• Bisera (2/5): Very poor - Communication was good and the furniture was nice. It was clean. Not safe for someone to stay at night. This is not an apartment where people could sleep. The place has been built for a shop. It looks like that and should surve like that too. It is located in a passage on a ground floor, right behing a night club. Every night music plays until 03:00 in the morning. Staff from the club were passing by all night to take drinks from the storage right next to Monaco apartment. The drunk guests from the bar too. Totally unsafe for sleeping. In few occasions during these 2 nights, people were coming close to our windows and we could see their shadow frightened they will break in. The doors were made of glass too, totally transparent and covered with a short curtains for some kind of privacy. It is very loud as well. We were not able to sleep until the club was working. Vibration and loud music was very high. It was very dark inside. Besides many windows in the place, it is very dark because if we open the curtains to have some light, we won't have any privacy. Constantly people are passing by and staring inside. Windows not even tinted. There was humidity in the apartment. It is very unhealthy to sleep / stay in such condition. The humidity smell was all over the place too.
• Dunja (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean, cozy, with a great location, in the centre of Novi Sad. There are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby, and it's within walking distance of all the city's main attractions. Easy communication with our hosts, they waited for us in the apartment, also they were really helpful and readily available for any questions you might have. Would highly recommend it!
