• Fabio (1/5): Not again - We had a problem with this apartment - a serious problem: The night before checkout, we were told we could stay until 14:00 (instead of 11 - standard time for checkout). On the date of checkout, at 09.00 am, we were told to leave at 11 because housekeeping was arriving at 11 - she arrived at 10:40 and knocked at the door and came at the door while we were still collecting our things. But, the worse part is yet to come: We were told to leave our bags in the room and to collect them later (after 12:30). However, while sightseeing the city, I got a call from strangers saying they were the new guests and they already checked in and the owner gave them my phone number (my phone number to strangers - a complete violation of privacy). That happened at 12.000. Strangers were let in - with our belongings and bags inside (we could have had things stolen for all we know). This is unacceptable.

• Daniela (8/5): - L'appartamento davvero molto accogliente e carino. Sicuramente con qualche piccola riparazione da fare in bagno.. Lo scarico dà qualche problemino. ☺️Peccato non sia stato lo stesso per l'ingresso del palazzo, terribile.. Tetro, sporco malmesso e poco visibile l'ingresso. A parte il piccolo disguido iniziale, con la chiave lasciata in una cassetta delle poste, accessibile a chiunque, considerando anche l'ingresso sempre aperto, e la stanza ancora occupata dai bagagli dei precedenti ospiti, ma soprattutto stanza non pronta ad accogliere, tre persone, come da prenotazione, il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Prețul adecvat pentru zona centrală Curățenia generală superficială, apartamentul necesită reparație cosmetică. Scaune murdare (doar două scaune). Miros neplăcut din dulap și de la masa de călcat. Scara blocului dubioasă.

• Mina (8/5): We like it a lot! Because everything that it was from our host it was perfect! 🤩 - I like the location and the apartment as well. It was comfortable and clean. I didn’t like the problem with the plumbs in the bathroom. It was impossible to take a shower. The water came very quickly and hot and you can’t help yourself with regulating the temperature… That was very uncomfortable especially with a child. But the last day the plumbs acting normally and we finally could use the shower… That wasn’t our host problem I think it was from the building installation.

Getting to the apartment is very easy. It has the necessary things: air conditioning and heating, refrigerator and kettle, washing machine and so on. The bed is very creaky, there is only one blanket and it is very small for two people. Overall, the apartment is not very fresh and not perfectly clean. Once I saw a little cockroach
• Katy (7/5): Nice apartment for value for money in central location - Property is appealing when you walk through the door with nice living area. Clean and tidy and in a great central location within very easy walking distance to a lot of the main sites of Bucharest. The host communicated with us well. You couldn’t stay in the shower long as the water backed up and could have overflown to flood the bathroom. It needs unblocking or better drain work. Mattress although comfy was too low for us. The bed frame was rough and we kept catching our legs getting in and out. More pillows needed on the bed to start with. We found some extra but they were feather and didn’t have a case on them so not very nice

• Yonatan (8/5): great apartment, great location. - great location, really clean and comfortable apartment. key pickup was very easy. the apt is really big and convenient for a family. of three. we had a problem with our shower and the owner was very responsive and sorted it out quickly. pretty noisy, bed not so comfortable and the elevator fits about 1 person with his bag at a time.

• Eleftheria (9/5): Extremely convenient location and very comfortable apartment. We would choose it again! - The apartment was really spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay and it was very well-equipped. The host was also very responsive and helped us with our checkout since our flight was in the afternoon and we needed to leave our luggage somewhere until that time. The location was really great, close to the old town, but to many other central locations as well. It was a great experience overall. The only thing we could notice is that there are a few spots in the bathroom that need fixing (like the wall next to the toilet and the drawer under the sink), but nothing of great importance for our stay. The building of the flat was a little bit abandoned, and the fact that the elevator wasn't available for our floor was a bit of an issue when carrying the luggage, but don't let this disappoint you.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the old city with comfort and ease! There’s nothing to dislike about the apartment, but darker curtains would make the rooms more comfortable for sleeping. The current ones let in streetlight, making it hard to sleep.

• Richard (10/5): Beautiful Apartment - When our other property cancelled at the last minute, the Ideal Apartment owner was very quick to respond and was excellent to work with. We received immediate messages explaining everything and asking if there was anything else they may be able to help with. They were genuinely looking out for my wife and I.
• Alin (10/5): Very good choice in a central location in newly renovated place - The apartment is basically located in the very center of the city so that’s a very good plus. It is clean, comfy, newly renovated ideally for 2 or 4 persons. The check in procedure is simple and convenient ( self check in) Really recommend! maybe just a little bit noisy being in the center but this was not an impediment.
