• Emily (9/5): Peaceful stay in nice location with friendly staff - Lovely staff, who are very helpful, I didn’t catch the man’s name but he was great! When our room was cleaned it was spotless, room is very spacious and big comfortable bed. The location is great because it’s quiet and out the way, but only a 5-10 minute walk to get to the main road with all the restaurants and Panagsama beach. The pool area was nice with sunbeds and there was an open gym to use, which looked good, with a water refill station. I didn’t dislike it, but the only slight inconvenience is the bathroom being outside the room. We got used to it :)

I recommend taking a headlamp when going out in the evening.

• Charrise (8/5): Highly recommended for big groups! If you’re looking for a super chill place to relax, this is the spot. - The owner and staff are very hospitable and welcoming, even for big groups like ours. We loved the games in the reception area, which were great for family bonding, plus the karaoke was a lot of fun. The swimming pool was also great. Special mention to the owner, Serenity-she was super chill, attentive, and always ready to help. She really made our stay memorable. One thing to note is that the shower and toilet are located outside the room, which can be a bit inconvenient, especially when needing to go out in the middle of the night. There was also a noticeable smell in the room. It might help to deep-clean or remove the carpet, as the odor could be coming from the carpet or possibly the curtains.

My son‘s mattress was a bit on the hard side .
• Nick (5/5): The property is overpriced currently. - The owner Paul was friendly and happy to talk. There was construction directly next to unit which started quite early in the morning. Staff tried to charge additional money for early checking before 2pm when I was shown into room by owner.

There isn't even a road ready to the site. The kitchen will also be completed next year, which means that no food is available at the moment

The road going there and the other caretaker, we were confused sometimes because what was allowed by the manager was different with the caretaker like the manager said we could use the area at night but the caretaker said it will close. But it was okay not a big deal
• Minori (10/5): Awesome!! - The owner was great! The road to the hotel was dark and I was a little worried, but when I arrived I was greeted with a smile and felt at ease. The food was delicious, and there was karaoke, billiards, a pool and a gym, so it was very comfortable! The pool is saltwater, so it's safe for people with sensitive skin! I also enjoyed drinking with the owner and the other guests! Thank you very much! I didn't know that credit cards couldn't be used, so I ended up short on cash for the final payment, but I was able to pay with Bitcoin.

Its a nice resort The toilets and shower were outside the room and not clean. It was more and more dirty each time we used them (because of the flip flop we had to keep in the bathroom). Moreover there were buldings works all day long which were loudy. Music was also too loud

Also had to go outside to use the bathroom, we were unsure if it was actually private as it was not attached to the room.

• Rogeniño (10/5): Perfect Getaway for a Group of Friends - Our stay at the resort was great, and our group of eight friends had an amazing, memorable experience. They accommodated our requests, and amenities like the pool, billiards set, and karaoke were free. Plus, the staff were accommodating and easy to talk to. We will surely come back again soon.

• Chris (1/5): Fake reviews - Bothing Reviews are dishonest the location is close to town but in squatter Aria. The food was good but very overpriced. It was the nosiest place I've ever stayed. At least 10 dogs plus there 3 were barking and howling next to my room all night.
• Anonymous (8/5): Great value for money - The saltwater pool can be used and enjoyed anytime 24/7. My family enjoyed the free use of billiards. The restaurant serves delicious pizza, barbecue and burger. Peaceful and quiet since there's not much people because there are only a few rooms. The owners were friendly and accommodating. It would have been better if the bathroom was en suite, although it was still OK since you get to use it privately without sharing it to other guests.

Additionally, the prime location within walking distance to the beach was a significant plus. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I appreciate the quality of service provided. NONE
