• Frank (8/5): Recommendable hotel for some days exploring the city - Super friendly personnel, rooms comfortable and with everything needed. Good location, very close to the metro that connects to all parts of the city and the ferry port. WLAN was not really stable in our room, coffee at the breakfast far away from delicious.

• annum (9/5): Cute hotel nice for a short stay - Lovely stay. Breakfast would change every morning so you get to taste a variety of things. It was also good tasting. Statf were all very accommodating with early check in and late checkout and provided everything whenever you needed it like plugs and iron with iron board. They were also very helpful in telling how to get to places, call taxi for airport etc. extremely clean always, spacious common spaces. The studio double was quite small. We managed since we were out most of the time but may seem too small to some. Also remember you can only stay in the studio with a partner since the bathroom isn’t separated by a door

• Tatsiana (9/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely come back! The room design is beautiful, and the quality of the furniture and bathroom fixtures is excellent. Everything was clean, neat, and well maintained, and the housekeeping was very good. The bed was also very comfortable. The room was quiet in terms of street noise, which was a big plus. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance, and it's very convenient to return to the hotel while exploring the city. I especially appreciated the hotel's eco-friendly approach and its policy of mindful housekeeping. It's great to see that the hotel not only follows sustainable practices, but also helps raise guests' awareness of this topic! Unfortunately, the free Wi-Fi was extremely weak.... If you are travelling for work, it would be difficult to get anything done on a work laptop using the hotel Wi-Fi. I had to rely on my mobile hotspot the entire time. I would really appreciate it if the hotel could improve the Wi-Fi, as this would make a big difference for guests who need to work from their room in the morning or evening. One small point about the bathroom: after taking a shower, some water leaks or splashes out from the shower door onto the floor. It's not a major issue, but perhaps it could be fixed. Thank you!

Seul léger bémol : le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée, ce qui a rendu la chambre assez froide dans un premier temps. Après avoir contacté le personnel, le problème a été résolu quelques heures plus tard, mais cela a légèrement affecté notre confort en début de séjour.

Il faudrait mettre un petit savon dans les salles de bain .

• Aladin (8/5): - - Sauberkeit - Lage direkt beim Taksim - Freundliches Personal - Gutes Frühstück - Rund um das Hotel befinden sich besucherarme Clubs/Restaurants, welche bis 2 Uhr morgens laute Musik spielen, sodass man Mühe hat nachts einzuschlafen - Leider sind die Türen und Wände nicht gut isoliert, man hört jede Türschliessung sehr stark sodass man schnell geweckt wird

• Hourieh (10/5): - Hotel is very close to Taksim Square and Taksim tunel which offers buses to anywhere in the city. Also other transportations like tram and airport bus. Hotel was clean and breakfast was excellent. Most hotels in Taksim have small rooms but not this one. My room was spacious with safe box , mini fridge , room service and large closet space and elevator . I loved everything about it.
• Maria (9/5): Gute Wahl - Super Lage des Hotels. Wir haben nach einer zwieten Decke gefragt, welche uns sofort aufs Zimmer getragen wurde - somit wurden Anfragen sehr freundlich entgegengenommen. Sehr schönes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war nicht so unser (Österreichischer) Geschmack - jedoch denke ich für türkische Verhältnisse gut... Einem sollte bewusst sein, dass das Doppelbett (bei den neuen schönen Zimmern) nur 140 breit ist.

La ubicación muy buena en el barrio que está, y a tres minutos del transporte público. Junto a numerosos restaurantes. LA señal de wifi no era muy buena en las dos habitaciones que teníamos.
• Alberto (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Abbiamo fatto cinque notti. Ottima posizione vicinissima a piazza TAksim e alla fermata dell'autobus per l'aeroporto Sabiha Gökçen. Colazione abbondante e buona (manca l'espresso, ma si sa). Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Pulizia dell'hotel buona. La struttura è nuova. L'unica pecca rilevata è stata che non hanno passato l'aspirapolvere nel bagno e che, avendoci dato una camera al primo piano, si sentivano i rumori ed il vociare della strada che ad Istanbul non smette mai. La camera, inoltre, dava, oltre che sulla strada, sulla sala per le colazioni dell'albergo di fronte, per cui sicuramente non è panoramica.

• Elsa (9/5): Great Stay, but one tiny Improvement must be done - The Staff is super friendly and Kind. Ready to help at anytime. The Hotel is new and well preserved. Only the Bathroom Situation in the room bothered me. The Door of the Toilet/Shower faces the room and its kinda transparent. So not much privacy while Showeing or doing your deeds😅 that should defenetly be fixed.
