• Johnny (10/5): AMAZING HOST, AMAZING EXPERIENCE - I think the Handler of this property IfeomaChukwu, is a professional to the core , she has solution for almost every situation, she guided me , gave me free airport pick up, even my tour experience was wonderful, she made sure I rode in the best of vehicles. I would recommend her any day as an awesome hospitality consultant, if you're looking for a travel in plug in East Africa. As for the Apartment I enjoyed my self, my Host made sure I did, all facilities were fully functional. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant. It's wonderful. THANKS Ify, FOR AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!. • Ifeanyichukwu (1/5): Exuisite Luxury is fake. Prospective guests should beware. - Not applicable . I cannot rate something that does not exist. Exuisite Luxury is an imaginary apartment with a fake address in Kigali. I discovered this at the last minute. Prospective guests should beware. Dishonesty of the manager. I had to make direct arrangements with the genuine owners of the apartment who helped me at the last minute when I discovered that EXUISITE LUXURY was fake on arrival in Kigali. The woman was just a middleman and neither an apartment manager nor owner. Prospective guests should beware or risk being stranded on arrival in Kigali. This EXUISITE HOTEL must be taken down by Booking.Com as it is fake. The woman did not posses the necessary interpersonal skills needed for hospitality business.
• Frank (5/5): Passable - The girl who was in charge of this appartement on booking.com was not honest at all,she change the place i was supposed to stay i arrive early in the morning around 3 am she called me saying my appartement was cancel she wanted me to stay to a place I didn't i said No she can't choose a place for me,she wanted me to pay the appartement in cash while i was not prepare for this it was really frustrated
