• Sylvia (10/5): Perfect for relaxing - The hotel staff was very kind and lovely, provided a lot of helpful recommendations. Beautiful room, calm vibe, very clean and very comfortable. Spa area was also amazing, they put on Sauna and Hot tub just for the two of us. Food was also very delicious, great dinner and fantastic variety of breakfast options. We would definitely recommend, thank you!

• Phips (10/5): Absolute Empfehlung - Das war mit Abstand die schönste Unterkunft unserer gesamten Georgien‑Reise. Das Personal ist unfassbar nett, herzlich und hilft, wo es nur kann. Besonders toll war, dass wir direkt bei der Ankunft spontan einen privaten Spa‑Slot für nur 7 € pro Person dazubuchen konnten – mit Sauna, Whirlpool und Kältebecken ganz exklusiv für uns. Das gesamte Areal ist wunderschön gestaltet, mit einem Garten voller Blumen, Hängematten und vielen sonnigen Plätzen, in denen wir abends entspannt liegen konnten. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, mit schönen Farben, einem großen und äußerst bequemen Bett. Im Badezimmer fehlt es an nichts: Handtücher, Bademäntel, Pflegeprodukte und sogar Ersatzzahnbürsten sind vorhanden. Abends kann man à la carte essen, inklusive passender Weinempfehlungen – die Portionen sind großzügig und sehr lecker. Das Frühstück wird als Buffet angeboten und überzeugt mit einer großen Auswahl an Früchten und Getränken.

• Keti (4/5): - Decorations are stylish and modern, hotel is quiet, staff was attentive and tried to help When we first got to the room, there was awful smell from drains, we requested to change room and staff didnt have any problems, the new room was relatively fresh, but inly because bathroom door was closed, in the bathroom the situation was same as the last room. In the bathroom water pressure is very low and after 5 minutes in shower only available was cold water Near the bed there were spider webs. Breakfast is very scarce and low quality

Every detail is thoughtfully crafted: solid wooden furniture, rustic accents, and beautiful terracotta surfaces. Cozy, stylish, and full of soul in every corner. A delicious, healthy home made breakfast and the smiling, welcoming staff made our mornings feel full of the warm and famous Georgian hospitality. We simply didn’t want to leave.

Хотелось остаться подольше. Завтрак потрясающий! В ресторане отеля пекут вкуснейший хлеб. Хорошая банька и джакузи. Небольшие замечания, которые не испортили общего впечатления. Отель не виден с дороги, и мы не сразу нашли- хорошо бы сделать указатель. Персонал большей частью не говорит на русском. Цены в ресторане сильно выше средних. Хинкали по 3 лари.
• Kristina (6/5): place is more beautiful than hospitable - it is stylish and beautiful indeed. instagramable, but the rest is very strange none warned us that the spa area should be reserved (we were put at risk of not visiting at all), but it was all the reason to book this hotel. also “wellness” title is kinda over optimistic 😅 all the rooms have only one spa area and no massages offered. jacuzzi wasn’t hot, neither. water pressure in the room is way to weak (uncomfortable to shower afterwards) and temperature unstable (from too hot to too cold). staff didn’t speak english good enough to understand our feedback. more to say. breakfast had some very nice meat delights and at the same time - absolutely strange chemical orange juice from a tetrapak. like why? 😂
• Anna (8/5): A gem hotel near famous Chateau - I really liked the hotel. It’s very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The staff are extremely polite, friendly, and always smiling :) The rooms are cozy and beautiful. The breakfast is delicious and healthy. I really liked that they have good shampoos and bath amenities. There are bathrobes, slippers, and a comfortable bed with different kinds of pillows. My experience with the spa area wasn’t very good. The water temperature in the outdoor bathtub was extremely hot and no one could assist me with it. Disadvantages connected not to hotel: dogs barking at night in the village.
• Nicknotknack (10/5): топ за свои бабки - Это удивительно для Грузии! Здесь поработали над приятным освещением и деталями. Продуманы многие мелочи, которые не ожидаешь увидеть в отеле, а тем более в Мухрани. Приятная территория, приятный персонал, получаешь эстетическое наслаждения на каждом этапе взаимодействия с отелем. Сам поселок тоже интересный, в него вливают бабки и делают туристическим местом. До этого ему ещё очень далеко, но здесь есть где погулять и что посмотреть. В отеле тоже есть что делать, в общем круто, я супер рекомендую это место, 10 из 10 Было бы круто добавить перегородки между балконами) Довольно странно, что сосед может прийти и посмотреть к тебе в окно. Так же хотелось бы иметь возможность полностью отключать систему, которая дует воздух в номер. Джакузи мог бы быть чище (он не был грязным), все было гуд, просто могло бы быть лучше.

A bit hard to get to unless you are going directly by car (the access road is not the best) but once you are there the place is awesome. Lots of space, amazing breakfast with a good selection and helpful staff. Lots of parking on the premises. Access road is poorly maintained (not the properties fault).

Очень вежливый и внимательный персонал. Запах канализации в отеле и номерах. Нужно исправить обязательно и все будет отлично.

• Anel (10/5): Решить с канализацией для устранения запаха - Очень стильный отель , все в нем комфортно до мелочей , отношение персонала на очень высоком уровне , внимательны, дружелюбны . Мы приехали на свадьбу в Шато и изначально бронь сделали на 3 дня , но в момент приезда изменились планы , персонал дружелюбно дал согласие на сокращение одного дня. Вкусные , свежие завтраки . В номере до мелочей все туалетные принадлежности , по приезду сразу предложили сауну , обед , ужин . К Шато организовали трансфер , учитывая , что расположение в селе и нет такси У нас был номер на втором этаже и очень сильный запах канализации , но даже этот момент ничего не испортил все замечательное в этом прекрасном отеле

Завтрак включен и он был премиум класса! Включена сауна и джакузи, хоть и не написано (единственное нужно забронировать время). Персонал очень квалифицированный! Также продается вино с винодельни Шато Мухрани, ведь это гостиница при винодельне. Ещё миллион раз хочу вернуться в этот отель! По качеству и комфорту он лучший среди всех! Если побывать в этом отеле, вы вообще ничего не захотите добавить, все на высшем уровне!

• Alexandru (9/5): - Hidden gem in Mukhrani village. Liked everything - hospitality, design, spa zone, breakfast. It's not 10 just because of the strong toilet smell in the rooms on the first floor. We had 3 rooms on the first floor and 3 on the 2nd. All of the rooms on the first floor had this bad smell.
• Nino (8/5): A nice location and ambience that has a good potential - It is a really convenient location for those looking for a weekend gateaway. The breakfast area is beautiful and the private spa option is great. The rooms didn’t have ACs, nor any desks for those traveling w laptops to be used for. The door keys were extremely hard to deal with. There was a little chaos w refilling breakfast items in the morning.
• Christopher (6/5): Friendly staff but issues with bedroom facilities - Good location for Chateau Mukhrani, friendly staff and nice breakfast, the property is clean and modern with parking, also allowed my small dog who travels the world with me, there’s also a nice little Spa. Stayed for 3 nights as showcasing at the Chateau Mukhrani. My room had very bad smell of the toilet drains, also the public toilet to the corridor same problem, it’s very common in Georgia as builders do not know how to install plumbing systems, so no water traps to stop the smells, also problems with the shower, no water then when it did work no hot water, again brig problem with the plumbing system, when a few people are using the shower the pressure drops causing these problems. Breakfast is from 9am, a little late if there on business like us. Cleaner never left drinking water in the room and only gave one towel for a couple, would also be nice if there was a kettle to make tea and coffee. This hotel is owned by Chateau Mukhrani so I’m surprised they don’t have a better managed property. All in all a nice e place but the issues need addressing, there’s no other hotels in the area, and the village is very run down especially the roads.
