• Vanity (9/5): Amazing - We had a great time here! The resort is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. All the staff is super friendly and helpful, we almost felt like royalty. There are nice padel and tennis courts which we have enjoyed multiple times. They did just open when we arrived, so not everything was fully up and running yet. You do need a car if you want to visit other places by yourself, as it is a bit further away. If you do not like fish, there are not a lot of options at dinnertime.

• Nicole (6/5): A beautiful location with potential, but let down by poor accessibility, overcrowding, and lackluster service. - Good base to explore north Sardinia. Some staff friendly. Booked B&B, food was nice, plenty of options available for breakfast. ⸻ If you have any mobility issues or medical conditions such as asthma, this location may not be suitable. The resort is built into a steep hillside, which makes getting around physically demanding. Although there is a train that circulates the complex and accommodates buggies, there are still numerous stairs to navigate — including access to the beach, restaurants, bar, and swimming pool. There are no lifts anywhere on the premises. Regarding the beach facilities, the first two rows of sun loungers come at an additional cost: €40 for the front row and €30 for the second. From the third row onwards, loungers are free. However, this leads to overcrowding in the free sections, as most guests understandably opt not to pay. If you don’t go early in the morning to reserve a spot, it can be extremely difficult to find a free lounger later in the day. As we were often out exploring in the mornings, we frequently returned in the afternoons to find no available loungers in the complimentary areas. Beach towels are provided, but one of ours was torn at the bottom. If you wish to exchange your towel for a fresh one during your stay, there’s a €5 charge each time. Tea and coffee provisions were minimal and not replenished after arrival. When we asked at reception, we were informed that what is supplied on arrival is all that is provided — no refills. For a week-long stay with two people, we were given only four Nespresso pods. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Our room was not cleaned daily, and when it was, the service was minimal: the bed was made (without changing the sheets), and only the bathroom bin was emptied — the other bins were left untouched. There was also visible mold on the bathroom ceiling. Towels were changed twice during the week, with a third change only happening after we specifically requested it.

L'hotel è molto bello, ben curato e in posizione tranquilla con una splendida vista sul mare e tramonti. Bellissima la camera con balconcino vista mare frontale. Gentilissimo tutto lo staff e ottima la colazione e la cena al ristorante. Sicuramente da tenere in considerazione per i prossimi soggiorni a Santa Teresa di Gallura. Nulla, tutto come da aspettativa con una nota molto positiva per la camera e i servizi dell'hotel.

Az ételek átlagosak, de gyönyörű a kilátás az étteremből, továbbá mindig találtunk üres asztalt. Teltház volt, mégsem vettük észre hogy sok vendég lenne, a parton és a medencénél is rengeteg üres ágy volt. A part átlagos, szépnek nem mondanám, de 15 perc kocsival a spiaggia rena bianca, ami gyönyörű fehér homokos partszakasz, türkiz vízzel. Abszolút nem értem a sok negatív kritikát, ami miatt félve érkeztünk. Egy negatívum; egyik este hajnalig tartó buli volt a tengerparton olyan hangos zenével, hogy az ablak berezonált. Hiába szólt több vendég is, a személyzet folyton csak azt mondta mindjárt vége, de nem így lett. Legtöbben pihenni mennek és ahhoz hozzátartozik, hogy ne kelljen virrasztani a szobában hajnal 2-3ig egy buli miatt. Ezt leszámítva pozitívan csalódtunk!

• Stella (4/5): Very bad experience - I have so many bad memories I can’t think easily something I liked. Our experience at this hotel was far below expectations. Here are the key issues we faced: Location & Accessibility: The entire resort is built on a steep hill, requiring 10 minutes of uphill walking (without lighting at night) just to reach your room from the parking area. Similarly, accessing breakfast in the morning means walking back and forth in the heat, which becomes exhausting quickly. The hotel is absolutely not suitable for people with mobility issues or disabilities—there are no proper access routes or assistance. Poor Room Conditions: Upon arrival, our room was full of mold, insects, and even large lizards. We requested a room change but had to wait 4 hours at reception with no offer of water or any assistance. Unacceptable level of hospitality. Crowded & Inconvenient Beach: The beach is overcrowded and the sunbeds closest to the shore are only accessible if you pay extra. Not a relaxing experience at all. Disappointing Food & Layout: The beach bar doesn't serve food, so if you're hungry, you’ll need to walk another 10 minutes uphill to the top bar—only to find the food there low quality and poorly prepared. Transport Issues: There’s a small train service (mainly for kids) meant to help guests move around, but the wait time is at least 30 minutes—making it completely impractical. Overall, this hotel is poorly managed, physically exhausting to navigate, and offers little to no consideration for guest comfort. Definitely not recommended, especially for families, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility concerns.
• Tanja (3/5): Ich fands enttäuschend - Das Zimmer war sehr schön! Originell und tolle Möbel. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine und 4 Kapseln. Leider wurden diese nicht aufgefüllt. Kaufen konnte man nicht.. jedenfalls wussten wir nicht wo und dass man überhaupt musste. Es stand wohl auf einem Zettel. Aber wir können nicht gut italienisch. Für diesen Preis finde ich jeden Tag 2 Kapseln nicht viel verlangt. Uns wurde auch nicht gesagt dass die Tücher nur gewechselt werden wenn sie am Boden liegen. Kleenexbox 2 mal leer auf den Boden gestellt. Wurde nicht aufgefüllt. In 4 Nächten wurde nur 1x das Bett frisch hübsch gemacht. 2x vergessen. Boden nie gewischt. Servierpersonal beim Frühstück unfreundlich. Essen (Eier) eher kühl.. Die Anlage wäre toll. Hätte Potenzial aber das Personal dürfte motivierter sein. Ich empfehle es nicht obschon das Zimmer sonst schön wäre. Für uns schade fürs Geld.
• Doreen (9/5): Toller Ort, an den wir bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen werden. - Alles sehr neu und stilvoll renoviert. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf Suiten bekommen, da das Hotel nach unserem Aufenthalt in die Winterpause gegangen ist. Poolanlage, Bars und Restaurant waren gut. Der Hotelstrand ist ebenfalls top!!! Super ausgestattetes Gym, prima Tennisplätze auf denen wir gespielt haben. Allerdings muss man auch sagen, dass es absolute Nebensaison war, in der Sommerzeit sicherlich überfüllt, da das Hotel schon recht groß ist.

Unglaublich grosses Buffet, für alle etwas dabei!👍🏻 In den Badezimmern dürfte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf das auffüllen vom WC Papier geschaut werden. Und der Boden beim Zimmereingang dürfte bei der Reinigung etwas mehr zusammen gewischt werden. Sonst aber 🔝

Dorer (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in toller Atmosphäre - Super schöne Einrichtung, tolle Hotel Anlage, alles total modern und neu, teilweise Liegen am Strand kostenlos, großer Parkplatz vorhanden, super Aussicht, Zimmer und Bett waren super, 3 Restaurants, 2 Pools, Fußweg können mit Shuttlebus umgangen werden Sauberkeit im Zimmer aber für uns war es völlig okay so, Bedienstete nicht all zu freundlich, es grüßt keiner usw., ohne Auto eher schlecht zu erreichen, immer das selbe Frühstück, gibt zwar Restaurants aber für diese müssen frühzeitig reserviert werden, etwas schwierig am Anreisetag, sind deutlich überteuert aber die nächste Stadt liegt 10 Minuten Fahrtweg entfernt.

• Sergio (6/5): Entäuscht von der Bedienung und Zimmersauberkeit, aber sehr schönes Resort. - Nähe Meer und Aussen recht schön ausgestattet. Am Anfang erhielten wir ein Zimmer, dass so schlimm nach Fekalien stank, zum nicht aushalten!!! Mussten sogar eine Nacht in diesem Gestank schlafen bis wir ein anderes Zimmer erhielten! Es hätte ein Zimmer mit Meeresblick sein sollen, aber nicht mal auf dem Sitzplatz hat man was davon gesehen!!!! Die Zimmer sind zu Bunkerhaft gebaut, fast kein aussen Licht und deswegen keine Fenster. Im zweiten Zimmer war es, dann angenehmer mit Meeresblick, aber sie schreiben nicht auf Booking, dass die meissten Superiorszimmer kein Meeresblick haben, nur die Juniors. Unsere Tochter brauchte Gluten- und Laktosefreies Essen, mein Mann hat im Voraus 2X nachgefragt und abgeklärt, nach Resort war es kein Problem. Bei unserem ersten Morgenessen hatte es fast nichts für Sie, niemand im Restaurant wusste was davon, erst danach haben sie einiges wenig eingekauft. In den anderen Restaurants war nie was für Sie, weil alles zum Voraus vorgekocht wurde, deswegen gingen wir dann Auswärts essen! Für so ein neues Resort, stimmt einiges nicht und in den Ferien noch müssen so viel durchmachen ist wirklich nicht angenehm, Ferien braucht man um zu relaxen und nicht den Sachen die nicht stimmen nach zulaufen!!!

The pool bar staff was very attentive and friendly. The dinner Buffett was not hot enough and the options were not inline with what the resort is trying to present to customers. The ambience was not pleasant at all. The hot food was sloppy and inconsistent.

• Rotem (10/5): - The resort is absolutely great! First of all, I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong date, and the hotel manager helped us change it with no problem at all. The pool is amazing, the bar is great, and the service from all the staff members was exceptional! There’s a stunning beach with shuttles running every 5 minutes. The food was delicious, and the entire place is just beautiful. We were really sad we only booked 2 nights — we could have easily stayed for a whole week. Highly recommended!

• David (3/5): Einen Versuch war es Wert. - Die Lage ist phänomenal, die Anlage ist weitläufig, schön bepflanzt, gepflegt und aufgeräumt. Das gebotene Angebot an Sportaktivitäten (Fitness-Center, Padel, Tennis, Fußball) ist hochmodern und wirklich gut gemacht. Der Poolbereich ist ebenso sehr schön und sauber, von dort hat man ebenfalls eine tolle Aussicht. Der Service ist weitestgehend ungelernt, unmotiviert und nicht interessiert, zu helfen. Der Zimmerservice kommt nur unregelmäßig, es werden maximal die Handtücher getauscht, gereinigt wird das Zimmer nie. Innerhalb von 2 Wochen wurde 1x gestaubsaugt. Man fühlt sich irgendwann nicht mehr wohl, den Verantwortlichen ist es ziemlich egal. Es war der schlechteste Roomservice , den ich in über 11 Jahren Reisen jemals erleben durfte. Die neu renovierten Zimmer sehen nach 3 Monaten Nutzung bereits entsprechend aus.. wünsche allen Gästen in der kommenden Saison viel Kraft. Das Frühstück ist wenig vielfältig und absolut auf Masse ausgelegt. Keine der angebotenen Speisen vermittelt in irgendeiner Weise das Gefühl, in Italien zu sein. Der Kaffee ist eine Beleidigung am italienischen Volk (bitterer Automatenkaffee von Nespresso). Der Frühstückssaal ist zudem dermaßen überfüllt, dass es unmöglich ist, in Ruhe in den Tag zu starten. Wirklich ganz niedriges Level. Die angebotenen Speisen an der Poolbar (einzige Möglichkeit tagsüber etwas zu Essen zu erhalten, außer dem nicht zu empfehlenden Restaurant am Strand) sind sowohl qualitativ als auch geschmacklich bodenlos. Bei Preisen, für die man an anderen Orten auf der Insel eine vollwertige Mahlzeit erhält. Im gesamten Hotel herrscht eine massive Wespenplage, es ist unmöglich ein zuckerhaltiges Getränk auf der Terrasse zu trinken, ohne von vielen Wespen umgeben zu sein. Das zieht sich durch bis zum Strand. 3km weg von der Anlage - keine einzige Wespe weit und breit.. Mieten Sie unbedingt vorab einen Leihwagen, ohne Auto gehen Sie in diesem Resort ein. Man hätte an diesem Ort ein paradiesisches Hotel bauen können, leider haben alle Beteiligten kollektiv vollständig versagt, ich kann leider nicht mehr dazu sagen. Kein einziger Ablauf funktioniert nur ansatzweise wie er soll. Die Bewertungen auf sämtlichen Portalen sind massiv geschönt. Vor Ort haben wir uns mit einigen unterschiedlichen Gästen unterhalten, durchweg niemand war happy
• Noemia (9/5): - Gostei muito da calma e beleza do local. Os quartos são bons embora não tenham janelas mas só uma porta de vidro da entrada. A decoração era linda e confortável. A praia particular do hotel é um pequeno paraíso, linda e sossegada. As refeições eram bem servidas. Gostei da animação, música, que tinham no bar da piscina, assim como a festa disco de domingo. Ajudou a descontrair. Um elogio especial á decoração da parte da recepção que era espetacular. As vistas são deslumbrantes. Estranhei a falta de elevadores entre os pisos da recepção e dos restaurantes pois as escadas custavam um pouco a subir.
• Sepideh (8/5): Great stay overall. - Great resort with a beautiful pool and a stunning beach. Great for families if you plan to stay on the property it’s wonderful. Food options weren’t that great but it was okay. We didn’t realize it was pretty far from main parts of the island and popular restaurants. It’s quite a drive to get there but great if you plan to just relax and enjoy your time at the resort.

• Marlene (10/5): - Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend und dies auch noch am Ende der Saison! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung des Hotels war sehr stimmig. Die Zimmer haben eine Terrasse und einen kleinen Vorgarten mit schöner Aussicht zum Meer gerichtet. Sehr entspannende Atmosphäre. Das Buffet am Abend hätte etwas mehr der tollen italienischen Küche entsprechen können.

• Tiziana (9/5): Ottimo resort - Resort molto bello, ordinato e pulitissimo. Camere molto belle, spaziose e nuove. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La pulizia delle camere, non tutti i giorni era uguale, un paio di volte non ci hanno lasciato gli asciugamani di ricambio.

• F (7/5): Struttura bellissima ma - Il resort era nuovissimo, punto a favore. La spiaggia di fronte molto bella e il mare altrettanto. Bella la possibilità di usufruire dei campi da gioco gratuitamente -la pulizia giornaliera nelle camere è troppo approssimativa -i lettini in spiaggia non bastano per tutti e non ha senso quindi far pagare le prime file -per chi fa mezza pensione, la scelta del menu alla carta del ristorante il grano è troppo ridotta. Soprattutto per chi si trova a soggiornare per piu di una settimana. Il menu non cambia mai -il personale non e sufficientemente formato e le persone si contraddicono l'un l'altra nel rilasciare le informazioni -colazione a buffet ottima ma la cena a buffet non altrettanto
• Fabio (8/5): Eine wunderschöne Anlage mit toller Lage und Ausstattung, aber Verbesserungsbedarf beim Service. - Die Lage direkt am Hang mit Blick auf einen traumhaften Strand war fantastisch. Besonders das Frühstück mit Meerblick war ein echtes Highlight. Die Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Auch der kleine Zug, der regelmäßig durch die Anlage fährt, war super praktisch und hat die Wege deutlich verkürzt. Leider waren einige Mitarbeiter nicht besonders freundlich. Unser Gepäck wurde erst nach mehreren Stunden und nur auf Nachfrage ins Zimmer gebracht. Beim Abholen wurde es anschließend einfach unbeaufsichtigt vor dem Hotel abgestellt – das geht für ein Resort dieser Kategorie gar nicht. Durch die Hanglage der Anlage muss man außerdem viel laufen, was manchmal anstrengend war.

• Christine (6/5): - petit déjeuner a la salle de restaurant pizzeria magnifique la restauration du soir étais très bien la plage manque d explications plus assez de transat ne parlais pas français nous a envoyer chez lido ou c'est tres bruyant du coup un déçu la decu pour la demi pension je pensais trouver des grillade ou des plats sarde et bien cest de la restauration rapide et préparer d avance cedt triste piscine bien restauration nous avons eu du mal a nous faire comprendre carte écrit italien rien en français la chambre pièces est trop trop sombre et pour une vue mer c'est pas possible une terrasse inexploitable trop de guêpe beaucoup trop de guêpe la j'étais vraiment tres tres déçu de pas pouvoir m installer et admirer la mer boire un verre cest triste a revoir enlever c'est fleurs et faire autrement pour que les gens puissent profiter de la vue mer car en payé bien pour ça si non autant ne pas prendre vue mer pour le petit train qui passe tout les 15 mn cest bien quand vous avez compris le système pas assez explication tres grands structures jolies mai a l accueil il devrait fournir une feuille pour expliquer le fonctionnement de l hôtel 9 étages pour l accueil 8 étages pour manger et pour décembre pas de rambarde pas de lumière attention pour les personnes d'un certain âge avec des problèmes de santé
• Patrick (9/5): Der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen und das Resort ist empfehlenswert. - Die Einrichtung war super schön. Der Privatstrand war toll. Die Aussicht vom Restaurant. Das vielfältige Frühstücksbuffet. Man hat jeden Tag frische Handtücher bekommen. Die Bahn die durch das Resort fährt. Essenspreise für die Restaurants sind gehobener. Der Boden wurde leider nicht immer gewischt. Man musste für die ersten zwei Reihen der Ligen zahlen obwohl es ein Privatstrand des Hotels ist.

• MARINA (10/5): Bellissima struttura vicino al mare - Struttura nuovissima, ben organizzata, bellissima spiaggia, colazione ottima. Personale estremamente educato, gentile e disponibile. Inoltre c’era un trenino che portava da una parte all’altra del resort. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, c’erano troppe vespe. Non abbiamo potuto sfruttare la bella terrazza vista mare a colazione, perché era invasa dalle vespe. Comunque anche la sala colazione era accogliente e ben arredata.
• Eva (10/5): Meraviglioso - Siamo stati in questo resort a settembre e l’esperienza è stata davvero positivissima. Appena arrivati ci hanno fatto un graditissimo upgrade in junior suite vista mare: la camera era bellissima, spaziosa e sempre pulita alla perfezione ogni giorno. Il wi-fi ha funzionato senza problemi per tutta la vacanza. I servizi sono stati impeccabili: il trenino che accompagna alle camere è comodissimo e, in caso di necessità, i ragazzi arrivano subito con il golfcar. La colazione a buffet è molto abbondante, mentre la cena a buffet è stata sempre una gioia: tanta scelta, qualità ottima e la possibilità di avere vino e birra illimitati. Ogni sera eravamo felici di andare a mangiare, anche per la vista stupenda dalla sala ristorante. Il resort è sempre curato in ogni dettaglio e ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Niente

Так как мы были с малышом, нас заселили недалеко от пляжа, что было крайне комфотно, так как с коляской не попадешь на поезд, который возит постояльцев по отелю. В номере новая мебель, очень удобная кровать, сам размер номера (у нас был junior suite) вполне устроил. Уборка и замена полотенец ежедневно. На завтраки ходили не в основной ресторан (слишком многолюдно), а в пиццерию, все свежее и выбор вполне нормальный (если все же держать в уме, что отель 3*). Днем можно перекусить прям на пляже в гриль-ресторане. Для такого огромного отеля всегда находили свободые лежаки, да и в принципе людей на пляже не так много в стороне отеля. Может потому что сентябрь. Сам пляж выше всяких похвал, это точно то, ради чего стоит выбрать этот отель, если есть сомнения. Можно взять всякие водные развлечения, предлагают экскурсии. Резюмируя, могу сказать, что отдыхом остались довольны. Если уже совсем цепляться к мелочам, то некоторые представители персонала не особо вежливы. Улыбки натянуты. При полупустом ресторане не посадили ужинать без предварительной резервации.

• Alejandro (1/5): - Very disappointing overall The hotel facilities are in very good condition, including the rooms, pools and common areas. However, the service is far below expectations for a hotel of this category. Long queues of over 20 minutes at the pool bar, beach towels with an extra charge (€5 per change), beach restaurant closing already at 2:00 pm, parking far away with no assistance from staff, front-row sunbeds at €50, unfriendly service and even inappropriate behavior towards female guests. On top of that, check-out is at 10:00 am and guests are called at 9:30 to rush them out, with no option for late check-out. Despite the good facilities, the overall experience was very disappointing. Terrible service and zero hospitality

• Gian Luca (8/5): Fantastic facility, pity for wasps all around outdoor locations - Outstanding location straight on the fantastic Marmorata beach. Staff is kind and attentive, and differently than what indicated by other reviews processes in the hotel are working fine. For such a new hotel, this is quite an achievement. Get rid of those damn wasps. They totally spoil outdoor dinner, breakfast and beach activities. My wife got stun at her feet which got swallen, this is not what we expect to happen in such property.. Do not need to spend a fortune for solving this, it's enough to have a couple of properly placed traps and the issue would be quicky solved. Come on Mangia team, this is such an embarrassing issue -.In particular when it gets flagged to the personnel and they seek excuses.
• Verena (7/5): Pretty location with some room for improvement - The rooms are very comfortable and have a nice aesthetic. The location at the beach is just breathtaking! Very nice grounds and a really pretty beach! The staff was pretty accommodating and helpful. There is some lack of cleanliness in the rooms as well as on the grounds. It is weird, that the cushions of the chairs and daybeds that are outside are not taken inside in the evening, because in the morning they were all still moist. It‘s mostly just attention to detail that is the biggest lack of the hotel. The breakfast buffet offered everything but it was nothing special. The staff just doesn‘t go out of their way to help you or make the stay perfect.
• Anett (10/5): - Fantasztikus a szálloda, a kilátás az ételek. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szobák gyönyörűen felújítottak. A kilátás a tengerre és a partra egy csoda. A kinti lépcsők tisztaságára kifejezetten oda kellene figyelni, tekintettel arra, hogy nagyon sokan közlekednek ott. Napokig rohadt a szemét a lépcsőfordulón. A kiomlott ragacsok, cigi csikkek egyáltalán nem voltak takarítva.

Struttura curata, servizi impeccabili e panorama mozzafiato. Un ringraziamento speciale al *bagnino Simone Attila*, sempre attento, disponibile e professionale: la sua simpatia e gentilezza hanno reso le nostre giornate in spiaggia ancora più piacevoli. Consigliatissimo sotto ogni aspetto, torneremo sicuramente!
• Krzysztof (10/5): Bardzo udany wypoczynek w bardzo ładnym, odnowionym resorcie, z pięknymi widokami - Fantastycznie położony obiekt, z bezpośrednim zejściem na plażę, bardzo przestronny, więc mimo dużej liczby gości, nie ma poczucia zatłoczenia. Bardzo czyste pokoje (z własnym ogródkiem), wygodne łóżka, mnóstwo atrakcji dla ludzi w każdym wieku. Śniadanie w formie bufetu z dużym wyborem zarówno na słodko, jak i słono; do dyspozycji są też restauracje tematyczne na terenie obiektu. Jakość Wi-Fi w obiekcie można by było poprawić (bo zasięg w telefonie jest w tamtym rejonie słaby)

• Oghittu (10/5): Da ripetere - Esperienza semplicemente indimenticabile al Mangia's Sardinia Resort....Location mozzafiato immersa nella natura sarda, mare cristallino a pochi passi e una struttura curata in ogni dettaglio. Il personale e tutti i dirigenti sono estremamente cordiali e professionali, sempre pronti a farci sentire coccolati. Cucina eccellente con sapori autentici e piatti vari. Relax totale, comfort e bellezza ovunque: una vacanza da sogno. Super consigliato, ci torneremo di sicuro!
