Florence (4/5): Trop cher pour ce que c’est - La vue est plutôt sympa Équipement rudimentaire, salle de bain pas nickel niveau propreté, chambre grande mais pas de lampe de chevet. Déçus pour le prix. Village mort hors saison même pas un shop ou un resto.

Oskar Roland (10/5): - Wir wurden sehr herzlich von dem Besitzer Niko empfangen,er kann sehr gutes Englisch und ein wenig Deutsch. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, und die Aussicht ist einfach ein Traum, Aussicht auf das Meer und die Insel Pag 😍 Als wir Niko um einen neuen Fernseher gebeten hatten , ist er ohne zu zögern, mit einem 50 Zoll Fernseher um die Ecke gekommen und meinte ob dieser reicht ,einfach Klasse 👍 Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt... Zum Supermarkt kann man laufen und in die nächste große Stadt sind es 5 min mit dem Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder Liebe Grüße Andrea und Oskar

Ci siamo fermati solo una notte, posizione strategica per chi si deve imbarcare sui traghetti per Rab e poco più in giù per Pag. Un po' difficile da raggiungere perché la strada era un po' tortuosa anche a causa di lavori in corso...

Stefania (7/5): Good - The view from the terrace, the place, the closeness to other beautiful places. The owner was very kind. The small stove did not work; cleaning service should be improved. However, for a beach vacation it was fine. The only supermarket of the village is small and expensive: I suggest to buy something before arriving to Stinica.

David (8/5): Very good - Well, it is a bit more remote, but that is what we were looking for - calmness, quietness, no people (I mean tourists, just local). It is kind of basic, but the roofed terrace and the other large terrace, that was something. We spent there most of the time. Awesome views. We barbecued there as Niko lent us grill. Yes, there are plenty of wandering cats (we had 5), but if you like cats, it is nice as they are cute and friendly. There is a garden behind the house. You can go and harvest anything you like there. A very small and basic shop is around 300 meters away. Basic accommodation. A bit messy around, but we did not mind that much. Looks more further to the sea, but we did not go that time as we traveled to the mountains. They do not separate trash. Bathroom is very badly isolated in terms of noise. Everyone hears everything.

Ben (8/5): Great view, everything you need. Plus cats. - Good view, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, friendly host. Two cats demanding attention when downstairs! Only tiny towels provided. Be aware of what local amenities may be closed: we went in September and the local shop and restaurants had already closed for the season, despite being stated open on Google. Not the hosts fault of course!
