Need to keep the flowers in the concrete large pots outside hotel on stairs etc as it will give the hotel a fantastic view.

- Jeanette (10/5): A perfect luxury escape in a beautiful part of the world. - The place is wonderful. Open spacious room with fabulously comfortable bed with more pillows than you could ever need. I was offered a complimentary upgrade to the lake view with balcony. The bathroom had everything you needed and more. Lovely plush bathrobe with slippers. The valet service was also a bonus. I could easily move in and live here. I highly recommend this luxury hotel. I can't fault this hotel.

- Edward (7/5): Won’t be rushing back. - Location. Views stunning. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff very hit and miss. One concierge was extremely helpful, polite and charming. Some others seemed very aloof / abrupt. Parking was 30 euros per night. This was hidden in the hotel policies and section of the website Gym facilities were poor. Very cramped. Not well ventilated. All spa and gym facilities closed at 2000hrs.

Superbe petit déjeuner très varié. Il faut prévoir un certain budget pour la nuit et le repas du soir... Très bon restaurant même si l'absence d'amuse bouche avec l'apéritif et de mise en bouche surprennent à ce niveau de restaurant.

Avis sur le restaurant: Très belle découverte à La Table de l’Impérial. Le lieu est magnifique, avec une vue incroyable sur le lac d’Annecy, et on s’y sent bien dès l’arrivée. Les plats étaient délicieux, fins et pleins de saveurs, avec une vraie attention portée aux détails. Le service était chaleureux et attentionné tout au long du repas. Coup de cœur pour la sommelière qui a largement participé à rendre cette soirée spéciale. On sentait sa passion dans chacune de ses explications. Elle nous a fait découvrir des vins avec beaucoup de simplicité, sans jamais être dans le côté “trop technique”, et nous a vraiment fait voyager à travers les saveurs. Grâce à elle, le monde du vin paraît tout de suite plus accessible et encore plus passionnant. Une très belle expérience du début à la fin, nous reviendrons avec plaisir Les oiseaux sur la terrasse ne permettent pas de manger en extérieur le petit déjeuner.

Большой выбор блюд , но я была искренне рада йогуртам , багету и очень вкусному сливочному маслу . Кровать и подушки выше всяких похвал-изумительные . Променад вокруг озера , ведущий в старую часть Анси. Такого не было

Receptionist nice and friendly. Parking valet a bit rude and didn't want us parking motorbike out the front for 10 mins to unload /load motorbike

Das Personal stellt die Sprechgeschwindigkeit leider nicht auf unser Niveau ein sondern redet leider in High-Speed- Französisch.
