• Precy (10/5): To pay 610€ for four days is worth it. - Perfect location. The apartment is exactly as what shown in the picture. We are a family of four and we had everything we need. The host was so kind that she let us stay a little bit. Nothing, everything was perfect.

• Alfonso (8/5): Nice central location ideal for couples - Clean kitchen and all. Not enough coffee nor tea bags. For two people staying three nights, they put only 3 coffee pods, plus 2 tea bags. We requested8k more but instead got the suggestion to "try a local café". AC are a bit loud.
• Wui-kwan (8/5): Great location, spacious property. - Great location. Spacious Dishwasher was not plugged in and the powerpoint was not in an accessible location. There were several ants in the property.
• Lorenzo (9/5): Very nice stay in Modena - Super central, a lot of small things useful for a longer stay, definitely well equipped. There's everything you may need. Very quiet during the night. A power plug on the other side of the kitchen would be useful to avoid moving equipment from one side to the other. I was expecting a bigger sofa bed for both of my kids. The one available is good for maybe 2 very young, maybe 5-6 years old. Anyway, the host prepared another bed in the bedroom.
