusty. while the refrigerator worked parts of it are comin off. The cushion for the long couch was just filled stains. The floor was dirty. After 15 minutes in the room I couldn't stand it and had to just go to the front desk and asked the lady on duty if she could give me a sanitizing spray i.e. Lysol or alcohol, but there was none. she gave me a small bottle of Chamomille Pillow spray and said that is all she has. so I was too tired n just wanted to shower and rest. I took the spray and sprayed the whole room to the point where I had to open the entrance door of the room because the sliding door at the back side of the room wouldn't open. I have always stayed in this hotel but never in this room. So I do recommend this hotel but not this particular room unless the owns does something about the uncleanliness of the room and the couches. Thank you

• BORAM (2/5): 너무 최악이었어서 사이판 가시는 분들 정말 꼭 참고하시라고 남깁니다. - 제가 여행을 자주 다니는데... 제가 이용했던 호텔이라고 말하는 것들 중에 최악이었습니다. 객실/호텔 청결도 호텔이라고 말하는 것도 어이가 없지만... 일단 객실. 룸... 사이판 미국령이니까 숙소 감안하고 봐도 너무 옛날스럽구요. 침대... 말할 것도 없이 삐걱거리고 매트리스 무너져 있습니다. 사실 너무 더러워보여서 남자친구랑 입국한 옷 그대로 입고 이불도 안덥고 한국이 겨울이었어서 가져간 코트입고 잤습니다. 여기서 잠깐 쉬다가 예약해둔 다른 호텔로 빨리 가자라는 심정으로 버텼네요. 화장실도 무조건 그냥 옛날 화장실이라고 보시면 됩니다... 벌레 안나올까 걱정했고 저보다 좀 더 깔끔떠는 남자친구는 그냥 안씻었어요. 다른 호텔가서 내일 씻는다고... 호텔 위치 예약해둔 픽업 택시 타고 간거고, 사이판이 거리가 거기서 거기라 맘을 덜 졸였지... 무슨 한 중간에 시골에 떨궈주는 느낌... 서부 영화에 나오는 가게 하나에 떨궈주는데 거기가 호텔이에요. 관광하기에도 렌트안하면 택시도 안들어올 것 같아요. 서비스 품질 냉장고에 아무것도 없었나...? 무튼 그랬는데 물사러 프런트 갔더니 물도 다 떨어졌다고 하고... 아저씨 주무시고 그냥 여관이었어요 여관. 한국이었다면 그냥 환불안받고 나왔을텐데... 새벽에 사이판 도착해서 입국 심사 길어져서 새벽 3시넘어서 나와 몇시간만 자면 되는 숙소라 저렴하게 구한건데 제 잘못이었어요.. 사실 저렴한 것도 아닌 7만원대 넘었던 것 같은데... 너무 너무 최악이었어서 사이판 가시는 분들 정말 꼭 참고하시라고 남깁니다. 제가 묵었던 방이 최악이었을 수도 있어요....^^;
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Location was great for what our trip was meant for. Staff was friendly. Coffee and breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Room does need updating. Beds, decor and fixtures all need updating. We were not expecting anything extravagant but when the towels and shower curtain have stains, it's time to change it out. Fixtures in the bathroom also need updating. Wifi was not available in the room. You may access it in the lobby,however, when everyone is trying to do the same thing there is no point. But the air conditioning worked great!! Which I was grateful for this time of the year.

• Antonio Maria (8/5): Affordable, no-frills, friendly hotel - Affordable, no-frills hotel. Whatever shortcomings it has facilities-wise are more than made up by its very friendly and hard-working staff. Stayed 8 days.
• Verified traveler (4/5): How I saw it - I love Saipan! I didn't care for this hotel. First of all they posted a non working number online so there was no way of contacting them. I checked into a "non-smoking" room, although it smelled like a cigar bar it was so awful! The AC should be turned on for an arrival room, I walked into a sauna! The shower was...ugh! This place need to be fully renovated and upgraded. The staff were kind and friendly but could use some customer service lessons. Wifi was terrible I had to go to the lobby where it is oven hot just to send emails!
• Yan (2/5): 这个不能叫酒店啊！ - 我夜里到的，旅馆不好找。进屋发现设施陈旧，毛巾看着很不好，盥洗台也很破旧，水龙头锈迹斑斑。床吱吱嘎嘎响，窗外是一片野地，有点吓人！屋里没有Wi-Fi，电话根本没接线，打不了电话给前台。唯一工作最佳的是空调。第二天起床导游来接我时说旁边是一所监狱，所以这个环境度假是有点惊悚。。。
• HC29 (2/5): 立地悪く、テレビトイレシャワーが壊れているのに、部屋チェンジなし、 - 最悪でした。横の部屋ではカラオケみたいに大きな音と子供のカラオケ。トイレの流すところが壊れていてTVも壊れているのに、直して欲しいとお願いすると、紙に直せなかったとの置き手紙のみ。シャワーもチョロチョロしかでないし、泊まれる環境では無いのに部屋のチェンジもなし、フロントでもエクスペディアが管理してるので何もできないと一点張りなので、四日間予約しましたが2日目には、ホテルをでました。その後、エクスペディアが迅速に対応してくれて助かりました。最悪なホテルで2度と泊まりたく無い。安いとかそのレベルを越えてます。。
• CHI WAI (8/5): - Near airport, a good choice for midnight flight arrival. Staff is very nice.
• Irina (6/5): - Staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is spacious, but the furniture shabby and broken. On the first day we found a leaking sink tap and shower hose. On the second day they replaced it all with new stuff. Bed linen was never changed, sometimes we had to ask for the 2nd towel. Toiletries are on request only, bring your own! And stay in the new wing only and make sure you get what you've paid for! E.g., they tried to put us in a singe bed room while we paid for 2 double beds.
• JinSu (6/5): 가격대비 넓고 괜찮은 호텔 - 가격대비 나쁘지는 않습니다. 입구 간판이 잘 안보여서 렌트해서 이곳을 야간에 찾을 경우 헤멜수가 있어요. 공간은 넓습니다. 나름 깨끗한것과 저렴한 가격, 넓은 객실 공간이 장점입니다.

• chiyoung (4/5): 별루인호텔.. - 전체적으로 가격대비 딱 그정도인 숙소. 새벽도착후 잠만 자려고 머문 호텔이라 그닥 기억에 남을만한것은 없어요. 여관이라기보다 여인숙같은 느낌의 숙소. 다시간다면 머물고 싶진 않아요~
• 파세이브 (6/5): 지내기에 무난한 호텔 - 1박만 했기 때문에 뭐라고 평가하긴 곤란한것 같다. 다만, 이국적인 별장이라고 할까 그런 느낌이었다.
• haha (6/5): 저렴하게 묵엇던호텔..? 여인숙 - 우선 첫날 직원의 실수로인해 예약이 안되있다고 그래서 멘붕.. 로비에서 1시간동안 횡설수설 ㅠㅠ 방에 3명이 들어갓는데 수건은 2개만 주고 냉장고에 아무것도 없어요 물사가야함 와이파이는 로비에서만 터지고 조식은 그냥 그래요 ㅋ 그냥 자고나오기만 적당한 그런곳입니다~

• dylan (6/5): my thoughts about saipan - my experience in saipan was interesting.you have to take consideration that the island has had some economic problems,and as far as visiting the place,its fun if you make it fun.you have to rent a car if you want to stay at the cheapest rooms,and its more fun driving around and exploring.there not much shopping but many of the restaraunts are quite good.so in my opinion saipan at the time right now its not really a family vacation spot.its more of a 3 day party spot.....so i will be frequent there starting now.....

• Verified traveler (2/5): - 새벽비행기라 잠시머울곳이 필요해서 공항과 가까운 거리에 저렴한 숙소로 찾았습니다 계단으로 올라가야해서 캐리어 끌고 오르고 내리는게 힘들었고 숙소는 정말ㅠㅠ더럽고 찝찝했어요~녹물이 나올것처럼 노후된 화장실은 양치하기도 찝찝해서 생수로 양치했고 샤워도 안하고 왔어요 아이가 없고 잠깐이용할거라 싼방을 선택했는데 청결상태가 너무 열악해서 비추하고 싶어요 다시 이용안할 생각입니다

• Derek (6/5): mediocre stay - Hotel was in a pretty secluded area from any restaurants and stores, so you definitely need a car. The rooms are fairly large, however not much for amenities, look forward to spending a lot of money eating out in town. There is daily room service, however if you want your sheets changed, you have to request that, otherwise you can end up sleeping on the same sheet your entire stay. There seem to be a lot of locals that tend to hang out in the court yard but we didn't have any issues with them. The front desk employees were very helpful at all times.

• 임진숙 (2/5): 최악...자는데 벌레 마구출현 - 월드리조트 예약을 못해서 근처 숙소 찾다가 예약했는데 모텔보다 못함. 여기저기 녹슬고 눅눅하고 자다가 보니 베개에 벌레가 우글우글함. 놀라서 카운터에 이야기하니 웃으면서 과일벌레라고 하는데 여행내내 현지인한테 물어보았으나 그런 벌레 없다고함. 그 길로 나가서 피에스타 예약하고 환불요청하니 룸 교체 밖에 안된다고 어이날림. 난생 진짜 이런 숙소 처음임.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Clean but run down - Hotel was clean, but very run down. Shower head broken, rust in bath tub, no English channel on TV. TV remote did not work. Patio door rattled all night and hotel was very noisy..
• Verified traveler (2/5): Cheap - Hotel had no housekeeping, no change of towels, no trash emptied, no shampoo, no AC remote, no refrigerator...they said TV Cable not working since a storm 6 months ago,..BUT other hotels had perfect cable!!...hmmm... many many ants everywhere Drunken groups of men appearing in 24 hour eating area drug deals outside on sidewalk.
• RoJenRon (4/5): - The name said hotel, but it was more of a hotel. The refrigerator wasn't even plugged in. The TV didn't work. The wifi was only available in the lobby. Other guests made it seem dangerous by arguing and kicking in doors. Not a place to stay. The sign at the road was not big enough.

• Fuk Wai (8/5): Unexpectedly good - Next to the baseball field, room seemed to be completed the touch-up work recently, equipped with 2 large single bed, room is clean, but no swimming poo4l. Price is also comparatively low, good for staying especially if you planned renting a car.
• Don (6/5): Simple and cheap - This is a fairly budget hotel, payed ~$50 for the night. The front desk did not have my Expedia reservation yet, made the day before, but upon showing them the email on my phone they casually gave me a key. The room was comfortable but nothing fancy. Bathroom had signs of wear but everything worked. Wireless did not work for me, had to go to lobby to get a different wireless. The restaurant was quaint. I had the breakfast with garlic fried rice which was very good. Service was excellent. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Parking right in front of lobby. Short walk to room. I'd go back if on a budget, for sure.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Sun Palace Hotel Stay - When I first check in they told me to pay $148 dollars extra. Then when I got to our hotel room the bathroom did not have enough towels and the tub was all rusty. Then during our stay they did not have running water which we had to ask the front desk why they turned off the water. At first they said there fixing the pipes. The next time the water was off there excuse was there running low on the water wale so they have to fill it up. There was so many problems at our stay I even had to keep on asking where is housekeeping we don't have towels at all and I had to bring our dirty towels to front desk just to get clean towels. The beds were never made during our stay and floors were not swept at all. So my stay there wasn't all that great at all.

• Dawud (4/5): Last Resort... - The room size was decent, the bed was old and shabby, the tv was tiny, but what bothered me most was, the hose on the shower head was too short to use while on the wall mount, it had to be hand held and that left me with one hand to wash with, would only stay there if no other hotel was available...

• MS (6/5): Good Budget Choice - Overall, very friendly staff, good safe location, and budget accommodations. The room is nice, but it is quite budget. A good place to stay if you are on limited budget and if you have a car, it is quite close to everything within a few minutes drive. If you don't have a car though, it is a bit hard to get to most places.
• Jin Liu (8/5): Spacious room, friendly staff, subpar location - The hotel is across the road to some nice beach. Small balcony facing a high school baseball pitch, no ocean view. Room is clean. Wifi usable. Simple meal can be ordered.
• John (6/5): Decent Hotel - Not a bad hotel for budget with free WIFI. If you are traveling based on your budget then this hotel is for you and family. It is a bad location in term of restaurants and shopping center available. If you have a rental car and don't mind driving several miles to Garapan for good food and duty free shopping then location isn't a problem. This hotel doesn't provide drinkable water and shampoo so bring your own shampoo and buy your own water at the ABC store.
• ClarissaMarie (8/5): - Enjoyed our weekend stay at Sun Palace. Loved our room in the new wing and the staff was very friendly. Would love to stay there again on our next trip out.
• Everette (6/5): Close to airport but far away - The hotel could use some refurbishing, but it was a decent room and served its purpose. Beware that the taxi drivers tend to take the long way from the airport to the hotel $20. Take a map and make sure they go the most direct way. Restaurants are not really near there either. So, it is best to rent a car to get around rather than trust taxis.
