• Monica (9/5): We had a really wonderful stay in the Lanz apartment. It's very spacious and comfortable. - The landlady met us on arrival to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. She was very friendly. The apartment has everything you need. The local area is absolutely stunning. There is so much you can do. The local bus service is excellent.

• Birgit (10/5): Entspannter Wohlfühlurlaub in den Bergen - Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kompletter Ausstattung von der Fliegenklatsche bis zum Bügeleisen. Alles wie beschrieben, wir haben uns „sauwohl“ gefühlt. Vermieter hätte uns, falls erforderlich, jeden weiteren Wunsch erfüllt. Die Bettdecke war etwas zu warm, was bei dem Kälteeinbruch nicht störte. Auf Wunsch hätte ich sicher eine dünnere Decke erhalten

• Yuk (8/5): Very good - Very spacious, spotless. It is much better than the photos. The location is very good. Nice view. The landlord provides transfer to and from Dobbiaco station. The apartment is located in the 3rd floor.
• Nathalie (10/5): Comfortable, convenient and good value. - Great location- close to central Dobbiaco, super market, bus station, cafes, bakery etc. But in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very comfortable. Lovely down comforters and pillows. We’ll equipped kitchen, but no spices or left overs from others except for salt. Recommend it highly. There are stairs so not for individuals with mobility issues.
• Yizhar (9/5): Great for the night before starting AV1 - All the basic needs. Well ventilated. Comfortable beds. Owner very helpful Somewhat hard to find. Two flights of stairs (wide snd well lit - not a problem for us)
• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation exceeded our expectations, everything was clean, comfortable and prepared in detail. We didn't miss anything. And even though we spent only one night, I am convinced that the location offers many possibilities throughout the year. In the apartment you will find everything you need for self-catering. Or you can take advantage of eating in a restaurants in walk distance of accommodation. The host will gladly give you all the advice you need. Please note that the apartment is only accessible by stairs. What should be considered in the case of immobile visitors. We thank you. Martin. Not at all.
