- Blanka (2/5): Very poor - The host did not reply to e-mails via Booking nor picked up the phone when I tried to reach him for some extra information on check-in. I finally managed to get hold of him on Whatsapp. 30 minutes before check-in he sent me a note that the apartment was without hot water and heating and it would be fixed the next day. He offered an alternative apartment 30 minutes off from our desired location and promised to inform us once the original place would be fixed and we could move there. He never got back to us. I asked for a price refund because the alternative place was 15% cheaper on Booking.com and further from the center / places we planned to visit, but received no answer again.
