• Birgit (9/5): Very nice 👍 - Nice and comfortable room. Had everything I needed. Located in a quiet alley. District is rather quiet but some nice coffee shops near the lake. Hot water has to be turned on via light switch next to the bathroom 👌

• Linh (8/5): - Nếu ai mà ở hơn 2 đêm thì lưu ý . Vì k có dịch vụ dọn phòng cho khách ở lâu . Xin khăn tắm còn chỉ có 1 cái , bất tiện . Giường đôi là 2 đệm đơn ghép vào phủ chăn k tốt nên nằm vào vẫn cảm nhận được 2 cái đệm riêng biệt đau lưng lắm . Đầu giường chỉ có 1 ổ cắm bên tay trái ngoài ra xung quanh k có ổ cắm nếu 2 người cùng sạc điện thoại thì k được . Mở cửa ra là bờ tường nhà bên cạnh k có view gì đâu nên là kéo rèm 24/24 . So với mặt bằng chung giá thì cao hơn nhưng dịch vụ kém hơn chỗ khác
• George (9/5): - Simple and clean, here one gets the essential. No view and many works around. Easy for public transportation et quiet by night. The big advantage is to be in an area with some Japanese citizens that have specific facilities in the neighborhood.

• Vu (8/5): Good stay, worth the visit. - The location was the best, I could find all the restaurants and small shops around the place. Their staff, Mr. Thang was really helpful and friendly. I’ve enjoyed its Japanese toilets seat. I recommend you highly HAPPII! My studio wasn’t 40m2 like in the description, it’s smaller, about 30m2 max. And I think they could improve the cleanness of my flat, I found hair and some stains in the bathroom while checking-in.
