Pool was wonderful, and even had a nice pickleball court. The fragrant smell in the building was a little too strong, almost off putting, like it was trying to hide something, which is odd since this is a non-smoking facility. But, it was tolerable. I would have liked the air to be a bit cleaner and fresher.

I also had called and asked for a late checkout for Monday morning. They would not honor this at all even for 1 hour

When we checked in, the staff at the reception informed us with an attitude that breakfast is not included and many Booking.com guests reaching out about that. Even the rooms were newer, they smelled moldy, specially in the bathroom. We can’t recommend this place.

• Crowder-Pratt (9/5): I Gave my Hubby This Vacation! Great! - The front desk staff, maintenance, security & housekeeping were on-point, very responsive, friendly & efficient. Facilities, particularly the bathroom, were exceptionally clean. The room had most of the amenities we expected. There wasn't a microwave, ironing board or iron, even tho there was a steamer. Vending machines weren't on our floor. If I wanted a Coke, I had to go to the first floor, pay the front desk staff & retrieve the soda. Very inconvenient!

• Mark (10/5): After visiting alot of casinos in my days i would rate yours a 9 out of 10. - We really enjoyed our weekend at the landing. The staff treated us great amd where available for all our questions and needs. We ate a meal at the restaurant and couldnt believe how much food was served on the order. I would highly recommend this casino to friends and family. Game play with below average players was frustrating but I know that really cant be fixed.

The live music at night was pretty great, too. The bed was not as comfortable as most hotels. The pool party DJ was so loud. It was impossible to rest during the day.

• Michelle (8/5): Hotel was lovely but communication could be better - I was never made aware the hotel offered breakfast. We went around town to find food. The spots we did find were decent but not amazing The staff was lovely. The room it's self was decent. I had called after making the reservation to mention that this short trip would be my honeymoon. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't kinda hoping maybe they would at least give us a room with a better view than the back parking lot and casino roof. Not necessarily a better room. But understand businesses have to have their policies they adhere too. Also, there was ALOT of confusion with the pool, we had no idea we were supposed to get wristbands to use it, and at one point we're told we had to pay extra to use it we aren't really sure what was with that so maybe that could be cleared up. As well as a clear description of what the hotel offers (spa, room service, etc..)

• Jessica (9/5): Despite a few hiccups with onsite dining, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back - The room was very clean and comfortable and a great value. We loved the heated pool, hot tubs, and fire pits. We took advantage of the onsite Starbucks each morning and bought souvenirs and VERY reasonably priced refreshments at the Mercantile. To me, it was all the amenities of staying in a cabin at a fraction of the cost and I didn't have to load a dishwasher or strip the beds when it was time to leave. Not having a ton of space didn't bother us because we were either at the pool or hiking and kayaking in the state park during the day. 10/10 recommend! The only downsides to our experience were 1) The Cypress Grill wasn't open Thursday night even though the website said it was; and 2) we were seated at a table for dinner in the Tuklo restaurant, waited over 10 minutes and never even saw a server. We finally just got up and drove off property to eat.

I loved the swimming area and we watched the football game on the large outdoor TV. We were just passing through on this trip, but we definitely plan to make it more of a destination in the future. I could not figure out how to use the single serve coffee maker in the room. Finally gave up and went to the market.

Third time here and still have no big wins. On this trip my wife and both never got in to the positive at all. All it ever did was take take and take. Spent close to 700.00 in the casino with no chance to break even.

Outdoor spaces (pool and courtyard) were good (hot tubs and fire pits). The casino was bright, but contained. Could Improve: Need more places to hang things like wet swimsuits, towels, robes, etc. Also would be nice to have more breakfast options at the resort. It would be good to add an adults-only hot tub (no kids allowed). Overall, it was very nice; it will be better as they add amenities.

Several customers, my wife and I included, walked away from the deli after waiting for service or even an acknowledgment that we were present and that our order would be taken when the one staff member present finished making pizzas. One supervisor was disinterested when the lone staffer reached out for assistance. Separately, passage through the restaurant to get to Starbucks and the marketplace was not possible because restaurant doors were locked, requiring customers to go outside on a very cold morning.

• Gideoni (8/5): A positive stay in a comfortable, well-structured, and very well-located hotel. - The hotel is extremely pleasant, with a clean, well-arranged, and comfortable room. The entrance hall features excellent décor, conveying both elegance and warmth. Although the pools were very beautiful and heated, I noticed a few spots with dirt accumulated at the bottom. I was aware that breakfast was not included in the daily rate; however, I must admit that I missed having a good morning meal to make the stay even more complete. To be fair, there are convenient options right next to the hotel, such as Starbucks.
