• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Just perfect for 1 or 2 people. Very modern and comfortable. Would stay again 100%. Everything was great.
• Malcolm (7/5): Good - The room was clean and communication was good. Facilities were good, though we did not use most of them. The area was quiet despite the airport not far away. The usual key lock-box beside the door. The location did not suit us, being in a labyrinth within a housing development area with no facilities within walking distance. There is no privacy from the footpath (or a neighbour property) unless the blinds are pulled down or across, then the windows cannot be left open for fresh air as the blinds will bang against the frame. There is no rain shelter at the entrance, and no mat inside the entrance to protect the carpet from wet shoes before they are removed, and we did have a down pour once when returning to the unit. Parking was either in the owner's (?) driveway squeezed in next to their cars, or on the opposite verge as a number of locals were doing, which was easier. The dishwasher was still running when we arrived - our job to empty it and put the contents away apparently.
• Wendy (5/5): Host was very responsive, the property is clean and tidy, warm and comfortable - The property was clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed. The location is difficult to get out of at busy times. It’s quite a way out of town. It was raining during our stay, there isn’t any shelter when you’re trying to open the door and you get wet. We had to park across the road, which was not fun unpacking in the rain and carrying cases across these the road. A few basics were missing, like a coffee plunger, and milk, but the host was quick to provide these things. When you sit on the toilet you hit your knees on the hand basin. The bathroom is very small.
• Bek (8/5): Great stay! Would definitely come back - Lovely place that’s tucked away. Very clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. Really good space and perfect for a couple on holidays! The bed is double and definitely small for a couple so the space would be better with a queen bed.
• Anthea (9/5): Would stay here again. Loved the stay and the hosts. - Loved the quiet location and was quite close to everything which made travelling easy. Hosts were very flexible and allowed early check in and late checkout which was much appreciated. The wifi signal requires you to stay in the kitchen for it to work properly. Wifi signal from anywhere else was too weak to be used.

• Arrietty (7/5): A lovely place with great facilities - It was a homely self-contained granny flat with all the amenities needs: clothes washer, fridge etc... There was plently of room and the hosts were friendly and very responsive. It worked well for us because we had a car, but if you don't have a car, I wouldn't recommend it. There were a few things missing from the kitchen, such as forks, big plates and bowls. The wifi would cut out constantly and the entertainment (TV) required wifi.

• Jessica (9/5): Great base for exploring Queenstown and surrounds. - Clean and well equipped studio with everything that we needed for a few days in Queenstown. Modern fittings with a very comfortable bed. About 20 minute drive into queenstown city centre but we knew this prior to booking.
• Martin (10/5): We had a very good stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location was fine - not in town but easy to get to - Although the photos were a little confusing on the website - the room (studio at the front of the property) was smaller than we expected but it suited us just fine. It had everything we needed and spotlessly clean. The view. Next door there’s any new building going up so it obscured any view. Just one thing missing - no milk.

• Mei (10/5): Not really far from Queenstown center, just about 15 min drive. It’s the best accommodation I’ve got during my NZ trip. - Everything I needed is equipped, feel like just newly renovated with bright indoor lights and new appliance. Towels and hangers are enough, wash machine and dish washer worked perfectly! Kettle is rusty inside, I am afraid that it might not be suitable for boil water anymore.

Storage space for us to use for our belongings. The owner was very helpful since we had turned up later due to delayed flights. only given 1 towel each for the week.

• Laura (10/5): A relaxing week spent in excellent accommodation. - A well appointed unit with everything we needed. It was super clean, light and bright, and cosy warm for a winter stay. Wonderful shower and comfy bed. Good kitchen allowed us to easily cater for ourselves. Had off-road parking and the area is very quiet. Highly recommend the place and we hope to stay again. Absolutely nothing!!
• Mihaela (9/5): Excellent stay, would definitely stay here again! ❤️ - I stayed here the whole month of July 2022 and it cannot say how much I loved it. Nelson was so nice and every time I needed something he was just a click or a phone call away. Super nice and friendly. Very quiet property, I was never disturbed and I felt that I had all the privacy I needed. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and had a big fridge had ample space for my grocery shopping. Great to have the dishwasher and washing machine. The bus stop is a 12 min walk up the hill and unfortunately (due to a reduced bus timetable) the bus only ran once an hour. Once you are on the bus you can never get enough of those magnificent views into town so bus journey was very enjoyable but if you have a car then you won’t depend or the bus. Room was cold but the bed had electric blankets on both sides. Heater would need upgrading to face the very cold winter days as it does not adequately heat up the room. But these were small issues, I would definitely stay there again and highly highly recommend this property to anyone.
