Gode di tutti i servizi ed è molto confortevole, con una bellissima vista sulla città. Anche l'host Ivana è stata molto disponibile, rispondendo prontamente a qualsiasi messaggio e facendoci trovare l'appartamento già pronto la mattina presto. Se soggiornate a Spalato, consiglio vivamente!

• Jana (9/5): Superb - Perfect accommodation in a great location! The apartment exceeded our expectations – it was very clean, modern, and fully equipped, we felt right at home. The location is excellent: just a short walk to the city center, yet away from the noise and crowds. The beach is about a 10-minute walk, which was ideal for us. Shops, restaurants, historic sites, and the harbor are all nearby – everything you need for a perfect holiday. The owners were very friendly and helpful.6b Highly recommended! The only downside is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which might be challenging for people with limited mobility. However, it wasn’t a problem for us, and we would definitely love to come back.

• Beatrice (8/5): Right in the Old Town - Very central location in Split's Old Town and close to the sights, restaurants and groceries. The apartment and the bedroom are roomy. Basic items and equipment are included. Irina was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The area can sometimes be noisy with people as there are some restaurants nearby, but during our stay, it didn't last long. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with only a circular staircase - can be difficult for those with big luggage.

• Stefania (8/5): Very good - Nice small lat in the very centre of Split. Furnished and equipped with all you need for a short or longer stay (incl. washing machine). Silent at night and super easy to reach.

• Elué (8/5): Fair stay in central Split. - Location is great, and the flat is aired, clean and well illuminated. It is on third floor, so not convenient if carrying much luggage and/or with an elderly person (85-year old, in our case). Also, the hot water would run out after 2 quick showers, in a small bathroom. Decor is very “personal”, so there breakable things on top of every shelf — had to move them.

• Simona (10/5): Perfect location - Great acommodation. Very clean, sparkling clean. It has many facillities. The best part is the location. We get out of the building and 2 minutes away is the walking promenade of Split which is gorgeous. The communication was very easy and the owners were very kind and understanding. We really enjoyed our stay in Split, it is amazing. Totally recommend it and this apartment has it all. Very hard to find a parking spot. We managed it, by luck, but anyway. The fee is 1.30 euro/hour between 8 am-21 pm as I remember.

The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking and the key staples are provided. We could hear the very loud neighbors upstairs; it woke us up in the middle of the night. /;

The kitchen was very well equipped with all the necessary things available. They have an air conditioner which was such a relief from the heat. The bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer. Very polite and accommodating host.
