• Ursula (1/5): - NICHTS, wirklich nichts!! Die Zufahrtsstrasse zur Unterkunft ist nicht asphaltiert und schlecht zu befahren. Bei der Einfahrt liegt Müll, siehe Foto. Die Unterkunft wirkt schäbig und verwahrlost. Die Bewertung ist NICHT nachvollziehbar. Sogar ein Mitarbeiter von booking meinte, dass er sich die Bewertungen nicht vorstellen kann und diese nicht echt sind. Wir wollten eigentlich gleich wieder weg, waren waren so müde, dass wir erst am nächsten Tag gefahren sind obwohl wir für drei Nächte gebucht hatten. Wir fordern nun das Geld zurück. Die Besitzer sind absolut nicht kooperativ und haben booking auf Anfrage nicht geantwortet. Im Garten wird eine Diskothek errichtet - Achtung zukünftige Buchungen. Es war konstanter Baulärm und Musik. Wir konnten uns nicht unterhalten und sind sofort aus dem Haus gegangen. Am nächsten Morgen startete wieder der Lärm. Die Handtücher sind alt und weisen Gebrauchsspuren auf, genauso wie die Zusatzdecken und die Gegenstände im Haus. Es fehlt ein Toaster und ein Wasserkocher, aber das war das geringste Problem. Die Heizung bzw. die Klimaanlage funktionierte in einem Zimmer nicht. Die "Aussicht" vom Balkon war von einem neu errichteten Zaun blockiert, damit man die Baustelle nicht sieht. Wir kamen uns vor wie in einer Favela - schrecklich!!
• Moira (10/5): - Alloggio dotato di tutte le comodità , pulitissimo , ottima posizione, i proprietari di casa ci hanno fatto una straordinaria accoglienza ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. La signora Virna ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di frutta fresca, una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto e diverse cose per la colazione, è stata gentilissima e dopo il mio arrivo non sapendo che fossi celiaca ha acquistato subito dei prodotti senza glutine e me la fatti trovare nell'alloggio. I proprietari sono stati veramente gentili e disponibili. Siamo stati benissimo, ci torneremo!

• Bastian (10/5): Accueil chaleureux dans une nature magnifique - Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de la Villa Mariuccia! 😍 Merci à nos hôtes si accueillants et prévenants. Nous nous sommes sentis comme faisant partis de la famille. Vilma et Efisio sont charmants et plein d’attention: corbeille de fruits, quelques produits alimentaires dans le frigidaire, draps et serviettes fournis. La maison est extrêmement bien tenue autant à l’intérieur (propreté +++) qu’à l’extérieur (des patios avec toutes sortes de plantes 🪴). Merci pour votre gentillesse!!! (Encore merci pour les chocolats des enfants❤️)
• Roger (10/5): - Wilma und ihr Mann waren sehr herzlich, freundlich und zugewandt. Wir erhielten bei Beginn unseres 4-tägigen Aufenthaltes eine Flasche Rotwein, Kekse, frische milch und Wasser. Am Abend des Abschieds ein selbstgemachtes sardisches Dessert - es war famos! Sehr zentrale Lage. Nahe beim Fischer-Hafen und tollen endlos weiten, langen Strand der von wilden Kitesurfern genutzt wird. Am Wanderweg gelegen der hinauf zu den Bunkeranlagen aus den Weltkriegen führt. Viele Feriendomizile im Ort, die nun Ende Oktober leer waren. Sardische Ganzjahres-Bewohner scheinen wenige in Porto Pino zu leben. Auch Häuser die verlassen sind und am verfallen sind. Ein Hauch von Nostalgie und bohemian Charme versprühend. Die Wohnung erinnerte an 70/80er und hatte einen speziellen Charme. Das muss man mögen. Falls man ganz modern wohnen möchte, wäre dies nicht das richtige.
• Jan Skotnica (10/5): - Simply great! Very nice owners, beautiful apartment, location 5 minutes from the beach. The owners welcomed us warmly, showed us everything and were helpful during our stay. There was fresh fruit on the table to welcome us, water and beer in the fridge, everything needed for cooking in the kitchen. When we left, we all received a small gift from the family. That's something you don't see often anymore! Thank you very much, we highly recommend it and we send you our best regards!
• Christelle (10/5): Sejour exceptionnel - Des hôtes qui ont été tres accueillants et aux petits soins. Nous avons eu le plaisir de trouver une belle assiette de fruits frais en arrivant ainsi que des gourmandises dont des seadas un matin pour notre petit déjeuner. Le logement et l'extérieur sont très agréables et impeccables. De beaux espaces pour déjeuner dehors ou se reposer à l'ombre parmi de belles plantes bien entretenues. Nous avons passé un formidable séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous en sommes partis avec regret... Rien à reprocher
• Vladimir (10/5): It was a lovely vacation with a family, quet and peasfull. - The location is excellent. Just 7-8 minuets from the beach. I loved the hospitality of our hosts, Elfisio and his family. We have only the most pleasant memories.
• Aljona (10/5): - A very pleasant place to stay! The cozy and clean house has everything you need for a comfortable stay — every detail is thoughtfully arranged. A lovely surprise upon arrival was a plate of fresh fruit and a bottles of water — such a warm gesture that immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for. The house features a spacious terrace, perfect for starting the day with a cup of coffee or enjoying quiet evenings. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, making the stay especially convenient, especially in the heat. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, always available and ready to help. You can really tell they do everything with heart. It’s easy to relax here, feel at home, and simply enjoy the vacation. We would definitely love to come back if we get the chance!

The apartment is equipped with everything that you could possibly need, the owners are kind and care about you having a good stay, very accommodating.
