• Theresa (10/5): Schöner, ruhige Unterkunft, herzliche Gastgeber und grandioser Wein - Ein ganz wunderbarer Ort mit unglaublich herzlichen Gastgebern, die wahnsinnig bemüht sind ihren Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Tolles Appartment, mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet, blitzeblank sauber, bequemes Bett. Schöner Aussenbereich, ungestörte Ruhe. Und das beste an allem: hervorragender Wein direkt aus der Herstellung. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen - vielen Dank für alles und vor allem für die Gastfreundschaft!
• Sandra (10/5): Azienda vinicola con proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, appartamento pulito e confortevole - Posto tranquillo poco distante dal paese e vicino alla ciclabile Parenzana, proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile, si tratta di un azienda vinicola quindi abbiamo bevuto il loro vino accompagnato con dei salumi e formaggi fatti in casa davvero buoni, mi ha ricordato i salumi che faceva mio nonno. Che dire lo consiglio vivamente. Se devo proprio trovare un qualcosa che puo essere migliorato posso dire che, a mio gusto personale, i cuscini del letto erano troppo alti

• Elke (10/5): Entspannter Istrienurlaub - Das Appartement liegt ruhig in der Natur und doch nicht weit von Motovun. Für 2 Personen ausreichend groß, die Wohnküche ist urig ländlich eingerichtet. Vor dem Haus kann man gemütlich sitzen und dem Vogelgezwitscher zuhören. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von Nordistrien sind schnell erreichbar.

• Steven (8/5): Charming and comfortable, best visited in the summer - Very charming apartment, large, clean and comfortable. The location was also fine. That it is also a family winery was a nice bonus. Unfortunately during our stay in the beginning of April, the central heating was off and the AC unit in the living room was not enough to heat the bathroom and bedroom. As a result, the lovely granite floor in the living room was unbearably cold. I imagine it’s wonderfully refreshing in the hot Istrian summers, but this time of year it was really cold.

• Ruopei (8/5): It was ok we stayed only one night - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen supply was out of date. The cooking oil was too old that rancid almost ruined my salad. The bed room had no heating and the AC was only in the sitting room. So we felt chilly in the bedroom.

• John (9/5): We enjoyed our stay. - No breakfast, but the hostess did bring us a charcuterie plate upon our arrival (for 30 euros). She kindly brought us some coffee and milk for the morning. The views from the villa were wonderful, but our living room had only a door with frosted glass,so there was no way to look outside.

• Natasha (10/5): Beautiful vineyard stay - Our stay at this family-run winery was absolutely wonderful. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and shared their passion for winemaking. The wines were exceptional, and the setting—surrounded by beautiful vineyards—was peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect blend of hospitality, charm, and unforgettable flavors.

• Denette (10/5): We loved it! - Located on a beautiful estate and gardens, Apartment Fachin is part of a family-run winery. The hosts were kind and we were greeted with a complimentary choice of wine. The apartment was cute, clean, and spacious with a helpful washing machine. The wines and platter of homemade meats with local cheese and bread were delicious; we bought a rose’. Close to cute Montovun…we would stay here again.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional, caring hosts, comfortable apartment, pleasing location. - Graciella and Natalie are exceptional hosts. We arrived on a rainy, chilly day, and the reverse air conditioner (heater) unexpectedly didn't work. They went out of their way to try to fix it, calling in a repair guy, but when it appeared to be a bigger job, they brought in a portable electric heater which worked well for us. They bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and cared for and gifted us with some of their own wine as compensation for the heater situation. These unexpected malfunctions happen to all of us - what made Fachin stand out was how they dealt with it and cared about it. I feel confident it would be fixed quickly after we departed. They are a lovely family, and the apartment is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Like many other guests, we enjoyed the meat, cheese, and olive platter for supper one night. We also liked the location - it has a countryside appeal yet is a pleasant walk into Motovun. We liked everything!

We enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine and purchased an exceptional meat and cheese platter to enjoy in there outside terrace. Beautiful 💕 There was nothing we did not enjoy.

We loved having a washing machine in the apartment! It was quite hot when we were there. There was an air conditioner in the living room. It would have been great to have a fan to move the cooler air from that room to the bedroom.

• Thomas (10/5): Loved the place by vineyards. The host was very nice and helpful. There was also a washing machine. - Finding the place--somewhat confusing. Don't always trust GPS! Initially took us to the wrong location. We then talked to someone who directed us.
• Anna (10/5): Fantastic - We had a great stay at Vina Fachin. The family that own the winery are so lovely and friendly. We also did a tasting of their wines alongside a platter of meats, cheeses and fruit, the wine and platter were exceptional. The apartment is lovely, spacious and equipped with everything you need. It’s next to a patio that has a nice view of the area. Whilst at the stay we had a small emergency and the family went above and beyond to look after us and our baby. We can’t thank them enough and hope to come back again for another stay. Thank you again!

• David (10/5): A peaceful property with kind hosts and wonderful wine! - The apartment was beautiful! The perfect combination of modern and rustic looks and amenities. Upon arrival, the wonderful hosts offered us their amazing wine and a tasty selection of meats, cheeses, grapes, and fresh bread, which we enjoyed under a perfect gazebo right in front of the apartment. I drive a truck, and parking was more than adequate, right at the apartment door. I really appreciate the hosts' kindness and openness to me and my three sons. I recommend bringing some coffee to enjoy the mountainside view in the morning, though. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet stay for a great price!
• Neža (10/5): We spent a night here on a bike trip. We were Arrived in the evening, left in the morning, the quiet flat was just what - The location is spectacular, surrounded by nature and silence, close to the Parenzana cycle path. The owners welcomed us very kindly.
