• Mia (8/5): - Bien situé, resto et market à proximité à 5 min à pied. Stationnement dans la rue en face du bloc qui etait libre à notre arrivée L'exterieur du bloc n'etait pas très invitant et semblait peu securitaire mais l'intérieur etait bcp mieux!

De buurman is heel eigenaardig ik vertrouwde het niet. Kleine misverstand over het cash afrekenen gelukkig is dit goed opgelost.

• Marine (9/5): - L’appartement est extrêmement bien indiqué et conforme aux photos. Des places de parking sont disponibles devant l’appartement gratuitement. Il faudrait juste ajouter des couteaux et des cuillères pour pouvoir faire à manger convenablement.

Vendndodhja ishte shumë e mirë dhe mikpritja e shkëlqyer. Do ta rekomandoja patjetër dhe do të rikthehesha përsëri!👍🌟 Nuk kishte asgjë negative për të theksuar – çdo detaj ishte i menduar dhe gjithçka shkoi për mrekulli.

• Laura (8/5): Apartamento práctico para 1 noche de paso - Hicimos el check-in de forma autónoma, indicaciones claras. Se podía aparcar justo delante, calle tranquila al lado de un colegio y sin mucho ruido de coches. Apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario, pequeña cocina con nevera, utensilios y barra para sentarse. Baño completo. Relación calidad-precio perfecta (25€), se paga en efectivo en euros allí. La habitación estaba a nivel del suelo e incluso algo más abajo, por lo que la ventana daba a la acera prácticamente. No tiene buenas vistas, pero es un sitio práctico para descansar una noche estando de paso. También es importante remarcar que no está justo en el centro de Permet, el barrio es más humilde y el edificio desde fuera puede asustar un poco por lo que estamos acostumbrados en España. Pero la gente muy amable, los vecinos nos saludaron, sabiendo que la zona no es lujosa, no te llevarás ninguna decepción.

• Márton (9/5): Superb - Walking distance to the city center. We stayed for one night, it was perfect for that. The staff was helpful. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, passersby walk in front of the window, but it was quiet at night.

• Jiri (10/5): Exceptional - The room is modern, cosy, reasonably equipped and has a very practical layout. The table is an integral part of kitchen line. The kitchenette has a sufficient equipment for simple cooking, there is also a toaster and electric kettle. The host speaks English very well and any information I asked for was delivered asap and was very accurate. I liked to stay there. The exterior of the house is a bit shabby, not nice. But it is a mimicry, which you find out being inside. The window faces the street.

• Devon (10/5): Newly renovated, Quiet place. - New apartment, quiet location once the local kids go home or to school. Found us ice for a few cocktails and let us do some much needed laundry. WiFi was surprisingly fast for such a rural area. Needs a larger garbage bin.

Fantastic value for the price. Nothing, the room was a bit on the smaller side, but perfect for two people and on par with our expectations, so no complaints here.

Although the Ac helped to reduce the temperature but without it, it was really cold even though all the windows closed through the next day, the room was still miraculously cold. Probably best for really hot summer... 2. the pillows were a bit too high for us at least. Couldn't use it to avoid neck pain. 3. The blinds must be left down at all times to avoid passers by viewing in since it's on the ground floor. In general aside the mini points, the stay was lovely!

• Kamila (10/5): Exceptional - The place had high standard, there was normal European-shower what was with a glass (what's not obvious in Albania), the beds mattress was super comfortable :) and there were a lot of parking spots in from of the building. We had a box to collect the keys and contact with host was super-fast. There were some plates and cups, wine glasses ect. and a kettle but if you'd like to prepare a coffee/tee you have to buy it on your own. no disadvantages!
• Emmanuelle (10/5): Exceptional stay: top notch apartment and great hosts. - The host and her husband were more than exceptional: friendly, service-oriented. My best experience in Albania by far when it comes to lodging. They waited for me to arrive and they both insisted on carrying my luggage inside, lent me an umbrella when it started raining, accomodated me beyond my expectations. They arranged for a bus driver to come pick me up and take me to the Benja thermal springs. The apartment looks brand new and is well furnished and decorated. It has all the necessities to make yourself a quick en-cas should need be and to rest well. Communication was easy and smooth. Klara speaks english and she and her husband even showed me around and took me out for a drink. I feel that it is well worth the money and recommend it to anyone who'd like to visit Permet and surroundings. They are fair and trustworthy people. The apartment does not have a heater. At least none that I could see. But nothing a duvet and blankets couldn't solve. And of those they had plenty as well as additional pillows in the wardrobe.

• Denise (9/5): Great place to stay - Wonderful appartement. The shower is gorgeous. It is really clean. Owner is really nice. You can black out the room and get a good sleep. Publoc parking was available right in front of the appartement. Also Permet is pretty. Pillows were too hard and high for me. So I used one of the decorative pillows and put the cover of the other pillow over it. Bed very firm, but that is a matter of taste. Definately not uncomfortable.

Also there is mosquito/fly screen on the windows to air out the room and a rolling shutter to keep out the light during day. We didn't even have to use the aircon because the room feels cool at all times of the day. We were also allowed to use the washing machine. The room has some kitchen supplies, which is nice if you want to have something small to eat. Also very comfortable bed. Also had a nice contact with the host of the apartment. She made sure we had all the information we needed by calling her friends, asking for the phonenumbers of bus drivers, giving us recommendations, etc (bus to go to Sarandë and Natural Springs) The apartment was extremely cozy, very clean and well-equiped. If we ever come back to Permet, we will 100% come back to her place! I highly recommend!!! The outside of the building may not seem so nice, but the appartments are newly renovated.
