• Tracey (5/5): Clean room but never knew we were staying at a hotel - Close to the hospital and the room was comfortable. Being woken up by another person knocking on our door at 3.40am drunk and listening to heightened conversations out in the corridor during the early hours in the morning. Messaged the staff to find out how my husband could get back in after dropping me at the hospital before the reception opened and never heard back from anyone.

• Peter (8/5): Good accommodation in a good spot. - Comfortable and well maintained, good location and quiet neighborhood. Short walk to supermarket and a small shopping centre. Motel section of a hotel which has quite nice, good value meals. Bathroom is rather compact.

• Jeffrey (8/5): We were very happy with our stay and the willingness to correct the problem on our first night. - When I informed the hotel staff the morning after the disturbances on our first night, they quickly arranged for us to move to another hotel room, which was perfect. On our first night, our sleep was disturbed by repetitive noises from a water pump on the hotel roof just above our room.

We might be back soon. - room was quite, clean only one tea spoon, view, surprising nice, walking distance to shops, small centre, bus stop very convenient easy navigate the hotel. Room size was nice, Iron and table came in hand. Like the see through bar fridge. Ample packing / put down space. For a old building, establishment its well looked after. Also liked the digital lock system, not forgetting swipe card no more. Beginning of black mould on cornice above shower, The sandwich information board outside of bar/restaurant states open at 5pm for dinner, till late, so when we went down 8:40 ish the kitchen was closed. Better advertise open and close times for restaurant in future.
• Kristy (10/5): Fabulous stay - Great location close to Coles, Post Office, cafe's and the bottle shop and Pub. Easy 10 minute drive to Lake Burley Griffin, Parliament House, etc. Easy check-in and helpful staff. Large, clean, comfortable rooms. The shower head was great, the room was nice and warm when we arrived and the bed was ultra comy. Very handy having the pub next door as we were able to watch the footy on the big screen. Will definitely stay here again, and would high recommend.

After calling the directed number was put thru to a call Center and then told to walk down and see ‘Bar Staff’ , who sent a junior member up who then called a second colleague who found the antenna cable was disconnected.

I appreciated receiving the room code by sms. I found the taps a little awkward and would have appreciated a small shelf in the bathroom to sit my own toiletries (eg deodorant).

• SHEREE (5/5): Average - We didn't like that there was no microwave in the room. We had a 12 month baby which I put when I booked the room for 2 adults and 1 baby. We could not heat his bottle or any food for him which we had brought with us.

• Lola (7/5): Overall comfortable and location was very convenient for my purposes. - Quiet, clean, close to where I had to attend a meeting. Bed was comfortable, soft, perhaps too soft, comfortable nonetheless. No provision for people who are mobility challenged. Unfortunately there was no lift in sight only endless stairs. A microwave in the room would have helped enormously for dinner at least. On a budget there is no room for extra costs.
