- Denise (1/5): SCAMMERS!!!! - Het zijn scammers. Boek nooit op dit appartement. Voor aankomst vroegen ze om een borg. Daar aangekomen bleek het een fraude te zijn. Maar zo dom dat ze zijn dat ze bankgegevens hebben gebeeld. Meteen een zaak ervan gemaakt natuurlijk. Booking heeft gelukkig wel meteen ons geld teruggestort en voor nieuwe accommodatie verzorgd.

Hanno lasciato me ed i miei amici (tra cui un minorenne) un'ora e mezzo sotto al portone di sera senza comunicarci il codice per entrare perché non si sono fidati del nostro pagamento del deposito (tra l'altro è l'unica struttura su 5 che abbiamo prenotato tramite Booking a pretenderlo) obbligandoci a trovare altre soluzioni in extremis per il pernotto.
Esperienza assolutamente sgradevole che si è risolta dopo due mesi grazie all'intercessione di Booking.
Struttura gestita da persone scorrette e incompetenti, poco rivolte al commercio.
- Yckwang (1/5): fraud in Porto. Very bad experience. - it is a fraud case. They asked for damage deposit. Once we made the payment, they never answered the calls. They provided fake code for door and key box. There was no such property exisit. We were in front of the property but can not enter. I think Booking.com need to do more works to avoid this kind of fraud and fake property owner in the list.
- Vitalii (1/5): Scam - Looks like it’s fake acc. Owner barely replied, refused to answer call and disappeared after receiving deposit and cleared messaging history in WhatsApp. Looking forward for getting this issue solved, booking support was helpful Absolutely everything
- Laubscher (6/5): Once we could access the apartment it was fine. - The apartment was neat and well appointed. We arrived at 17h00 to find the apartment had not been cleaned. It was very dirty with bedlinen and towels on the floor, old food in the fridge etc. I had to call the number to advise them. In the end we received a call at 19h15 to advise that the apartment had been cleaned. It had but there were still dirty coffee mugs in the cupboard. Also, no teaspoons.
- Irene (6/5): Good flat. Very poor management. - The location We stayed 4 nights. The microwave and the Wifi didn’t work and they didn’t come over to fix it. However, they sent someone only to collect the touristic tax at 23:00 hours (very inconvenient).
