Han var behjælpelig med alt man kunne få fat i ham uanset hvornår man hade brug for det. Alt var så rent og pænt og hyggeligt. Flot velkomst med vin vang og kager. At det lå lige i smørhullet var fantastisk. Vi kommer så gerne igen og vil anbefale det til alle. Det her har ikke noget med overnatningsstedet at gøre . Men jeg havde bestilt en taxa gennem booking com for at overraske mit barnebarn med chauffør der ventede. Men har da godt nok aldrig været ude for sådan en uprofessionel service. Vi gik ok gik for at komme til afhentnings stedet måtte vente 15 min for igen at gå helt tilbage til ankomst. Da vi så endelig kom til taxaen viste det sig at det var fuldstændig den samme kommune taxa som vi bare havde kunnet gå lige ud i. Det værste er at for at få noget der var mere besværligt måtte jeg betale 70 euro hos jer og på bilen stod der 55 euro. Jeg var faktisk rimelig rasende. Det må i på en eller anden måde refundere. Nu har jeg rejst med jer i så mange år. At betale for en ringere service er ikke i orden.

• Anisha (7/5): Good location weird room layout - Location was amazing loads of restaurants and bars just under the apartment.The apartment was well equipped with loads of plugs,speakers even a pop corn maker. The room set up is really strange.Its loft style and you can’t make out in this listing.My friend and I basically slept one on top of another like bunk beads.This makes sleeping and issue as whoever sleeps in the bottom floor can hear every movement from the person on top 😅

• audrey (9/5): - L'emplacement dans le quartier de trastevere. La propreté impeccable, la déco moderne, le fait d'avoir 2 salles de bain, bien équipé dans la cuisine. Instructions claires pour le free self check-in. C'est définitivement une excellente adresse à Rome, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. L'une des douches s'écoule mal (canalisation). Comme précisé dans d'autres commentaires, le quartier est bruyant et bien que l'appartement soit très bien isolé on entend qd même un peu la rue, cela ne m'a pas du tout dérangé, ni réveillée la nuit mais prévoyez des boules quiès si vous êtes sensible aux bruits en dormant.

• Braun (7/5): Although it fit 6 people, it was tight. - The location was great. We had cold showers and the fuses kept blowing. We couldn’t take showers and use the washing machine. The burner kept going out so we didn’t have hot water. One of the two showers didn’t work well.

• MC (10/5): Splendido appartamento in un palazzo d’epoca a Trastevere. Silenzioso, molto curato. - Posizione molto buona a Trastevere vicino ai mezzi pubblici e ai moltissimi ristoranti, 6 posti letto comodi, due bagni con doccia, cucina completa di tutto. Host molto disponibile e cordiale. Perfetto e ci torneremo.

• Anne (8/5): Séjour parfait, météo au top, - Emplacement en plein Trastevere, près du Tibre et des bus pour aller en Centre ville. Plein de petits restaurants tout autour. Les immeubles alentour sont tous très bien rénovés. L'appartement est situé juste au dessus d'un bar et est très bruyant la nuit, ce jusqu'à 5h du matin. Pour accéder à l'appartement l'escalier est particulièrement raide avec des marches très hautes. Il ne vaut mieux pas avoir de problèmes de jambes !!

• Amy V (9/5): The middle of Trastevere - The location is unbelieveable! You are in the heart of Trastevere - literally!! Steve the owner was wonderful to deal with. Definately use the transport option - they were awesome too! We walked everywhere from here as our base - even to The Vatican City. We didnt use any of the facitilites in the kitchen or laundry - just beds and bathrooms with 5 adults and we had a great time. Bit tight with 5 big bags - but can be done!!

Emplacement exceptionnel. - Michela et Gianluca étaient présents à notre arrivée pour nous remettre les clés et nous donner de bonnes adresses et explications sur l appartement (et disponible pendant notre séjour sur WatsApp pour répondre à nos questions). L'appartement est superbe et spacieux , décoré avec goût , très cocooning, il ne manque rien ! ( Nous étions 6 et avons appréciés les 2 salles d'eau) Trastevere est un quartier plus que sympas , un grand choix de restaurants. Superbe exceptionnel entre amis .

The Host was really nice and friendly. It can be a little louder at night, but the windows are pretty good and that’s what you have to expect in Trastevere.

L'aria condizionata, la presenza di coperte aggiuntive, due bagni, niente di cui potersi lamentare! Avrebbe fatto comodo avere uno shampoo, per il resto non mi viene in mente altro.

When we asked for a receipt he said OK but dis not provide it. This felt like a scam and we had no choice but to pay in order to get the key

La caldera no funcionaba muy bien, saliendo agua fría durante la ducha de manera aleatoria.

• Rebecca (10/5): Gorgeous Trastevere experience - Trastevere is a gorgeous part of Rome, and this apartment has you right in the centre amongst the lively atmosphere. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay (if you are ok with stairs and small spaces). Host is very attentive. Minor issues with facilities, for example the kettle short-circuited the apartment. No tea towels. Bins could have been labelled to avoid confusion. We also thought that a toaster and microwave would have completed the kitchen.

Hosts were able to accommodate our check in time and provided good recommendations for dinner. We liked having two bathrooms in the apartment. The apartment had two air conditioners. Everything was great! There is a short set of steep steps to carry luggage up, but to be expected in the area.
• Peter (10/5): Molto Bene in Trastevere - We really enjoyed the location. Never been to Rome before so this location, full of places to eat, drink and to wander through was truly fantastic. We walked to the main historic sites easily. A fascinating area. Definitely recommend. It was pretty busy BUT if you wished for a little quiet there were places to eat just a few blocks from the main strip.

Fully stocked kitchen led to marvelous meals with local products! All of Cesare’s recommendations for dining and shopping were great! Everything was excellent!
• Deborah (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent, right in the heart of the activity. The apartment was set up very well with a unique style and great view of the street. There are two beautiful loft beds that add special flair, even though we did not use them. The bathroom was nice and ultra clean, master bed was very comfy. It is a charming, clean, and beautiful place to spend time. Only two very small niggles; the TV is in the kitchen but no sofa to sit on and watch if you had a very rainy day. Also, the curtain in the master bedroom needs to be a bit heavier, as there is a street light right outside the window that shines in a bit at night. But these are very small issues.
• Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Location is certainly in an area surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores for spirits, snacks, etcetera. Typical European showers, a bit small for those of us who are taller. The entrance light at the bottom of the stairs was not working as such was dark and needed to use iPhone flashlight to be safe. Please correct this item for future visitors. Needed to walk a couple of blocks to meet Uber and taxis given the driving restrictions in Roma. Not the property fault.

The hosts are very kind and they helped us finding back our luggage which got lost on the airport. They gave us advice about where to eat and where to go. The appartment is very well equipped and very clean.

The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, we were able to do our laundry and had laundry detergent provided. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Would've liked to have a dryer, but drying rack worked. Bed on main level could be more comfortable but was ok.

The owners went far and beyond my expectations. They were waiting for us when we arrived and went through all the info as well as provided us with additional information. The apartment was located in the heart of Trastevere and the owners provided everything down to chocolate covered coffee beans to laundry detergent. I highly recommend this property if you plan on visiting Rome. I can't wait to return to Rome for another visit; I plan on booking with Trastevere Star again!!! There was nothing I didn't like... Everything was perfect!!!
• Lauren (9/5): Lovely apartment in the heart of Trastevere! - The apartment was super cute! My family and I really loved this place! The owners have done a wonderful job decorating the space and making it feel super homey and also stylish. The bathrooms (both on the main level) we’re very nice and showers had amazing water pressure. One thing to note there is one bedroom on the main level and 2 on lofts, one above the main bedroom and one above the kitchen, so if stairs are tough for you keep that in mind! The owners were also super thoughtful to have some water bottles stored in the fridge for us which was super welcomed after traveling and being so hot outside! It’s just a heads up that there are about 12 rather steep steps from the main level to the apartment, but the stairwell was nice and wide so if you take your time it is fine. Also the owners were there and helped us with some bags (super appreciate that!!). Also the area the apartment is located in gets very busy at night and we could subtly hear the music from the bars outside down below, but was definitely manageable!

The water pressure in the shower was fantastic especially after a hot day walking the streets. Probably suitable for 2 couples or family but the 3 couples worked well but not much privacy.

• Natalie (10/5): Exceptional - Neighborhood is so cute. Very quaint, good nightlife. Perfect for groups in their mid-twenties. The apartment was also very cute, and the hosts left us a bottle of wine, chocolates, and other commodities like a hairdryer, iron, coffeemaker, etc. It was also very clean, and I found the space perfect for a girl's trip. I also liked the double security of the locked exterior door as well as the interior locked door. The only thing that bothered me was that I had travel delays and the host charged me a 20 euro late arrival fee because we arrived at 6:00 instead of 4:00. I have never heard of a few like that before, especially because we were only two hours later than our anticipated time and it was not during the night. Area can get a loud at night, and you should note that there's not really any private bedrooms due to the lofted nature of the two beds.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, all was clean and we had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. I fully recommend ! The street is a bit noisy in the evening but it didn't bother us much.

• Mary (10/5): Bright, clean, quiet family oasis in a bustling neighborhood. - This lovely apartment is centrally located and comfortable. Its layout was perfect for our family -- parents with two teenage daughters -- because it makes good use of a small footprint through ingenious lofting. Everyone had privacy and plenty of space. Trasteverre is a lively neighborhood that goes until late at night, but the great windows in this space meant that we didn't hear a thing. The owner was hospitable and responsive. We appreciated that we were able to store bags in the apartment while waiting for our train to our next destination. Highly recommended. No issues. The common room doesn't have a sofa, but we didn't really need one. The lofting stairs (two of the beds are up stairs) were fine for us would not be good for very small children/toddlers/elders.
